Great staff. Small delay getting unloaded but overall not too bad.

No lumper fee at Sams end of the warehouse. Shorter wait time than a regular Wal-Mart D.C. delivery. Nice lady at the window. I was a couple hours early and they checked my seal at the gate and sent me to the office to check in there. Still took about 3 hours but I was more at fault for coming too early because they were fairly busy. Id deliver here again...

6 hours to unload 11 pallets...

Very slow unloading time. You can only check in 30mins prior to your appointment. When youre 15mins late, they give you a hard time. My appointment was at 6am, I checked in about 45mins prior, and its now 10:08am and Im still here waiting to be empty. Lazy bunch of hourly workers!
