I cannot even give it a star I made an appointment for 3:30 and I was told to sit down I waited to going on for and no one attended me there was some other issues there of a lady before me that was waiting for a long time also. I just thought that it would be nice on my way home from work that I could just go there to get my nails done but I guess that was the mistake I made I will never call for an appointment there the owner was not a very nice person not friendly at all rude and I guess its who you know in there but they lost my business or they never got my business so they wont get my business I cant give them a star at all not even a half of 1

Did a good job on my wifes nails one of them was starting to come off as soon as she walked out but she walked back in and they took care of her then she said an appointment and they handled it pretty good prices was pretty good

I went for a pedicure....needless to say I had to get another 2 days after to fix theirs. My feet was rougher than they were before I went there. Not to mention there was a client before me that got a pedicure also, and the nail lady thought she could just rinse the bowl out instead of fully cleaning it between clients!!!! Never going again!!! And all of my hair clients have stopped going as well when they seen my pedicure.

I had a terrible experience here I chose it because of the later hours. The job done by the nail technician with sloppy,jagged edges thick layers of acrylic. What a waste of money time energy effort and to top it all off the police showed up during my visit there were several customers unhappy with previous nail setsc arguments in the shop never seen professionals in their place of business cussing and swearing and arguing back with people

I was a LONG time patron of Sammys. I had a horrible with someone doing my pedicure. I was ridiculed and shamed. After all the years and thousands of dollars, it’s a shame how it all ended.

They do terrible nails if you around this shop just go to flowers they are way cheaper, take their time, don’t cut you and won’t have your nails crooked! This nail shop is a scam they add all them extra fees and act dumb when you ask them to explain what’s everything you paying for. For them to be so expensive they do terrible nails and eye brows

The old woman doing pedicures SHOULDNT be doing pedicures SMH. The water to soak my feet was cold, lukewarm at very best . So when she went to actually work on my feet it was literally painful!! She doesnt understand English so unless its a yes or no question that she asks you, if you tell her something is wrong she cant understand you anyways, therefore she cant or wont do anything to fix the problem. She scratched my legs and tops of my feet during the massage if you could call it that. Then when she went to rinse my legs and feet off the water was scalding hot and was burning my skin. It was the worst service I have ever recieved at a nail salon and I will not return. Also I went in solely for a pedicure, I get trying to upsell your customers but after the first No Thank You to the offer for a full set, another employee shouldnt be soliciting to me as well. I politely declined his offer as well. The end result of a terrible experience was pretty pink nail polish and feet that were better off before they sat in that womans chair.

I went in yesterday for a full set and a pedicure everything was fine untill I got home and noticed the guy didnt polish my middle toe how u miss one toe? Yall probably wondering why I didnt notice it before I left its because I look at one foot and it was perfect so am I wrong for assuming the other foot is just as perfect?? So I couldnt go back yesterday because it was raining so I went back today he polished my toe but I feel as if he did that on purpose not to mention I tipped him $10 requested my tip back or they can give me a free fill in when I need it. Long story short I paid $95 + a $10 for him missing a toe and having to waste my time coming back here. I wouldnt recommend this nail salon to anyone.Im adding this info two weeks later the gel polish has came off on 3 toes on both feet and its only been 2 weeks or so. I will never spend my money in there again what a waste smh

Let me just say, I never do these reviews at all, but I need to warn people as to what they are doing at this shop. I swore off Asian nail salons a long time ago, but after getting multiple recommendations for this one and not being able to find a nail tech in Buffalo who was good and not Asian, I was desperate so I went here. Not only did I call first, they said no appointments, just walk-ins, ok...fine. I went, signed in and waited about 35 mins. I wanted a hard gel set, NOT ACRYLIC, made this very clear multiple times because acrylic beats my nails up so bad and makes them paper thin. The male nail tech hardly ever talked to me other than when I told him what I wanted done, showed him a pic, he took it to the boss and it was chrome polish and pink french tips and diamonds on about 4 nails. He came back after speaking in Vietnamese to her about 5 mins and said $100!! I was stunned, everywhere else I had gone and asked said about $60 for this same set, I thought the Asians would be cheaper, but of course not, said $5 for each diamond, give me a freaking break here. Then I said ok just do chrome on two nails and the rest pink french. How much for that? He says $50, I agree and he proceeded to do them as quickly as possible filing down the sides of my nails and skin on my fingers with the hardest file possible. My fingers were all raw and burnt for 3 days after getting them done whenever I touched anything or put them in water. The whole time never saying anything to me at all and talking in Vietnamese to other people. So, the final comments I have are all my nails are lumpy and crooked, not filed straight at all, they charged me $60 in the end and I didnt change anything from the set he told me would be $50, then I questioned why and he said 2 chrome nails and the gel polish is $10 extra, I said you already said $50 for the 2 chrome nails in the beginning, but whatever, I remained polite and calm and just paid and got out of there never to return. Also, no diamonds or bling and my nails are way longer than I wanted when I told him to cut them down. Two other clients were complaining right next to me about the old guy making their nails all lumpy. My nail tech was the one with blonde hair. He tried to make me believe that he gave me a hard gel set just because they labeled their little glass container HARD GEL so they can charge people $42 a full set instead of $22 for regular acrylic. Now, I am a licensed cosmetologist and not a dumb person by any means and I know what hard gel looks like, now I have regular old acrylic on my nails that I paid $42 for!! So disgusted and this is a whole week later that I am writing this, so you know it is real and how disappointed and astounded I was. I will never go back there, I will tell everyone not to go there and I have been to about 100 nails salons over the years and this was the worst customer service, business, and talent on my nails Ive ever had! I was the only white person in there too, so maybe they dont like white people or thought I had money so they think we are stupid and charge us more. NEVER AGAIN and if you are smart, you wont go there either. THERES TONS OF NAIL TECHS OUT THERE, SUPPORT THE GOOD ONES, SHUT THESE ILLEGAL, CHEMICAL USING, CHEAPEST SUPPLIES OUT THERE ASIANS DOWN WHO ARE JUST PLAIN RUDE.
