Andy is so funny, and is amazing at what he does! I came in with a very vague description of what I wanted, no photo references, wanting something completely different. He took a pure black base from my previous appointment and reworked it into the best set Ive ever gotten! The 3D flower was a last second decision to try, and they made sure the colors complimented the rest and was finished perfectly. I love them, almost too much to redo!

My boyfriend and I moved up from Portland and started going here. We love the deluxe spa pedicures, we get gel polish and our pedis last around 3-4 weeks before they even chip. We bring his mom who has “horn nails” (overgrowth of the underside of the nail) & they made her feet feel amazing. I finally just got a manicure here and it came out great as well, though I wish they had more opaque color options. I can’t wait to see the updated salon. Leo is also the best manager, clearly.Looking at some of the bad reviews, my advice with any family nail salon like this is if you’re only willing to get basic polish done on either hands or feet is that you shouldn’t expect them to last long, you get what you pay for. Most high end Spa Salons would charge upwards of 100-120$ for a set of nails, if not more.

Super friendly! Loved Andy. I let him talk me into dipping powder nails (I usually do gel). Never been here before so I dont know if its dipping powder nails in general or the way they were put on, but they were all popping off within a week and a half.

The first set of nails I absolutely hated. I called right away and they told me to wait for just a day or so and come back and get them redone. I did it today they took the set off and fixed it without any questions. They look fantastic now. The only thing is that I did have to pay half the price for the new set. I do always try to give a benefit of a doubt and let the business correct their mistake and this nail salon definitely did a great job.

Second time there no paper Towson rest room, I realize they are going through construction. Aprons they wear are dingy, cold water for manicure. Nothing relaxing for 70 .

The people here were rude and unprofessional. I got a fill 3 weeks ago and they looked awful. And come to find out they gave me fungus on my nails. Clearly they don’t clean their tools at all. Don’t go here pls

Do not go here to get your nails done, I set up an appointment for my girlfriend to get her nails done and they fell off within two days. We went in for them to fix it or at least give a refund for the terrible job and they yelled at us and told us to leave. If you love getting ripped off definitely go here.

I paid a lot of money for the deluxe pedicure. They changed people during my pedicure. Its one thing if it is for nail art. The stones were too hot during it and burnt the top of my foot. I didnt notice this until I got home how bad it was. They rush around. Im there to relax. They also have poor communication skills. I would not recommend or go back.

It was my moms first pedicure at 87, they did a phenomenal job making her comfortable and did a very nice job.

I don’t understand how this place continues to get high reviews. I’ve tried repeatedly to want to say something good about their services but it is always about the same-mediocre at best. Receiving multiple services over many visits I’ve had my cuticles BLEEDING from a pedicure, my foot SANDED RAW until it was so tender I needed a bandaid for a few days, a technician put ONE coat of red polish before a finish coat leaving the nails looking uneven and almost transparent, and most recently my dip manicure was completed in 20 minutes, which left me with multiple electric drill BURNS as the technician RACED thru the removal of my old dip and the contouring of the new nails.Additionally, the salon is always dirty.

In 25 minutes they did gel nails and toe color change, so you can just imagine how not so well they came out. I felt rushed and did not enjoy a nice, relaxing experience at all. Wont be returning. I had made a reservation and asked prices when doing so, was quotes totally different price than was charged. And Im supposed to have fake nails, you cant even see them .

I went in on my day off and got a full set dine. Non of them were the same length or shape and there was no dehydrator or primer used on my underneath nail so much that they pulled off of my nails like cheap press ons within two days. I went back in to get them fixed on my next day off 2 days later, and was greeted by staff who blamed everything on me and refused to fix them saying “ I hope you never come back” would not recommend to anyone.

Always have the absolute best of service here, friendly staff, great quality of products, never been displeased with how my nails turned out. Will never go anywhere else ❤

Today’s experience was unlike all of my previous experiences. My grand daughter left in tears. The constant change of people providing my pedicure was ridiculous, one person didn’t even complete painting the toes on one of my feet. ( one other costumer in the shop) My daughter and I were badgered to add to the services we scheduled.My grand daughter provided a picture of the nails she wanted, pastel pink with a design. After attendants taking samples back and forth, a bright pink was put on her nails, when she told the attendant it was not the right color, she was told she could have a different color when she had her fill in 2 weeks. Her mother then asked if they could be painted over as it was a special occasion, and was told No. Unfortunately, I have recommended this salon many times and had to take my granddaughter to have the nails fixed at another salon.

Hands down the best place for a manicure. I went several months ago and tried to go today, but due to the pandemic they couldn’t accommodate me. But they’re so nice and friendly and fit me in tomorrow after work.

Wouldnt even give a star. I cancelled an appointment before I even got in. I Tried to book an appointment for someone as a gift and when I called to ask if I could pay over the phone (it would have been okay if not, just investigating my options) I was given a load of attitude and hung up on. Not impressed, not getting my business.

I was apprehensive that I wouldn’t find a nail salon that could do an SNS manicure up to my high standards but, Elizabeth Nails has been a wonderful find. Andy has been doing my nails for the past 4 months and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve been getting the same high quality manicures that I’ve come to expect back home in DC and he’s even done some really nice ombrés that I wouldn’t have necessarily chosen for myself but, have really enjoyed. Also, not everybody can do a great coffin shape and Andy’s shaping has been perfect. Great clean place as well!

Meh, pedicure chipped within 5 minutes

I was looking for a nail salon who offered powder dip near my work and found this place. They offer a huge selection of colors to pick from. I am extremely happy with the service I have received over these last few months. Everyone has been very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place. I have been able to come in during my lunch hour and still be back to work in time.

Really fast, accommodating and friendly! Great service and pricing. I went for the super pedicure which added a sea salt scrub for only $35 total. Parking is a little tricky, but definitely worth finding. Highly recommend

I am a nail success story thanks to Andy! I walked into Elizabeth Nails Spa a year ago with no nail beds at all. Andy convinced me to try acrylics and I am so happy that I did. We werent sure it was going to work, but we gave it a try and today I am the proud owner of my own natural nails. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my manicures and pedicures. I highly recommend Elizabeth Nails Spa.

I came here because I saw that they had SNS dip nails, and had really wanted to try them out. They were a little busy when I first went in, but they sat me down quickly and got to work! It was quick and easy, and the end result is beautiful and durable! A really great job and I would definitely recommend this place if you want dip powder nails! I will be going back every two weeks or so for fills here!

I wanted to do something nice for my girlfriend and told her she should get her nails done here. 35 dollars and 12 hours later they were peeling off. When we asked for a refund they said no but they would fix them. That’s fine and understandable but then they laughed over the phone when asked at 1:30 PM if they’d be able to fit us in by the end of the day. We asked if there was time available the next day and they responded with “thanks. bye.” and hung up. Apparently they were just as unfriendly during the actual nail painting etc... not good business practices. Do not recommend.

Ive been going to Elizabeth nails for about two years now, and love it! Everyone at Elizabeth is wonderful! they are friendly and always make sure I leave happy! Hands down best nail experience Ive ever had. I went in to get my nails done for an engagement photoshoot, and explained that my nails are super sensitive so I never get them done and to just be easy on them. In the nicest most professional way my nail tech introduced me to the dip nail method that restores your natural nails and looks AMAZING! It had vitamins and all kinds of good stuff and he was so precise with the powder it was so cool to watch. Now instead of only on special occasions, I can have pretty nails all the time! Would recommend to anybody with hands! :)

I’m really disappointed. I had read the reviews prior to going in and they were all very positive. Unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. My pedicure was very poorly done. None of my cuticles were trimmed on my feet and my heels were not buffed at all. My feet look like I walked a mile barefoot on concrete. Now I’ll be the first to say I’m pretty rough on them but my normal nail girls always make them look better. Second to that the manicure again failed at the nail care part. She took the gels off my nails too soon and gouged a chunk from my thumb nail bed. Also, the cuticle trim was really lacking.

I travel an hour each way to get my nails done here. NEVER had a bad experience. They do it right!

Ive been a client for four years and I wont go anywhere else. Andy and Ann are experienced and my nails always look perfect. This is a family run business and I love to support them! The spa is clean and comfortable with great ventilation so it does not smell like a nail salon. And no appointment needed--I always walk right in with no problem.

Its rare that I have my nails done, so wasnt too sure of what to expect. Several times I mentioned that it didnt look right, but was assured each time that he wasnt done yet. He seemed disinterested, getting up several times to tend to other customers. My nails had different lengths, some were square while others rounded, and on a couple of my nails, the polish didnt go all the way to the cuticle, leaving a gap. By that point, I just wanted to get out of there. I will not be going back.

I love that you now have a rewards system! The ease of booking appointments online thru facebook is a bonus. You all are wondeful.

Andy was amazing and so kind. I got the super manicure, which was am incredible value for the price. I was going to get a shellac manicure like I usually get, but Andy suggested a powder manicure due to the strength of my nails and the type of work I do. I agreed to try it, and I loved it! I did a walk in, and got in right away on a Saturday. I was a first time customer, and I will definitely be back! Thanks!!

Ive been coming here every 2 weeks for about 3 months now. Ive gotten a pedicure which was done very well I really enjoyed it and they did a great job. I go every 2 weeks to get my gel nails filled and paint changed. They do a wonderful job on my nails and some really nice art work too. I will continue to come here as they are a really nice friendly atmosphere and do a good job I recommend them to all my friends and family

So relaxing I almost nodded off during my pedicure :) As a walk-in customer on a weekday afternoon I received service very quickly with less than a five minute wait. The team was friendly and thorough. Prices are really reasonable. My manicure and pedicure look great and I look forward to being a return customer!

Overall a very underwhelming experience despite other reviews raving about the experience. They also have “best nail salon in the midcoast region” plaques hanging out, but unsure how they were earned. Overall ambiance lacking greatly. Have to walk outside the business past a weird daycare room(?) to use a not clean-not filthy bathroom (dirty sink/toilet paper on floor). One of the employees had a baby that was at the salon which wasn’t a bother besides the blasting baby YouTube videos. Had 3 different nail techs. No cuticle trim or lotion offered. Once finished with my powder dip nails, I was almost shooed from business when they weren’t busy and ended up messing up my nails, but didn’t notice until I get out to my car and was too short on time to go back in. Nail polish/powder on cuticles which bled when I had to pick it off. The star is only for the reasonable price and the student discount they offer. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went with a friend to get a manicure and pedicure and we were completely pampered by the staff. Try the special presidential package. My hands and feet were in heaven. This was our first visit and we drove over and hour to get here. Well worth the trip. We will be back. Best nail salon I have been to and I’m super picky.

Excellent mani/pedi for a great price. I am from out of town and was visiting my daughter--we went to Elizabeth together and were very pleased. Over a week later my nails are still in good shape. The paraffin is the best Ive ever had (including several big cities). They are very fast but they dont cut corners. The nail work they do is 100% hygienic, the chairs are super comfortable and work well, and the music, atmosphere are pleasant and the people are very nice. This would be my regular nail place if I lived in the area.

The atmosphere was very pleasant and calm. Selection of OPI nail colors was great. My only complaint was the nail fill I got. Not only was Andy less than personable, it was the worst job Ive ever seen... and Ive been wearing acrylic nails for decades. A 4 year old could have done better. I almost went directly to the drugstore to get remover and new polish but couldnt bear to, after spending $25. Maybe Andy was having a bad day but she still needs to do a good job or shes going to give Vietnamese nail techs a bad name, and thats the only way I ever have my nails done.

Went in for a acrylic fill, nail world was booked. They INESISTED I remove what I had ( I broke 3 nails) and go with the dip powder. I’ve heard good things about dip powder so I went ahead with it. Showed them the shape I wanted and everything was going fine till the powder was going on. I saw the shape with just the tip on and they looked exactly like what I wanted. With the powder Nails aren’t even or the same shape, theyre all different shapes and sizes. They look HORRIBLE. You know it’s bad when you have to fix them at home. never again.

Ann & Andy totally turned my nails around! Ive had acrylics for years and had problems with lifting, curling and other issues. Andy started me on dip nails and Im never going back to acrylics again. Everyone is super friendly and the spa pedicure with hot stone massage is fantastic! Definitely worth the trip from Portland.

I am SO happy with my nails! I have challenging nails to work with -- Im a nail-biter (nail destroyer really) and my nail beds are extremely short. Andy knew how to handle them and I now have rather beautiful looking french tips! Truly, I dont think my nails have ever looked better (I prefer fake nails to look real and thats not an easy thing to do).He made sure he knew what I wanted in style, length, and edge shape... And thats exactly what I got! I cant imagine going anywhere else in the area - the services is great and this salon is the best.The actual space is lovely and the entire staff team is very welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I had high hopes for this place because of the reviews. Im sad to say Im a little bummed with the outcome. I booked appointments for myself, my mother and a few others for Mothers Day and it was very busy (as expected) but they just did not put the effort in. It was very rushed and it wasnt relaxing. I got shellac done on Sunday and by Tuesday they were peeling up already when my shellac normally stays for about 3 weeks. Im willing to give this place another try sense I know they were busy but I figured if I had made an appointment that I shouldnt have been rushed. Feels like money down the drain :/

I had a horrible experience! The place is disgusting...there was pieces of other people’s nails all over the floor . The equipment was all dirty . There was trash on the floor . I had a French manicure with shellac and it took the young lady 15 minutes . I don’t know if she was going for a record but she did a horrible job ! Don’t waste your money. This place should be shut down its so dirty .

I searched for a salon that offered SNS Nail Systems and found Elizabeth Nails Spa. Andy is very experienced and does a superior SNS manicure; my nails are really healthy and look so natural! I highly recommend this nail salon!

Disappointed, it felt like they didnt want me to come back. Edges of my nails were left very rough and the whole experience was rushed and uncomfortable. Im about to file my nails myself, and it cost more than what I normally pay. She used her own nail to scratch my gel off. Id rather drive to Portland than go here again.

My niece and I had a great experience at Elizabeth Nails today. We decided on the rejuvenating mani-pedi and switched from acrylic to SNS natural nails. They did a fabulous job!! We both said how good our nail beds feel. We will be back again and again!

Every time I go in it always seems to be a different price for a pedicure and manicure. $5 extra for a different kind of polish when all the polish is the same brand. I feel like they try to get as much money out of you as they can & they always try to push other specials on you as well, even if you say no thank you.

NOT A GOOD PLACE. Where do I start...??!!Not friendly, she scraped the shellac polish off from my nails with her own fingernail??!??, I had a black and red French manicure and I could see the red showing through the black when she was done, so I had to ask her for a second coat of polish, she filed my nail bed way down with the nail file and was very rough, she pulled my arms abruptly when she wanted my hands repositioned. She kept leaving me to answer the phone and she was rude to a couple of the callers. And the price was DOUBLED that most other places and it was one of the worst places Ive ever had my nails done at.I am confused because I read previous reviews of this place before I went there, and they were all great.....????People raved about this place....??!!! I guess people dont know a good nail salon. Do not go there.

I was one of two people in there and it was like a race to get our nails done. It was not relaxing at all, the girl who took my polish off was really rough and I had to tell her she was hurting me. I got a dip powder manicure and they only dipped my nails one time and tried to put away the dip color I had picked. I had to point out how one coat was basically see through, and I wanted them dipped again. All other places Ive gotten a dip powder manicure, nails get dipped two or three times in the colored powder! They werent very personable and tried arguing with me. It felt like I was an inconvenience to them, even though they still had hours left before they closed! I will be taking my money elsewhere. Not sure how this place has gotten so many great reviews based on the service I had!

I have been going to Elizabeth for awhile now for both pedicures and gel nails and I always have a wonderful experience staff is super friendly and my nails always look amazing!!

I’m appalled at the service I received. I came in to use a gift certificate. The pedicure was horrible. The tech that did it really had no clue what he was doing. Nice as can be but my toe nails were uneven, he’s didn’t cut any of the dead skin, the creams were put on and wiped off immediately. I felt like it was a joke or something and then to top it off, I hand them my gift certificate which was for a complete pedi and they charged me $25 on top of that they said because I picked a special polish. I can tell you it was basic polish, noting fancy. I seriously feel like I was scammed and my pedi it horriblely done to the point I had to get it done again somewhere else. Don’t waste your money or your time!!!
