Idk why so many people put low reviews but this place was nice. It has an amazing group of staff that helped me with my drug screening and they made the process very easy. Shoutout to them by the way and keep up the great work.
I would NOT go here. They lost my specimen twice. I took another specimen along with my husbands & since they had lost the previous specimens, I wrapped a printed copy of the doctors order around his specimen container in their bag. I handed it directly to the lady in their lab & they LOST it!? My husband gave the doctors office another specimen & they REFUSED to take it because it wasnt in their container. Its stool & none of the previous containers Labcorp gave me had anything but stool in them. This is RIDICULOUS! There has to be something that can be done about this!
Terrible service, I was the very first one got there at 7:30am didn’t leave the place until 9:04am. Poked me 6 times because they couldn’t find my veins.
Super dirty and discussing place, under staff big time, actually one person does everything. At least hire 2 people and dont be so dirt cheap.
I was in and out very quickly. The lady that took my blood was very skilled and efficient. I would give 5 stars but as soon as I walked in the back area to get my blood drawn another employee took one look at me, laughed, and walked into the urinalysis area. I honestly dont care what she thinks but act professional. Dont laugh at people walking into a scary situation. Very uncool.
They have a kiosk to check in to make your wait time efficient. You place your drivers license on the small handle and the laser pulls up your information on file on the iPad screen. The people have always been polite every time I go there. The experience is pleasant. Realize that time of day or day of the week can depend upon your wait time.If you’re in a hurry, I suggest you arrive 15 minutes before they open.
No one was there even though it said this location was open. When I called no one picked up and there was no opportunity to leave a voicemail..

Had a 3:45 appt. Got there on time. No one was at front desk for 10 minutes. Finally when someone arrived, explained we were there for my 95 year old mums lab work. Asked for them to check her requisition, because there were 30+ tests. Was told theyd check it when we were called in.1/2 hour later another lady let us show her mums paperwork. (Mums name still had NOT been called.) She says some of the tests had to be done fasting and in the AM. I asked if they could do all of the other tests? She says no. They cannot split the ticket. We try to get doctor on the phone to re-write the req., but he is gone for the day. Then lady says shell look for tests to do some of them (now a different story?). But it will take her a half hour or more to look up codes and get everything ready. She tells us this at 4:45. We left. Wont be back.
Worst Worst WORST LabCorp office I’ve ever visited....-place looks dirty-darkUNDERSTAFFEDand the staff is rude and incompetent,lazy and slow.I had to take my mom to this place for routine work lab she has diabetes and needed to be fastening I made an appointment online,we got to place (On Time) check in on the machine then turn in the paperwork and waited and waited and waited for 1.5 hours there weren’t that much busy when we walked in but by the time we left they were super packed of course ...as I mentioned above they were understaff .... a lot of ppl that came after us and left wayyy before we did .I really don’t know what system do they have but is clear that definitely it does Not Work my moms paperwork went all the way to the bottom of the pile because they didn’t care patients kept coming and they just threw all new patients on top 😒
There is no one to simply pick up the phone for a quick question!
It takes more than an hour with appointment to get in and the staff dont know the instructions to explain.
Ive gone here often for a few years. The wait is never too long. Staff is nice.
Came once, long wait so front desk told me to make an appointment. I did came back and they just take people as they come in. Black guy was good taking blood
The reception butchers everyones names. She made me stand inside for 30 minutes to get bloodwork done.Barbara, the African American girl with straight hair, drew blood once in 30 minutes. She was talking about her personal life and how to earn extra $100 by adding driving time to and from work. Dissatisfied with customer service.
Showed up 25 minutes early for an appointment and left 20 minutes later without even getting to check in! No standing room due to crowd, one receptionist hopelessly overwhelmed and people waiting outside in hallway. What a terrible mess this understaffed facility is.
Terrible experience, these guys are really short on staff so no wondering why I had to wait more than one hour. I should have read the reviews first :(

Arrived at LabCorp at 4:47 pm for a drop off. The door was locked, knocked the door several times, no one opened the door even though the operating hours for the lab for that day was 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Had to waste the samples.
I take my grandpa here for INR test. We never really have to wait that long, its usually in and out for us but the staff is a little slow because they are always paying more attention to their conversation than their patients
Staff works slow, they seem to rather have conversations witch each other instead of their job, long wait time
Horrible! Made me wait two hours for a blood test then said that they didnt have a standing order even though Ive been there twice with it in the system. They need at least three more people on staff.
Wait is too long. All I hear is chit chat in the back and everyone in the waiting room is complaining theyve been here for more then 40 mins 😑

Terrible receptionist with unprofessional skills, made me do the stuff she should do, made us with for several hours and didn’t even give a pass for parking ... next time will not be so polite

This is the worst Lab I have ever visited. Firstly, the workers are not enough for so many patients. Secondly, they are very slow workers with an attitude.
I waited 1,5 hour!!!!!
