The worst haircut I have ever had. So short it cant even be fixed. I even brought a picture. Looks nothing like it. I actually cried all the way home. Then I ordered a wig.

These guys are amazing! Not once have I gone and been disappointed when I left. I dont speak salon. So generally all they have to go on is when I describe what I style my hair to look like. And they get it every time. My only dislike is that these guys are often on a rotation. One week you have three people, the next two of them are never seen again. So I havent been able to build a relationship with any one person. It is a constant flux. But they are always kind and cheery. It is a wonderful experience!

My boyfriend went in to get a haircut, he walked out unhappy. His hair cut was not what he wanted and the lady did not trim correctly and made his hair very uneven. I wouldn’t recommend this hair salon.

It was allright the reason why I’m giving 1 star is because I got blue hair dye and the color bleeds heavily and stains a lot when wet. I’ve never had a color be this bad: my fingernails get stained, my forehead, neck and ears are stained, it has bled too much. I dread showering now because of how much this color bleeds and stains.

Daughters hair turned out terrible. Put in highlights and there were none in the back and after a week the color is fading already.

Thanks for putting color hair gel in brayden hair it made it fun. Now he loves his hair being done

Had my 13 yr old daughters haircut. They are very good about the face masks and making sure nobody is going to get sick. The lady that cut her hair was very understanding about what my daughter wanted, took time to listen and had alot of patience. Cut her hair EXACTLY the way my daughter wanted and explained. My daughter can not stop smiling! Its a brand new style for her and I actually was able to go shopping while she had it done. Awesome!

Every week I hear about someone getting there hair messed up here! Beware!

Asked for a fade on the sides. terrible! the woman had no idea what she was doing she didnt know what blending was. went here because my barber was closed. DO NOT GO HERE.

I was very happy with the service. I left with my hair looking nicely trimmed.... like you know when you go in and youre scared to get a trim because they will take too much off?? Not here. Excellent service and the woman who did my hair and my eyebrows had me leaving looking super fresh. Highly recommended.

Brittney is a great stylist, I would not get my hair cut at a cost cutters if not for her. But everyone at the Waterford location is very good . My whole family gets their hair cut, I just prefer brittany.

My 9yr old son was very reluctant and nervous. The woman who cut his hair did a great job. Although my son didnt show it while we were there, he loves his hair cut!.

Just got gorgeous highlights from Candie. I also have long, permed hair, and she trimmed up the wonky ends, cleaned up my layers, and now my hair is curly again! She is wonderful. Great hair for a good price.

Not coming back. Botched my hair. Asked for one thing, enough hair in front to comb to the side. She cut too much and I didnt see it until it was too late. She was cutting my hair while I was not facing the mirror so I couldnt stop her. It looked alright while leaving but the more I look at it the worst it looks. Only came here because my regular stylist was all booked up today. Lady was nice.

I didnt have a chance to have an experience. My son needed a cut and I had to pick some things up so decided Cost Cutters would be a decent option. It was 320pm on a Saturday. I was told they were closing early due to a work party. I proceeded to get my things from Walmart (about 15min) and checked out. They were still finishing up a person. Really? My sons hair would have taken 10min to trim up. You are only open to 530pm on Saturdays and you have to close early for a work party? We went down the street to Great Clips. First impressions are everything.

I have had countless issues with Cost Cutters. I came in looking to get my roots done with platinum blonde as was the rest of my hair. I loved my platinum hair. Once I came in, I came out with DARK GREY HAIR with PURPLE HUES. Im sorry, but the location in Janesville was able to do this flawlessly. I even told the lady doing my hair to be careful. She told me the toner should go away after a few washes but I cant go to work with PURPLE HUES in my hair. I should leave the salon with what my hair was before. I am getting so frustrated with this location.

This location is junk. They didnt serve me part of my order because they didnt have it, but didnt mention it until I asked where my food was. Out of joy chocolate. Dis not get the right toast. My food was barely warm. 2 stars because I love their hashbrowns, everything else sucked.

My service was slow, my haircut was average, however the hair dressers were very nice!
