I would give them 3 1/2 stars if I could and the only reason I didnt go higher is that they were very busy today. And it appears they were short in help. I only saw 2 girls doing pedicures and the gentleman doing nails. It was about a 2 hour wait. But since I didnt have anything pressing to do, I waited. My usual Technician wasnt there. But the young lady that did my pedicure today was very good. Overall I do like this place.

After going and being konsistent at other nail salons in the area I stopped getting my nails done because I noticed my nails were becoming brittle. Pro nails took kare of me and my nails feel better and look great I will be back from the time they took on my pedicure to the gentleness given during my nail repair I felt special and was satisfied in all aspects her I WILL BE BACK.

I came in and requested to have my nails soaked off. When I was seated at a station the guy that works there decided to try to remove my nails forcefully instead and literally split my nail down to the nail bed. I had to stop and tell him that I requested a soak off for my nails. He mumbled under his breath and proceeded to have an extremely nasty attitude for the rest of my service. I will never come back to this establishment again!!

I absolutely loved it they painted my toe nails and were so kind and helpful and fast!!!

Ridiculous prices. Doesnt tell you anything specific Then says one price to only double it when I get to the register.Usual acrylic/ped cost about $100 with tip.... Here its twice that... And not even designed... Basic nails...Never go

Ive been going here for YEARS! They are always nice and do a great job.

I usually get good service but im still sitting and on top of that my phone is not working right but i wasnt able to really receive calls before i left home phone ring but nobody says anything and this shop got quiet all of a sudden a big thing about a mask being on my face but i feel like that should have been said before i signed my name on the book no water in the bowl and ive been sitting before i came here i went by kim shop and it was closed dont know why lights off. Probably opened once i left it is what it is

Got gel color change on natural nail. Removed color with electric drill, thinning the nail bed and nail too much. Hurried the job, thus not done with a detailed look & with rough, under nail edges. RUDE!

First time using this salon and I was pleased with my nails.

I called ahead of time and the told me it was $40 for sns dip and tip and they charged me $50. My nails look amazing I just don’t understand why they charged me so much.

Excellent experience. The ultimate in having a refreshing overhaul of your feet and lower legs. Dont be a pansy guys, go get one. I recommend the ULTIMATE!!!

Went to them last minute looking for a place to get my pedicure. They were good offered me optional services and I was very happy with the finished product. Nice thing about them is they were open on a Sunday

Just paid $45 for a pedicure and when I got outside and could actually see my toe nails there were streaks in the polish and the blue I had on before was still able to be seen through my new color. Only half of most of my toes were painted. I went back in for them to make it right only to be told they were fine and to go. I will never go back there. I immediately went to diamond nail which matched my color and they fixed them perfectly.

Really particular about my gel nails and these are my people. Pink and white is perfect. Colors are always good. Extremely reasonable compared to other areas Ive lived. Happy every single time I go!

Such a great place! Always kind and nice! Easy to answer questions! Price is good! They do AMAZING massages included with Annie/pedi. They have scrub and lotions that do wonders! My favorite place!!

Excellent friendly service. Staff were all busy but there were not long wait times. I had a pedicure done and it was by far the best one I have had. The care was not only in the nails but the foot and leg massage and treatments. A+. Will never go anywhere else when visiting St Simons/Bunswick area

They took a long time to get us started, nails were crooked, they messed up polish, didn’t cut or clean nails, and made nails uneven. They were not rude but not the results I wanted.

RUDE. First of all, no one said anything to me when I walked in, a lady getting a pedicure who clearly didnt work there asked if I needed help. I asked how long it will be for a fill and the guy told me to sign in. Again, I asked how long it will be. His reply? Really??? 40 min. I ended up leaving partially because of the wait but mostly because of his rude response to me asking how long it will be. I would not waste any time or money at this establishment. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I got gel polish on my real nails! They turned out great! The only complaint I have is the time I spent there. It was TOO long. The method they use to remove prior gel polish should be changed! It should not take 45 min for my nails to soak! I literally sat and watched my nail tech guy start and COMPLETE someone else’s nails that came in 30 min AFTER me...UPDATE!!!!!! They charge $50 for a gel pedicure. Really?? They loss stars with me.

I will never take my girlfriend here again the owner was rude and in such a hurry that he did something wrong with her fill, she had a fungus under her nail and almost lost two nails. We will not be returning ever for the over priced services and rude treatment. You have been warned

Wont go back. I get pedicures to relax and the ladies who work here are so loud and do not stop yelling to each other. I wont interrupt their gossip time anymore since apparently they dont value paying customers.

They need to change their operation times to whenever they feel like it because I walked in 45 mins before they closed and they asked can I come back tomorrow because they had a party to go to. Why even have your open sign on if you have no intentions of taking customers. This establishment has no considerations for paying customers taking the time to come to this business. DO NOT GO HERE.

I wont be back here at all I just got a full set done its only been 4 days and there already needing a fill in there lifting and he didnt shape my nails right and there are streaks running down my nails I wont ever visit here again there trash plus the guy didnt take his time he was done way to fast he didnt craft his work

Sloppy and awful. Spent less than 20 minutes in the chair for them to tag team my nails, which were jagged and uneven. My gel mani has been on for 4.5 days and is already lifting. I’m used to it lasting 3 weeks from other salons. To top it off, they charged me $7 more than I usually pay. What a joke.

Pedicure was good but the man who did the full, cut several fingers and left lumps at the cuticles...I went be back.

Terrible service, acts like they dont understand English I got up before my nails were even done after they took them down to the nub then wanted to argue with me about how I needed a new set when I just got a new set put on at the Pro Nails on Harrison Lane last month!!!! ignorant people, ignorant people I will never come back to this place piece of s*** oh and did I mention Im a licensed master cosmetologist and I told them how I wanted my nails done and they wanted to argue with me it would be different if I was a regular person walking in but no I know about Nails obviously you dont suck a** business! Sorry for the profanity but Im pretty ticked off right now and I had to pay for my nails to boot when they didnt finish and did a sorry job!!!!

Clean facility, not friendly at all. I was disappointed with my pedicure, I was there on a Friday night my services were rushed.

Poor service. HIGH prices. I went in for a spa pedicure. They ran cold water. When I told them they ignored me. They didnt add anything to the water while allowing my feet to soak. Just awful.

I just walked into the location for service and was told they were closed but the door and the posting online says they close at 730. There were 3 customers in the establishment. I will not return or reference them to anyone I know.
