Started out kind of rough on Saturday 9-18-2021. But was taken care by Brian on Sunday with the reason for the issue on the day before.all that was wrong was a capacitor that went bad. Really professional and personal. We will be using them from now on. Hope this help with any decision your making.

Attempted contact for 5 hours while our house had no heat with no response.Our first call was at 8 P.M. We were told the technician would call us with an ETA soon. An hour went by, we called back and they said maybe hes on a job. Understandable.Two hours later, call and they put it another ticket.Were on five hours of waiting and multiple phone calls. Its one in the morning. We continue to call and get told, the most they can do is message the technician.

Our heat went out during the night. They came out within just a few hours of me calling the next morning. We had Brett as our serviceman and we were Incredibly pleased with the service. Brett was super polite, informative, and efficient. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs!

Easy to set up the appointment. Guy came actually earlier than scheduled and I received a phone call well in advance to let me know he would be early. Service man Ricky was knowledgeable, personable and most of all very professional. Everything was explained in detail about what he was doing and why and prices are reasonable. Our Air Conditioning stopped working on a miserable humid 90 degree day in Ohio. Called & they worked in same day & after hours a service call. Tyler the service tech diagnosed the problems- replaced parts & cleaned coils that desperately needed. Tyler was very knowledgeable and thorough,Tyler was so good - I decided to have a 1yr service agreement with this company.I am so glad I called this company. I plan to use them for all AC & Heating needs moving forward.

We bought our home almost 2 years ago and never had our furnace serviced. We called All Comfort Heating and Cooling to clean & provide a tune-up for the furnace. They were prompt, friendly and gave tips to keep everything running more efficiently. I will call All Comfort in the future for any of our heating or cooling needs!

Brett came out for a furnace check up and he was great: professional, knowledgeable & personable! He thoroughly examined & tested the furnace, replaced one part & gave me advice about who to call regarding the underground venting that concerned me. Im very pleased & will recommend All Comfort Heating & Cooling to everyone!

Recently our A/C unit went out over one of our hotter weekends of the summer. We received a few estimates. Not only was All Comfort able to beat everyones prices they were able to schedule us with-in a couple days. We have heard from others that they were waiting 10-21 days to get a new A/C. During the install the technicians even removed an old humidifier that was not working and routed the A/C lines to accommodate the furnace setup better. In short very pleased with the whole process, only took a few days from start to finish. Highly recommend

The technicians Brett and Justice were great. They were there prompt, ready to go, and did the job perfectly while explaining everything to me. The business it’s self advertises $49 for the service fees everywhere you look on their website… And on their van… But that price is only for some select customer that I have no idea about because you can’t find what it means on their website. As common folk have $98 service fees that you can’t find on the website. No matter how good your technicians are, false advertising or deceptive advertising puts a bad taste in anyone’s mouth. Would recommend their service, but beware or you will not get the $49 rate they advertise.

Really love those people

I was having problems with lights blinking when furnace turned on, scary loud clunking noise n loudly running furnace. Called several places, including shanklin, who was very aggressive on the phone and without having even done the check up, had me spending $800. All comfort quoted me a cleaning n maintenance price that was wonderful and got me scheduled for the next morning. Not only was the technician prompt, but thorough, respectful to wear booties over his dirty boots and very gracious with explaining everything. Best service call ive had ever. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and when he left, everything was fixed at a great price.

Very unreliable!!Called for service on a nonworking furnace at 10 degrees outside and the tech called back and said they were not taking new customers.If your not a current customer my recommendation is NOT to call them.
