The provider Lena G. was rude and condescending. Explained my situation to her and she did absolutely nothing, except get paid for an office visit by my insurance. I waited all day for her to call me back and then was told that I had to come in. The treatment I received the day before made my situation worse and when I saw her, she did nothing to help me. I do not recommend this location if you are in need of urgent care.*UPDATE: although nothing can definitively be done about the experience with that specific provider, I would like to give an update about how the company reached out to me. I spoke with Danielle from patient services and she was very sweet and understanding about the situation. I really appreciate the fact that someone reached out and listened to the whole story and ensured that patients won’t be treated that way in the future. For that, I believe that Urgent Med deserves a second chance but at a different location. I changed my review from 1 star to 2, and can hopefully give a more positive review in the future.

I would recommend UrgentMED in Burbank to all. Their staff is patient and kind. Very easy to work with.I myself went in initially in the last 6 months. Since, i have had my daughter AND my husband go in. They were too busy to have any manners when I came to get stitches on my hand. They wouldnt even give me the chance to ask if they were excepting walk-ins. They yelled You Have To Wait Outside and left me out there. On a second attempt after their reception was cleared of anyone else, they yelled frantically at me again sayin Ill Come Get You!. And after some time, they never came out. I had to call for them to tell me they couldnt see me.I understand being busy, I also have a job. When your job evolves people that come to you for care, be informative and welcoming. Or lose business. I wont go there again and I wouldnt recommend it.

This is a very beautiful office with the most caring, compassion and professional medical staff. This is the very first time I go to an Urgent Care where I was seeing right away. I, thank Urgent Med from the bottom of my heart. On June 23, I went to Urgent MED (after being rejected from other Urgent Cares in town) They were the only ones that took me. I was in a lot of pain from a fracture on my left foot. Right away they took X-rays and Dr. Shawn Mostafania went over the results with me and guided me to take the necessary steps to get the right treatment for my foot. To my surprise, I received a phone call from Dr. Mostafania two days later to find out how was I doing if I was able to see a specialist. I not only received a phone call from Dr. Mostafania, but I also received a phone call from Julia and Gary who is the X-ray technician who was so gentle during the time he was taking the X-rays since I was in a lot of pain. I mean they take the time to call you when they are extremely busy with other patients. They make you feel so special during a time of need and pain. They are absolutely amazing!!!

Staff, doctors, and techs were AMAZING! I’ve never in my 35 years of existence been in and out of an urgent care within an hour. NEVER! They were very thorough and made great use of their time and got me in and out!!! Did I mention I was a walk-in? I did have to wait 20 mins for a room so I left and came back. When I came back, I handled all paperwork, then was immediately shown a room. Nurse took my vitals, talked with the doctor, then did my EKG, then hauled me off to X-ray. Saw the dr. Again to read results, then I was on my way. When I say they were thorough, they really were! Straight to the point, asked all necessary questions, examined me just like any other doctor would and I didn’t feel rushed!!! I am DEFINITELY coming back here when I need urgent medical care. They are Very kind, efficient, & thorough group of professionals.

I found UrgentMed to be exceptional. Clean and professional and above and beyond with their service. Dr Sean Fischer was excellent - thorough and meticulous in his work. Bloods taken efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend.

This place is hopping! I mean, we ARE in the middle(?) of the pandemic and all. 3.5 hr wait just for the test, but, come on, again, mid(?) pandemic. Test is fairly quick. The staff is wonderful and completely overworking their behinds off! Dont be THAT guy that yells, complains, raises your voice, etc. It isnt their fault we are mid(?) pandemic. Good luck! I hope youre positive attitude having self gets the negative we all hope for!

I have been avoiding going to the Dr’s for some time now in light of the current pandemic. Last week I was experiencing extreme discomfort and felt it was time to go in. This place was clean and I felt safe. The doctor ordered labs and prescribed antibiotics that helped ease the pain. I am very thankful for these workers.

I needed a PCR test for travel and the staff was able to get my results back to me quickly. I truly appreciate the help the entire staff provides. Highly recommend.

Went in for a rapid covid test in the past. Results were given to me in 20 minutes. Should I ever need to be tested again, I plan to go here.

Had a test with them showing positive. No, symptoms, stay home for 1 week stressing over the possible outcome of this. Retested again at another facility (nasal swab) after 6 days and that test was negative and tested again at different facility 3 days later negative. This is concerning to me because, how many of these negative or positive inaccurate results have been given to patients and filling out paperwork for every visit when they should have me in their system.This is just my story, I dont even want to get into my sons experience.They either need better testing, a better person testing or our test were mixed up with someone else results. Dont know what to say.

Went in to get COVID tested and was in and out quickly. Results came back quickly. They have great service, I’d recommend them.

Went in for a Rapid Covid test and had a great, smooth experience. Same-day reservations via phone only, but they had availabilities. Pleasant staff, efficient system. Place is small so you have to wait outside. Got my rapid Covid Results in less than 20 min! You just wait outside for them to call your name. They take most PPO insurance. Great experience, would go back again if needed.

Went in for a Covid test. The staff was working so hard despite difficult conditions. So friendly and professional. Saw the doctor and was out in about 30 minutes with my results. Luckily I am negative. Highly recommend.

I got a “rapid covid test” - which they don’t do by the way. The doctor was unprofessional and will tell you it’s a “rapid test” that takes 24-32 when you should know the results in minutes or the next day.Called the next day to she if my results were in, they weren’t and I told them “please call ASAP when they are in because I’m suppose to leave the country for work this weekend.” They said ok, but I never got a call back about my results or an email....I’m super bummed it’s been a week and half now and still haven’t gotten a call back.

Wow this place is a rip off. A friend went to be tested for COVID and they BARELY went up her nose and she was very sick- we knew she would test negative based on how she barely went in the nose! My friend had no insurance yet paid 115 dollars- she then began to lose her taste and smell and TO FULLY PROTECT others she called back and explained that she did not have insurance but felt that she was not properly tested and had now developed all sense of smell and taste snd was feeling very bad. The lady that answered could have acARED less about spreading COVID and could have offered her a free retake or discount and instead said well you have to now pay $155 even if we improperly tested. How horrible for this poor woman who has to know wonder if she should quarantine all because of this RUDE woman and money hungry Place. Do not go here if you care about being treated kindly

Such A Mess. Posting as a resident, this place is awful. They are horrible neighbors and have disrupted the neighborhood. They have people lining up like cattle, blocking the street, alley, parking everywhere, leaving trash all over the neighborhood.The way a business is run says a lot about the corporation that owns it. This leaves a lot to be desired.
