Ive had a great experience with every representative of this company from new HVAC consultation, installation and service check up.

I used Comfort Zone heating and cooling and received a good deal on replacing my a/c unit. A few months later, after their free inspection, my air stopped working and they quoted me $700/800 to fix whatever the issue was. It had not been 6 months since the unit was replaced, and it was working fine prior to them coming out, so that really pressed me off. My husband called another company out and was able to get my unit back running for $180. Comfort Zone was very professional but I think they tried to get over on me.

My husband made an appointment with them at 7:45am and they got here at 10:30am and in that short period of time they contacted us twice to update us with their status and ETA. They had the part that was needed to fix the problem on hand and less than an hour later, we had cold air blowing again! Our AC went out in 91° weather and Im 8.5 months pregnant... So to say I appreciate their exceptional service is a serious understatement. Not to mention the total cost was completely reasonable. I highly recommend this company and they are definitely our new go to.

Our AC unit stopped cooling the house one evening about 9:00pm. I called the next morning around 7:30am and requested a service. A couple of hours later, the dispatcher gave me a heads up, and Josh Mayer was there shortly after 12:00pm same day. Josh did a through inspection of the whole system and found an electrical component on our AC unit had gone out from a power surge. Josh replaced the part on the spot and the house was finally cooled again. All was well less than 24 hours from original issue, and less than 6 hours from first call. Highly satisfied with Comfort Zone and Josh’s professionalism! Will call them again down the road I’m sure!

We have been using this company for nine years since we bought our new system from them. We love their service, their work ethic, and their prices! Any service tech that has serviced our home has been in time, professional, efficient, friendly, clean, and respectful. Cant say enough good about Comfort Zone!

Technician was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. After he completed the standard periodic maintenance (changing air filter, checking system performance), we went over a couple of observations. Since a few neighbors have had problems related to these same items, and since the yearly (affordable) contract discounted parts and labor, decided it was time. The technician completed the job very quickly and cleaned up nicely after the work. I’m very happy with the results and will continue using Comfort Zone (recommended by a couple of friends) in the future.

Mr. Charles Logan, and Mr.Bryce was absolutely perfect. My heat went out this morning, and called them. The office staff was super friendly, and wanted to get my heat back up and running today. Maegan, Katie, and Denise was very professional. They sent the service techs to my house. They had my heat back up running within a hour. And my house was warm again. I will continue to use Comfort Zone for my heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended.

Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling has been great to work with and the membership plan is one of the better packages found when researching. Caleb was great, professional, friendly, and remembered details about us after not being out for 6 months when we had our last service appointment that is part of our membership.Update: We continue to remain a happy customer and a member for the maintenance plan they offer. Our fall service experience was great and we ended up needing a damper replaced that was quickly taken care of from diagnosis to installation. All teams at Comfort Zone have been outstanding.

We had a repair on a new home we purchased, called Comfort Zone and they came out same day, and were thorough and so detailed in explaining what we needed immediately and what we could maybe hold off on. Didnt try to upsell me with services that werent required and gave me enough information and options to fit my budget. The dispatch staff, scheduler, and tech were so nice to deal with too. I signed up for a maintenance plan because I outsource HVAC systems and am happy to continue using them.

Their scheduling process & reminders & follow-through are excellent. All personnel are great! Although HVAC system has been problematic since they installed in 2011, our only complaint is about the equipment itself~~NO complaints whatsoever with companys personnel! In the past, theyve worked with us to resolve equipment problems to our satisfaction. Based on experience, I anticipate current issues will also be resolved in an acceptable manner.

We switched to Comfort ZHC a few years ago from a larger outfit, and have been impressed with the people, service, and equipment they recommended. Most recently, after a routine maintenance call a problem came up and the unit kept tripping the breaker in the house breaker panel. Since it happened right after their technician left I assumed it was related. They offered to have him turn around to come right back, but it was not urgent (in our basement MIL apartment that is unused most of the time) so I had them send someone a few days later. They are always on time and send you numerous alerts via text and email and phone if desired. After the technician Darren came out and thought he fixed the problem, the breaker started tripping again a couple days later. So I wrote via their website on a Sunday and they were ready to send him out Monday. I asked for Tuesday, they obliged, and Darren came out to check it again. He found the problem, and after reporting back to the office they offered to have him come out the same day. He even had to drive to Home Depot after he arrived because he didnt have the right part. He came back and fixed it, all within a couple hours. He was excellent in demeanor and skills just as Ive found anyone Ive dealt with at Comfort. Highly recommended.

Casey & Bryce serviced my home . I made a request to have someone come out to my home and they came out within few hours on the same day. They were professional and even educated me on what I need to do going forward. I would highly recommend this company! Hands down the best service ever!

I have been using comfort zone for years, they installed my system and have been maintaining it for me since. Today Scott Haynes was out here and he did a great job, went above and beyond any other technician that I have had. He even vacuumed up the insulation that fell from the attic!

Michael, the technician is so detailed and professional. He spent time checking the systems of 5 I have. The pictures he took to show me exactly what he thinks would be concerning speak thousands of words.A polite and nice technician is what customers need to sign up with.Though the filter they charge is double the price if you buy at the store, the time saved and the convenience you get may justify it. That is not technicians call I feel. The company may have the policy in place. Comfort Zone is the company I like and recommend it to you all.

Daryll and Caleb came to service my unit today and I am over the moon happy. It has been very difficult to find a company to service a roof top unit with less that ideal roof access. The company has been friendly and professional from my first phone call to completion of the job. I will be using comfort zone for all of my HVAC needs.

Daryl was on time and did a great job servicing my heating units. While he was here, I had him replace my thermostats and everything is working perfectly. Definitely recommend Comfort Zone.

They sent a tech out immediately, and were very good with communicating when he would be at my home so I could make it back from work with minimum Downtime.However, that was the extent of the good qualities I experienced.The tech was a nice guy, but the entire time he continuously pushed on me replacing both systems entirely (Ac -and heat) to the tune of around 13k.I know my systems are older, but everything seemed to be working right until this event.I asked how much just to recharge the units that were low, and he told me it’s $250 lb to refill it......yes, I said $250 per lb.....I thought that seemed extremely high. I looked around that day, and the next 2 quotes I saw were $93 and $87 per lb.I got a second opinion from another company that was recommended trough family friends.He recharged both systems for $200 flat.The new tech also informed me I don’t need all new systems, just a new coil on one, and blower fan on the other.They recommended replacing sections at a time as needed instead of tearing out parts that were functioning fine (my thoughts exactly)Oh, and his coil price was less than half of comfort zone, and his whole system prices were many thousands cheaper.Comfort zone was quick, and professional, but prices seemed drastically marked up.Might want to get a second or 3rd quote before pulling the trigger.

Scott Haynes fixed the problem with our AC that had been bothering us for the last two years. We can finally sleep at night without having to listen to the constant rumbling in our attic. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very courteous when he came into our home. There isnt a better man for the job than Scott when it comes to fixing someones AC. I definitely give him 5/5 stars for everything across the board. If we have any more issues well be sure to use his company again.

This was my second time i have called on Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling. Charles was my tech and he took care of the AC issue others didnt take the time to check. He went through and checked everything inside and outside. I am cancelling my existing AHS contract and moving the HVAC to this company. Of course it is more of a pay as you go, but if you think how long you dont need a service with AHS and that money could have been put aside for the real fixes that this company finds and no issues. I have been very happy with their service and response times.Comfort Zone has installed a Daikin Mini-Split and a Daikin variable speed Furnace & AC at my house.
