Great place to get your nails done. Everyone is professional and its a pleasant atmosphere. I love the way they do my nails and pedicure. They also do eyebrows and lashes. Theyre prices are affordable and you should definitely come by to get your nails done. Its better to call first and make an appointment but she also takes walk ins.

Love it here drive from Alamance County to Durham County just to get my nail done. Great atmosphere great staff very professional. Amy,Rick;Shayla,Sim are some of my favorite. Never dissatisfied.

Not really professional at all as when you come in it’s like everyone has an attitude and acts standoffish that works there. That’s not how you greet customers or make them feel as we are the ones paying for good customer service. I had to return today (less than 1 week) because the day after the man did my nails it completely chipped off and it looked terrible. So today I go in and the nail is completely off that was suppose to be repaired and I get charged their $5 fee to repair it when it was obvious that it was not done correctly from the get go. I don’t mind paying at all when it’s good quality service but when it’s not done correctly I have a big problem with that. I will most definitely Not be going back here. It’s very ghetto and not an relaxing experience as people should feel pampered and welcomed. Sara (owner) will speak to you when she feels like it as she does great work but is not always available to do your nails when you come on. I’m not saying that she needs to be all lovey dovey but to acknowledge your customers in your place of business is professional. I am truly disappointed in this service as I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my money.I wish I could show pictures of how badly my nails look already and like they need a fill in and it’s not even one full week. I refuse to throw my money away so be cautious and do not believe the 5 stars that are on here. I rarely write reviews but this was worth writing to warn others to not waste their time!!

I will definitely never go back to this horrible place. My daughter wanted to go get eyelash extensions it was her first time. When she came out it looked like she literally just applied an eyelash strip with TONS AND TONS of glue (it was even on my daughters eyelid). It looked like a brush glued on!! So bad, so long, so THICK! We went back and told her if she could please remove them because they were really bad. The glue was dry and on there and she just started pulling them off with the tweezers while she was doing it she told me she wasnt going to give me my money back . I told her I didnt care about her returning my money and if she could at least apply some water or something on them. All she did was put a wet papertowel over them and left the room. My daughter got up to the sink and removed them herself. My daughter said they were really glued on there and they were really hard to take off no matter how much water she would put on them. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Its nasty and smells gross. If you go there to get anything done BE CAREFUL!!! And look at the appearance!! I know I will never ever go back here. Such a bad experience for the first time going here.

The owner allows her workers to talk to you any kind of way. The male employee is rude and disrespectful as hell! He’s fussed with clients, yanked their hands and told them what they can and can’t afford. I almost got my foot burned off and when I complained I was treated with an attitude. I will never ever ever ever return to this nail shop and I suggest you don’t either. Period.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They messed up my toe nails so bad (I went in for a pedicure) and charged me $43. Ridiculous.

My cuticles are SCREAMING for me to never go back. Sara was really polite and was her husband, but his work in my nails was awful. The shape come out correct but thats about it. My sns has patches where he didnt completely apply the top coat. I asked for unicorn effect dust and within the next day it was peeling off. He only applied one coat as well so it wasnt visible. He took the sanding tool and ATE my cuticle instead of pushing them down. I paid 45 dollars for me to hate my nails and for my hands to bleed. I kept pulling away and saying it hurt just for him to douce my hands in acetone after they were already bleeding. I will NEVER go back.

Never in my life have I ever been told they were going to call the cops for me wanting my money back. I got my nails done and they were pointing to the sky. So I went back to try and get my money back and was told Im being extra and they can call the cops for me wanting my $30 back. When they took them off they literally dug into my real nails to the point of almost bleeding. Worst pain ever. I will not be back and I recommend you never step foot in this salon
