I get my lashes done and mani/pedi there every two weeks. Very relaxing, clean and Sina Young is great!!!!

I’m always looking for deals on Groupon for Eyelash extensions, that’s how I found this place. I’ve been to 6 different places now and True Balance does the BEST lashes. It’s been 1 month and I still have 80-85 % of the lashes on. Never seen that happen ! Only downside for me is I wouldn’t go back for refill because the price is so high compare to others. I feel like if their 4 week refill for classic set is $100 it should be based on how many lashes need to be replaced. Otherwise I can just get a full new set elsewhere between $60-80 that lasts 3 weeks ! Highly recommend True Balance if you got what it takes to keep up with your lashes ❤️

Love this place. Sam gives the best manicures & pedi ever. He takes his time and is very gentle with my nails. My nails are so healthy.

I have gotten two pedicures from Lydieanne and they were awesome. She is very friendly and professional. The pedicure chairs are comfortable and Lydieanne gives a nice pampered treatment with massage. They use a handheld machine to exfoliate, its so much better than the manual exfoliater, especially if youre ticklish like me. The last pedicure lasted about a month.

Wish we had a good experience but we didn’t. We felt awkward after booking side by side pedicures at the time suggested by the spa. We both were kept waiting almost 10 minutes. They put our feet in water and started on my friend. They said I had Sam, who got very good reviews, so I expected a lovely time. Instead, he was working on a woman’s nails a few feet away. They lied when they said he was almost done. He just had started! 27 minutes after they started on my friend, she told her gal to stop working on her and to start on me. She didn’t want to because she had an appointment after her and didn’t want to be late. Are you kidding me? It’s almost 30 minutes and mine hasn’t begun. Soon after Sam never saying a word to me at all started the quickest pedi ever. It’s supposed to be 45 relaxing minutes with massages. He wrapped it up in less than30 and it took a few minutes to revive the polish I Ickes and some of that I was still back in the water! As we we leaving I told the manager it was awkward as the mail gal stayed at us!!!! And not the expected experience. He gave me $10 off the pedi and offered a free pedi “next time”. I’d rather have what is advertised and what I am willing to pay for than be offered a free future experience. I doubt strongly if we will be back. We could have come on many different times so I totally blame them for this. Polish good but not spectacular and he hardly bugged my dried heels.

True Balance Day Spa is simply the best! Their staff is wonderful. I keep going here even though Ive moved around to different towns in the area over time, because of their superior service.

I went in for a regular mani - pedi and the technicians were very friendly and they did a great job on my nails. I would definitely go back.
