I went in yesterday and got a gel coffin nails done. everyone was very nice, and professional. the whole time the man who did my nails was very nice. when i got home i saw that my nails were super uneven, not even colored all the way and the sides of my nails were bleeding from filing so far down. i called and asked if i could come back in and the guy on the phone was very rude when i told him about my nails. my nails were hurting so bad later on and still hurt. Mind you i asked for coffin shaped nails and got squared. I went back in today to get my money back and one of the men argued with me the whole time. He said he could cut my nails but only give me $40 back when i paid $55. I told him to cut them and i’d go somewhere else to get them redone. after cutting them, he threw my money at me and told me to “go, get out of here & don’t come back” he was very rude and disrespectful towards me because i had been hurt during the process. i’ve never been treated like this at a nail salon and surely this is not how you treat your customers. i will not be returning to this salon.

I have been a patron for three months and have been treated exceptionally well. The male technician always advises me on my color selection and he is usually right. My wait time has never been over 30 minutes. Recommend to all!

I came for a pedicure and was seated right when i walked in. The gentleman who did my pedicure was AMAZING. Very attentive, took his time and just so kind. Highly recommend.

I over all gave them a 3 because technicians seemed to be rushing through our pedicures, we both got the number 1 on the list to choose from witch was $45. Both technicians were done in less than 20 minutes. I did appreciate it being clean but their was no connection energy wise in my opinion. I will return to see if my next experience is better. I think the foot rest on the foot spas are too hard. They really hurt your heal throughout the pedicure process.I would train the nail techs to double fold the towels placed on the foot rest for added comfort. It was clean inside the nail salon so thats always a plus, next time hopefully it will be better.

I feel it was very overpriced for the service, also felt as if my pedicure was rushed. The guy who did mine was nice, but other staff was rude and atmosphere was very unwelcoming.

Me and my daughter wanted mani/pedi for my wedding. All my daughter got was paint, no feet soak or massage. First color I chose, after nail tech painted daughter hands/feet told me it was “ugly” and made me pick another color! Not to mention this was for my wedding and she was my flower girl! She didn’t remove polish, painted right over top of “ugly” color I wanted for my daughter. Not to mention tech was completely rude and yelled at my FIVE year old for moving. She didn’t clean clippers, etc between guest as I watched her. Tech that did my nails, got wrong color. So my feet and fingers did not match!! Completely felt robbed for the amount I was charged for a horrible set of nails and rude service! This place has gone down hill fast. Would not recommend, spend your money somewhere else!!

No appointment required. Quick service, friendly, good work, and cost less than what I was quoted over the phone.

They do good nails if you can get a spot. When they are busy they can be kinda rude.

Smells like stinky feet when you walk thru the door. Uncleanliness.

My daughter and I went to this Nail Salon on September 12th she got a full set and a pedicure and I got a pedicure my total was $140. I felt it was extremely over priced for the quality of the services we received! By far the worst pedicure I’ve ever received!!! It was extremely bare minimum!!! My feet were still rough when I left the nail salon, neither myself nor my daughter received any type of massage with our pedicures. When I asked that nail tech about that she said “yes yes I did massage” the customer services was terrible. AND they Tried to charge our group $2 per person extra for a mask. Needless to say we will not be back! I’m a hairdresser myself abs ordinary would never write a bad review on this type of business but I feel others need to know how horrible our experience was especially for it to have been so expensive.

I’ve had many pedicures from here. All have been done very professionally. This includes trimming toe nails and callouses. Polish stays on for a few weeks.I think very reasonably priced compare to my northern spa where it is over twice that and not as good of job.Love going there.

Everything that i picked at this nail salon the man was saying it was ugly. He didn’t do what i wanted. Never again. Worst nail salon

My 2nd time visiting this establishment. I liked the atmosphere and person who did my pedicure. I think it might be my new place to go.

Wow, just went in with my sister and daughter for pedicures. They were not busy. We sat down at 5 pm and the “spa pedicure “ was over in 15 minutes.... I’ve had many pedicures and paid less for better service.

I love my nails. I got a mani & pedi with gel color and my eye brows waxed; all for under $100 and within an hour time.They did a great job . Very precise!

My sister and i was denied service as we opened the door to the establishment we was asked to come back in a hour because the lobby was full. I completely understand with the covid-19 and everything going on i did not want to sit inside anyway. After coming back in One hour the owner still denied our services saying we should have waited the first time. Mind you the first time opening the door to salon we was turned around could not sign in nothing. This is not right.

I called a head asking about the pice, they told me $40 for the sns dip with tips. my nails looked good but they charged me $50 and cut me while doing my nails.

Great place for Father daughter Pedicures

Terrible. Arrived 30 minutes before some people were through. Polish on my cuticle on both big toes. Awful . use to tip 10.00. Tipped zero. Let a lady go back and forth for me and someone else getting a spa treatment while people arrived way after me were attended to.

First off, I asked for a new set of nails (as mine had already been on for 2 weeks). He told me to get a fill in . So I was aware the salon was busy, and all, but he would take paint off of 1 nail (not even all of the paint off), run to help someone else, then come back, etc. after finishing my nails, you can still see the former color that was on my nails. And now, a week later, the whole nail is coming off. Terrible.

Price gouging for dip! Never have I ever been told $45 for regular dip. Thats nuts!! Super unfriendly
