I got my nails done on Thursday September 2nd and on Sunday September 5th, four nails fell off. I paid $52 plus an $8 tip for 4 nails to fall off less than a week later!! Also the dry machine was broken and wouldn’t turn on, he kept telling me “move closer, push your hand back more into it” my hand was ALL the way in the machine and my nails kept hitting the back of it, he would get mad at me. So it was pretty frustrating, like the machine from 1990s not turning on was my fault. 10/10 DO NOTrecommend. If you want to waste money, just take $60 and flush it down the toilet.

I always go there have for a long time but today was awful! The one doing my nails was too busy with his phone even put up a video and propped it up so he could watch while working on my nails!! I thought that was very unprofessional and didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. He barely acknowledged I was there no small talk nothing! I was very put off by it and am going to think if I’m going back or not.

They were so nice they didn’t cut my fingers and the work was amazing definitely recommend

For the past year and a half I’ve been a semi-regular at a different nail salon across the street from this one. After waiting entirely too long at the other salon, I decided to give Eagle Nails a try. They put me in a chair instantly on a Saturday at 3pm. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes, but at least I was already in a chair and able to enjoy the massage feature. I wouldn’t be forgotten in my car out in the parking lot. Everyone was so kind, and the nail tech that took care of me was great... offered me a drink, made sure I was okay with the water temp, etc. I will definitely be using Eagle Nails from now on.

Appointment was at 2:00pm with D didn’t showed up till 2:45 pm $3 for removing nail color 3.99% for paying with cards never going again that gurl was so rough still gave her $5 tip for pedicures services both toes hurts like crazy terrific experice, staff was eating food coughing in sink where people wash there hands disgusting made appointment for get meni/pedi walked out with only pedi

I had a gel polish change on my hands and feet (no mani or pedi) and the cost was $54. The service was friendly and fast, but I felt that the price for a polish change was a bit steep.

I came in and was greeted and prompted to check in. My nail tech was Angel and SHE. IS. AMAZING!!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted she offered selections and was very helpful. After my last “botch” job, she took her time and clean up my nails and delivered on what I asked for. She will have a repeat customer! Thank you again!!!

Didn’t have to wait long. My daughter and I enjoyed getting our nails done and Kevin was awesome and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Gotta watch these folks I paid for gel nails and they gave me regular within 4 days two of my middle nails was lifting. Never will I return. Sadly products suck. Not to mention fungus growing on my nail bc I went to get them fixed and Angel put glue underneath my nails and when the nails finally pop there was two big large fungus growing on my two middle fingers. Brunswick has got to do better than this. This is awful!

Got my eyebrows waxed. No line. Paid $12 which isnt bad bc they did a great job. Only giving 4 stars bc instead of talking to me, the client at the time, the lady talked to someone else the entire time.

I went to get a nail repair. The nail technicians took a lunch break and failed to tell those of us who were waiting. The only tech working told me I COULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SO I LEFT. IT IS CLEAR THEY LACK PROFESSIONALISM!Date...7/24/21

Walked in with my sister the girl in the back said I am not doing all those girls, then the other girls that were their before us said we are next and were complaining that we came in to get our nails done. Other customers were making comments out loud towards us for walking in. The nail art was terrible and sloppy I will not spend my money there again.

People were nice and friendly, young lady doing pedicure was talkative, did an okay job. However my nails chipped only 10 days after having them done, no I dont do physical labor or many dishes....

They did my sisters nails almost perfectly and took their time (almost too long) and they came out nicely, but as soon as it was my turn, other people came in to the salon and they rushed through my nails, and they came out awful. First I was told I couldn’t get the coffin shape that I wanted because I asked for them “too short” which I’ve never had a problem with at any other salon, and then the finished outcome when you look at them they missed the left side of all the fingers on my left hand. It was just done sloppy. The color is pretty, but unless you’re there when it’s really slow, don’t be surprised if they rush through yours too. Very disappointed.

Super long wait, the girl that did my nails. Watched a movie on her cell while doing my nails.

The service was ok but I like to get something new every time and I felt forced into getting refills and I dont like getting my nails refilled it looks bad to me because you can see lines. He did remove the old nails but my nails were different sizes and in an upward angle on one side. I felt like he didnt want to take the time to remove the old nails so I will go somewhere else to spend my money so that I can get what I want not what the nail tech suggests.

Always pleased when I leave

They had a very friendly staff (for the most part).My manicure was done very well on the the other hand my sisters where really messed up. She was supposed to have an almond shape nail and they turned out to be an unknown shape . She also wanted them matt and only her right pinky was only half matt. There is only one person that I have to complain about (name unknown).
