Stefani takes such good care of me and I leave the salon feeling beautiful and confident. She does amazing things with color and gives me exactly what I ask for. She is so attentive and efficient; you can tell she really cares about her work and knows what she is doing! The salon is clean, modern, and the entire staff is kind and welcoming! I had been gifted a gift certificate for Ebrace for Christmas in 2019. Corona virus hit in March of 2020 and I had been unable to use it. Finally in December of 2020, I emailed to try to arrange an appointment and they worked with me as to when I could come in that worked with my schedule. I got my hair washed, cut and styled and it ended up beautiful. The girl who did it did an amazing job and really took care to calm my worries about getting a hair cut since I hadnt in almost 2 years and since I had had an awful cut in the past. My hair was very damaged at the ends and is very long and very thick. Its often hard for a lot of stylists to handle. I was terrified someone would take too much off. She did a wonderful job and made my hair finally feel healthy again. All the employees were very kind, warm and welcoming. They were very professional but made me feel comfortable as well. I highly recommend them to anyone considering going.

Moved to Brunswick not to long ago and wanted to find a hair salon near me, so happy I found this hidden gem. Everyone in the entire place was friendly and professional. The prices are beyond fair and the quality of their products are outstanding, don’t get me started on the shampooing experience, just WOW!! I love Embrace and they take great care of me as a customer and use top quality products. I came to Stefani S after my hair was destroyed by another stylist (not at Embrace). She has taken good chair of my hair, cuts it the way I like, listens to what I want and with frequent cuts and the right products my hair looks healthy again! Also (so important for a hair salon), I have never left there feeling awful because my stylist did something other than I wanted or cut my hair too short. That doesn’t happen at Embrace!

Haley Hudson Sholtis is a goddess when it comes to balayage! A few years ago I moved to the Cleveland area and was looking for someone who was experienced with the freehand highlighting technique to give me a fresh start. I had been box dying my hair black for several years (yikes!) so she certainly had her work cut out for her. Haley was very thorough and upfront at my initial consultation. Her knowledge of hair chemistry allowed me to keep a great length of my long hair as we slowly lightened me appointment after appointment. Even after a four month hiatus while salons were shut down, I promised that I would be loyal to her and the hard work she had put in to transform my hair (no box dying!). I have been battling cystic acne for the last couple of years. I have been on medication for a couple of years, until I start going to Amy at Embrace. Being in sales my self confidence lacked as I was always worried if people were trying to figure out what was on my face. I started going to Amy in September/October she did a couple back to back deep clean facials and helped me understand what was going on with my skin. I am proud to say as of 1 month ago with Amy’s help and guidance I am officially off my medicine. She helped me understand what washes to use and routine to use in between sessions. Amy has remained very professional and truly cares about her work also a very relaxing experience. I can’t believe how amazing my face looks when I am done. I would recommend Amy and Embrace to anyone because I never thought I would be leaving the house with no makeup and feeling confident, but here we are!!
