When my whole house generator failed to run its weekly test cycle I attempted to get it service but was not successful. I had a mechanic, a plumber and a generator service company all point to the solenoid fuel value as the problem. The generator service company could not find a replace value after three weeks. I contacted Tyler at ElectriCool. He was very professional and personable right from the start. He made the trip to Lorain County to service the unit. We discussed what maintenance that was done on the unit over the years and he proceeded to get to work. He determine the problem was the control panel and not the value, had I replaced the value the unit would still not run. Tyler completed the repairs, did a complete maintenance and tested the unit. He explained a great deal more about operating and maintaining the unit then I received from the installer.I highly recommend Tyler at ElectiCool as he is very personable and professional. I recently built a 32 x 36 detached garage. Tyler installed a Reznor separated combustion gas heater in my garage. From start to finish, Tyler did an awesome job! The job involved making gas line connections to the main house and the garage, running all the gas lines in the garage, installing the concentric vent and air intake through the roof, running an electrical circuit to the heater, and hanging the gas heater. Tyler performed a load calculation to ensure I got the correct size heater and had the correct size gas line run from the main house. Every aspect of the installation was well planned and executed. I am very happy with the result and the fact that I can now work on my motorcycles in a warm garage during the winter! I would highly recommend ElectriCool!

Work was done meticulously and we couldnt be happier.They swapped out my panel for a newer, bigger model; ran power out to my new shed; and installed a natural gas fueled backup generator with transfer switch.We have a well and a highly active sump pump so knowing well have water and the basement wont flood due to power outages provides a great deal of comfort!
