Wimmers Wrecker Service is a great towing company. I always call them when ever my vehicles need a tow. They even towed my company truck and once had to tow my company trailer that was full of pallets with stone. Their Crew members are professional and kind. Reasonable prices. Even my 5 year old loves them. I highly recommend them for towing.

I knew I was going to be delayed getting to the car, but Dawn set me up so that the truck arrived just about the time I told her Id be there!Jeff towed my car. He was very careful about not doing any damage while pulling it onto his flatbed, chaining it down, and when he took it off. They were great! We had left our vehicle overnight and called them the next morning for a tow. Of course we got caught in a traffic detour trying to get back but the driver was patient and waiting. Very pleased with service and pricing.

Dawn is a great dispatch and both of her wreckers have helped me in a tight spot. Both days the weather was absolute garbage yet both guys had excellent service. They made a priority getting to me in less than 40 mins on a busy/rainy New Years Eve. Another thing I would like to mention, before i arrived at the shop a person recommended, the wrecker quickly mentioned it wouldnt be wise to let them work on the car. He told me their experience since he knew i had an European import with no dealership local. I ignored his recommendation and through the week i just passed everyday watching it sit in their lot. To make matters worse the shop attempted to pull my leg on a fix they NEVER even completed. Luckily I was knowledgeable enough about the needed repair and called them out to where my money was refunded. Had I listened the first time I would have more money in my pocket in towing expense, however, the second go around it ended up at the right mechanic and Wimmers towed me out to the distant location without charging me an arm and leg.

Chad was very helpful today. I have used Wimmers a few times over many years and have always had a pleasant experience. Needing a tow is always a negative experience so I understand about complaints but, Wimmers is my recommendation when that time comes.

I just got picked up like 40 minutes after I called in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere. Billy is a great worker and very professional! And it was very cheap!

Went to pick up our car from their lot and they were very nice and helped our day to get better thank yall.

I was told the charge was 95 dollars to pull my daughters car out of the ditch. Decided to have the car towed to my house, less than a mile from where the car was. When I went to pay, I was charged a 185 dollars and when I questioned the amount I was told extra winching was needed. Feeling a little swindled. Will not use this service again.

I have used Wimmer for gutter and driveway pressure washing $500.00 way too much I was advised later.Nice guys. So my friend got his small kubota tractor bugged down left from previous trees being removed.I called Wimmer she sent out a nice guy 2 kids did a great job pulling a small tractor about 10 ft out of the bog.I fell I got screwed no hauling just backing dow by my house on hard dirt putting chain to the back of a tractor and pulling out. 150.00 thats BS..

My experience with this company was horrible. The lady that answered the phone had to be on dope. It was 1pm in the afternoon but she was slurring her words and actually fell asleep with me on the phone! They left me stranded for 1hour. I called after the first 30 minutes of waiting to make sure that she dispatched a driver and when she answered she did not even remember talking to me!!! I gave her my information for the second time and another 30 minutes passed but no truck ever showed. This company will leave you stranded. I called Knotts and they were on scene in 8 minutes!! Amen!

They came out to the site quickly, the amount for the transport was 85 ok no problem, its a holiday and we had to get it back to our friends house. The bike looked and sounded like it was operational, but none of us know how to ride and the condition internally we were unsure. Mind you the bike was in neutral all the wrecker had to do was walk it on the lift, nope he sat on it admired and drove up the lift. Im like ok maybe that was a quicker way. So we make it back to our friends house and says 85 dollars, ok we pull out a card and says, oh no cash only or I cant drop the bike, seriously that information was a little vital not everyone carries cash. I make a run to the ATM, while Im gone he takes the bike off and not just walk in the garage, cranks it again and rides it into the garage. I told him several times, its in neutral it can be walked in. Nevertheless, cash aspect absolutely unprofessional and riding a owners property without thier permission, definitely a no go.

I had broken down a month ago while in Georgia I called wimmers and Chadd Bennett came to help me he was excellent.I recommend him highly.

If there was a lower rating to use, i would. After being told im next in line for service...an hour later i am informed im next in line and informed it will be possibly another 45 minutes to an hour. Ended up waiting nearly 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Since i had to wait, so did my customers whom i ended up refunding there deposits for the work o couldnt do. I was lied to more than once by the office personnel. Unacceptable.
