I hardly ever write reviews. Today was my first and last visit to this nail salon. My appointment was at 6:15 and I waited a long time to start. I didnt leave until 7:45. They took too many people and there was not enough staff. If that was the only problem, I wouldnt complain, it happens.Once I was at a station, a tech threw (literally) a blue tab on the water that hit my toe and dyed it blue. This caused my nail tech to dig and dig and dig to get the blue off from around my big toenail from the water dye tablet. I asked for rounded short toe nails three times, never quite got there. My nail tech was not skilled compared to other nail salons I have been to and it shows in the end result. I tried saying things multiple times even though Im super uncomfortable complaining. Including at the very end when I pointed out to the manager/owner that she completely missed part of my pinky toe nail so he CUT IT OFF. Oh and she filed my nails after the gel was cured, which I know breaks the seal.Pictures show poor finish, uneven toe nail shapes, and bizarrely cut off/ notched out pinky toe nail that was the owners response to me trying to show him how bad it was. Oh and still a little blue in the corner of my big toe. Just horrific. Never going back.(Still paid and tipped because I am not a horrible human)

I really love going to this salon!! The people there are always super nice to me and satisfy my expectations! I even tried another salon and wished I had just stayed with this one! The only time I was really dissatisfied was my own fault... but I love how they do my nails, how fast they do them, and how professional they look!! I HIGHLY recommend!!

I have used Deluxe many times for both pedicures and manicures, and have always been very happy. Yesterday was another story. I asked for just a regular pedicure, and the nail tech was not at all nice. She was very rough. She also left polish all over my cuticles and around the edges of the nails, which I didn’t notice until I was home. . For the manicure, I just asked for a nail shaping and cuticle clean up, no polish. I have very short nails, and she kept complaining that she couldn’t do anything with them because they were so short. I’ve never had anyone that couldn’t shape short nails! They were uneven and each nail was shaped differently. When finished, she literally dropped my hand onto the table and said come on, I’ll check you out. I was in shock and just left, but not before she told me that the cost was $50. Which is actually $2 above their listed fees. I didn’t notice it at the time, but realized it after I had gotten home. I wish I could post the pics I took of my hands and feet in this review because they’re terrible. I’ll never go back.

Was able to get an appt last Saturday! It was a great experience. Pedicure was long and relaxing. It was great they took their time and really paid attention to detail.

I went here today to get my first ever, dipped manicure with tips. I wanted a professional looking french tip and the nail technician was incredible. Phillips wife, is awesome and she listened to everything I wanted, from the correct length and the exact shape I wanted. I am pretty fussy so this place was very patient with me and my needs. I am so grateful for such a magnificent job they did. My nails look so professional and gorgeous! I feel like a million dollars! This is my new place and I urge anyone who is looking for a powder dipped manicure with, tip extensions, to look no further than Deluxe Nail and Spa. Everyone is so very friendly and the place is neat and clean. The staff is amazing!

Only been here twice and that is two times too many. First time I came on the suggestion of a friend who praised them to the moon. I got a pedicure there, hardly anyone was in the shop and although it should have taken 30-45 minutes nearly took an hour and a half for me to leave because they kept wanting to talk about my friend (all complimentary, but I just wanted to get it done and go, especially in these current conditions). Second time I went on my birthday, I had very long wait (although I made an appointment), barely acknowledged by anyone during that time and no sense of social distancing whatsoever. I left and havent been back since. I failed to see how theyre any better than other nail places, especially being so out of the way from where I live. Never again.

I would just rather forget I even came here. I showed them a picture of a set of nails done at THIS SHOP. The girl didn’t know how to do the design and took forever to ask someone for help. Then their credit card machine was down (which they failed to mention ahead of time) and they made me take money out of their own ATM which meant an additional fee. The only good about this place are the pedicure chairs.

Very professional and pleasant staff. I am a regular there and have gone to each individual at some point. They do lovely work. Their prices are very comparable to other salons.

I’ve been a customer for three years and During that entire time it was five stars. It is under new management and it is terrible. The employees look and talk like they’re miserable. There’s no hot water. They added furniture from another salon and now it’s crowded, no space to move.

Never a bad experience at this salon. Always clean, always friendly. My nails look great every time!

Went to this nail salon for the first time a couple days ago and I will not be coming back. Unfortunately the owner of the salon did my nails and hes not very good. The one positive thing I can say is that I like the shape of my nails.1. He was so distracted. I understand hes the owner, but if hes going to be that busy then maybe he shouldnt be doing anyones nails. He got up at least 7 times while doing my nails to attend to something else and Im not referring to phone calls.2. He asked me what color I wanted on my toes and I told him the same color I chose for my nails, but with a white tip. He starts painting the tips on my toe nails. He asks me if I want any pink on my toes (regular french tip look) and I tell him, Yes I want the same color I chose for my finger nails. He then sucks his teeth, rolls his eyes and says, Why didnt you tell me that. Im like Sir...you asked me this earlier and I told you what I wanted. If he wasnt so distracted with everything else maybe he would of remembered that.3. He did a poor job on my toe nails. The tips are all different widths and the line is not straight whatsoever on multiple toes.This nail salon is beautiful in appearance, but the owner should stick to managing the salon. His customer service and toe nail painting skills are definitely not up to par.

Awful experience...I asked the guy not to do too much drilling because I felt the little burn. He got upset and told me that he didnt want to do my nails. You would have thought that he was doing them for free. Too many other places with better customer service.

They did a great job on my nails! I got a full set, and the lady who did them was so nice and did a perfect job!

Brought my husband for a pedicure, he did not want to initially go. After getting the pedicure, he now wants to know when he can go back! Very nice employees.

I dont recommend this place at all my nails look so bad!!!! i got a fill for my acrylics and it looks so bad. the man that was doing my nails seemed very rushed and the polish isnt smooth/looks clumpy and there is polish all on my skin!! when he was drilling the acrylics he did it so far down that he cut my skin and it was bleeding and he kept putting pressure on it. overall my worst nail experience. the polish i got was gel so theres no way for me to remove it and im very upset with the outcome!>:(

I got a gel nail manicure and basic spa pedicure. They did a very good job and the massage for the legs and hands was very relaxing. Also the establishment is very clean and nice. I will go back. Prices are also reasonable.

I felt very rushed . He gave me a fill with gel polish in 20 mins . My nails are all different lengths and the acrylic is super thick . I told him they were uneven and he said they weren’t then filed them really fast and made them worst . Pedicure was just ok. They are more expensive then most nail shops . I don’t mind paying for quality work but I definitely didn’t receive quality work . Never going back !

I got cut twice on my skin doing SnS and terrible customer service when confronted about it. They aren’t very pleasant and friendly. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone.

This was my 1st time at this salon so I really didnt know what to expect. But I really needed to treat myself to a pedicure only because I was dealing with a tragic family issue...besides being overdue. My normal salon was closed and not opening up until the 30th (hey everyone needs a vaca)...because I was going to go get my pedi before I went to the hospital for the day...instead I stopped here on my way home. I was greeted right away and didnt have to wait. They had plenty of comfy chairs and warm employees greeting you as I walked to my chair. I was greeted by nail technician whos name is Lee...If I could give her 10⭐️S and a raise I would!!!! She did a OUTRAGEOUSLY FABULOUSLY AWESOME JOB on my pedi...(so good I got a gel mani too)...What a treat...I found a new salon I really like and nail technician that does a BEAUTIFUL job and makes you feel so comfortable there...You gotta go there...And you gotta ask for Lee 💅💯

Went in for a gel manicure and was rushed through the entire process, the nail tech was unfriendly and got polish all over my fingers. It also only lasted 4 days before it started chipping and peeling off.

Theyre supposed to be open 11-4 on Sundays but they left because it was slow. Well thats inconvenient for someone who drove 30 min to get there. Never again. Theyre inconsistent and unapologetic about it.
