Prepare to be amazed. The best haircut Ive had since moving here 15 years ago. Although unassuming from the exterior, the decor, flow and vibe of this salon is so refined, relaxing and inviting. Dennis has really outdone this little shop. I recently moved to the area looking for a barber & I honestly can never look back. The atmosphere is welcoming with flowing music in the air, the beautiful art & the vintage chess board set up.They also take Covid precautions extremely serious & seem to have this appointment based haircuts down packed. Get ready to get a cut and get that classic conversation because it seems there is never a dull moment.

I highly recommend this place! Latham cut my hair and he was such a genuine individual! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed and the shop is very clean and well managed. I am looking forward to continuing my business here and working with Latham again in the near future!

I am picky about who I let touch my hair. After trying a few places and reading a lot of reviews I landed here and got an appointment with Donnie. As long as Donnie is cutting hair not another person will touch mine. He is fantastic. Always delivers. He is also honest and will talk you through different hair styles and explain why it would and would not work. He understands hair. They all do.

This was the best haircut I have ever had. I have been to many barber shops over the years and I realized today that I have never had a REAL haircut by a professional, experienced barber. Dennis is a must see.

I visited Dennis Best Mens Salon last week for a haircut. This is my first time at the salon, and I was very pleased. I made an appointment with Donnie, and he did a great job with my hair. The salon was very clean, and I felt they handled all COVID precautions in a efficient and professional manner. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for a place to get a haircut.

Ive been a customer for a couple of years and this place is great. Everyone who works here is very talented. My guy is Donnie, but you cant really go wrong. Throughout the pandemic they have been on top of safety standards and guidelines. I highly recommend them.

My fiance goes here and he always comes out with a great haircut and beard trim. Ive been in once or twice and the barbers seem nice and like they get along well. They also have a fridge with beer (which makes me wish more ladies salons had beer coolers).

Very clean barbershop with 4 working barbers. They are all talented barbers and can do most any cut. They do accept appointments which is nice if you dont have the time to sit and wait for a chair. A fun and energetic atmosphere as you would expect from a barbershop.

My husband loves getting his hair cut here. They do a fantastic job on his hair, which is somewhat difficult to cut because of its natural growth pattern and his style. They give you beer and soda to make the experience complete.

I got my hair cut here for all four years of undergrad while across the street at Duke and didn’t trust my hair to anyone else but these guys. Donnie cut my hair each time and each time I walked out with a perfect cut. Honestly he’s the best barber I’ve ever had. If I hadn’t moved four hours away I’d still be going to him.

The man and his tools always leave me looking and feeling good after 30 minutes in the chair.

I will say the staff are great and friendly. Im just not sure what I paid for... I got my standard haircut for 35 with no amenities or extras. Not even a beard trim or shampoo. Worst part was driving home covered in hair. I really wasnt given any reason to return which sucks because I liked the barber. Dont understand how they can charge as much as they do for what I got.
