Mark was responsive, quick, made great suggestions and did everything we could ask for in having our hardwood floors sanded and refinished. Our floors were old and dirty and had been stained multiple times in the past so different rooms had slightly different colors. Mark cleaned them all up and made the front of ur home uniform and gorgeous. We cannot recommend Marks Master Service highly enough!

Mark and his crew were hands down the best contractor weve worked with since purchasing our home. He is responsive, fair, kind, shows up when he says he will, and most importantly - does great work at a great price. When we bought our home there was worn out and faded hardwood, mismatched tile, and old carpet. We demod the tile and carpet ourselves; and Mark and his guys laid new hardwood, mixed a custom stain color, and finished the floors in about a week. When we decided to have new hardwood put into the master bedroom and closets rather than carpet, it was no issue for Mark and he was very accommodating with the last minute work order change. Mark was incredibly mindful of how the work he was doing in our house impacted other contractors we had scheduled and took into consideration. A few months after moving in, we asked him to come out and look at a threshold piece that didnt look quite right and he came right out to take care of it.

I called to have my floors done over and they were there next day at 8 AM and did a beautiful job. My floors look like they were just put in brand new and these are original wood floors from 1920 that were very very worn. He even threw in extra square footage thank you so much!!!!!

If youre looking for someone to install or refinish your hardwood floors, you can go ahead and stop here. Honestly. Mark is awesome. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and really good at what he does. We closed on our house and before moving in we wanted to install hardwood upstairs (three bedrooms) and refinish the downstairs (two rooms), Mark was able to accommodate in the time we needed to get it done no problem. It only took him and his guys three days to rip out the wall to wall carpet in three bedrooms and install hardwood, sand and finish the entire house. It came out beautiful. There were no issues or problems at any point in the process. I noticed a paint brush bristle stuck in the floor and Mark came out right away to fix it at no cost of course. We also got sticky dirt residue on the new floors when moving furniture in and tried getting it off ourselves. We took off some of the finish by accident (not the smartest) and Mark came out AGAIN to fix that for us at no cost even though it was our fault. Oh and his price for this big project was very reasonable compared to others. Great service, great work, great attitude, great results. Give Mark a call now.

Our renovations included refinishing our hardwood floors as well as a significant amount of patching and re-flooring to be done. Mark was fantastic. He matched our old floors, installed new floors in one room and seamlessly replaced the areas where the floor was missing. He then refinished all 3 areas to a beautiful, gleaming shine. Highly recommend.

Mark and his guys did a great job restoring the floors in our bedroom and walk in closet. The whole job was done in a day. He even came back to patch up a small hole that I forgot to point out first time around. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

I cannot put into words the quality of my experience with Marks Master Service.My wife and I are first-time home owners and decided, regrettably, to refinish the wood floors ourselves. Well, after 20 hours and 4 days of intense manual labor, they came out awful, absolutely horrible. At that point, I felt so physically and emotionally drained, I didnt know where to turn or what to do.After some google searching, I gave Mark a call. Mark is a remarkable craftsman and his team is second to none. We purchased an new home on Friday and on Saturday him and his crew were in there to rip out the old carpets and refinish the hardwood floors that were below the carpet. Mark said he could do it in 2 days and it would come out beautiful... Well he was right. Also his price was very reasonable and he fit me in over the weekend. Amazing.

I called up Mark and left a voicemail. He got right back to me via text. He was flexible with the start and met my schedule, and sent his guys over to perform the work - I had 400SF of floor. They showed up at 830 and sanded all 400 feet, and put the first coat down. the next day they showed up and finished the job with the final coat. Before the work the floors were a mess with scratches, dents, water spots, dark spots etc - about the worst you can get. When they were done (maple floors) they were smooth and well finished. Overall great job. Marks guys showed up, followed through and got it done, and the end result was a good looking product.
