This was my first visit to Sky Nails & I loved it. Helen was fantastic and I got a great pedicure. I will definitely come again.

Didnt need to schedule an appointment, and wasnt too busy. Customer service was great and Im very satisfied with my nails.

Most of the time theyre ready to start as soon as I arrive. A few times Ive made an appointment and been kept waiting for twenty to forty minutes. My nails usually look good when I leave.

They were very friendly. And my daughter loved the attention (1st time for nails). Only bummer is when she took a bath about 6 hours later the polish peeled off in many areas ☹ she was disappointed they didnt last till the next day to show them off.

Fast and friendly. Definitely coming back.

No cuticle cut back on hands or feet.no foot massage no hot towels no stone offering. The massage chair didnt work.they spoke in another language entire time to each other.she repainted my hands and they still had bubbles.feet looked like something i could have done at home.nails qere not filed downOver all worst experience ever!Only thing positive is they got me in right away.

Sincerely the BEST Nails place with skilled and friendly technicians! I’ve tried other places, but always come back here as their work is consistently excellent and their prices are very competitive!

Helen is amazing. She is an asset to the community. I love this women. Her nail game is on point and her laughter and sometimes naughty humor makes her establishment bar none. Go there, you will not be disappointed.

This was my 1st pedicure in 2 years. It was glorious and affordable! I didnt want anything fancy, I basically wanted someone to rub my feet and paint my nails. The deluxe pedicure included a leg/foot exfoliating scrub, hot parafin wax treatment, and a hot stone massage on my legs. I know what Im telling my hubby I want for Christmas! Thank you Sky Nails for my soft feet and pretty toes!

Waste of nearly $50. My full set of acrylic nails turned out crooked, lumpy, and uneven. I rarely do reviews on places because I am not picky, but I wanted everyone to know to stay clear of this place. Everyone that works here is nice, but regardless they did this to my nails. Not happy.

I love this place! The deluxe pedicure is heavenly. Relaxing, soothing music and best eye brow wax. The best part is the face massage after.

Brought my lady here for a lil R&R. She seemed so pleased with the service!! Thank you. She says its better than most!! The staff was very welcoming as well. Much love!

This was my 3rd and last visit to this place!Horrible pedicure I had. The tech was unfriendly and unprofessional. Plus she took out a $10.00 tip without me knowing it.I didn’t realize it until the next day when I got home.Never again...

I have been living in Brooklyn Park for two years and I did not realize this place existed until I did a search after a bad experience at another salon. The entire staff was very friendly. Everything was super clean as well. I am very pleased with my nails because I got exactly what I asked for. There was no pushy upsale. I will most definitely be a returning customer!! Thank you 😊

Helen, Hope, and Mom have the best nail salon Ive ever been to. Ive been going here for a decade now. I get great friendly service. I receive compliments on my nails regularly.The salon is always clean and pleasant.

Will NOT be going back again. My sister and I showed up 20 minutes early to the appointment and noticed no one inside, so we entered. The man, (the owner) complained about how we were 20 minutes early. He also refused to finish my sisters nails and actually yelled at her when she tried defending herself. Everyone else In the shop was wonderful, the laughed and joked with us and made us feel at home.Also, to be fair, I have gone several times before, and have had no problems.

Got my nails done here less than a week ago and asked for gel powder, and instead got the dip powder, and I dont feel like she did a very detailed job on filing them and shaping them because they looked fat and really cheap. Gave her a good tip because she was nice and funny and Im just a nice Minnesotan so ended up spending 50$ even though the window says its much cheaper than it really is. They literally all came off so easily yesterday so I called just now and asked if I could have my money back and they said they dont have that policy then just hung up on me. So thats a wrap, and one star for you.

I had a wonderful experience! They took me as a walk in and did a gel mani and pedi. The owner was very polite on the phone and the woman who did my nails was fantastic! Not only do my nails look great but the hand and foot massages felt amazing! The prices seemed very much in line with what Ive seen from other places so not over priced at all. Ill definitely be coming back to Sky Nails!

Ive been having my nails done by Helen for years, and I have always been happy.I find it strange that Melissa had such a horrible experience just weeks ago. However, if you care to return, ask that Helen take care of you. She has many, many repeat customers, myself included. I think what you experienced was definitely out of the norm...

This was my 2nd visit here. The 1st visit was such a great experience, I thought I found my forever nail salon. The 2nd visit, was the worst manicure ever! Didnt push back or trim cuticles at all. Nails are all various shapes and lengths. She (the owner) left nail polish all over my fingers. The polish looks like a 3 year old did my nails. Pedi was just as bad. Ive never had a pedi that only took 10 minutes. I will never go back.

I just went and had a new full set of pink/white nails done and they are HORRIBLE!!! They are uneven, you can see my nail imperfections through the pink (I even asked beforehand to make sure you wouldnt be able to see them), some areas of the white are filed too much so you can see lines, and very messy (she didnt bother to clean the access gel or polish off my skin). The lady was nice but the nail skill is not there!

4 fell off in less then a week. They said that my nails just grow fast. But my friend who doesnt they last almost a month.

This is a local bussiness in my neighborhood. Its ran by a great group of ladies. Its family owed so its intimate and comfortable. I really like this spot guys, I have zero issues and I feel welcomed and valued as a customer. 😍 I visited there today with my husband, I hadnt been there for months... we both had a pampered moment and they treated kind and special. Personally, as a black woman Ive felt ignored in the past with some of the Asian run business. I didnt feel this way here. I felt seen, heard and valued. They got a niceee tip from my husband too... Lol they know how to do it!!!!. 😁😍😉

Over priced! The ladies are nice but DO NOT GET POWDER ! The set that I got broke 3 times I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. It was my first time getting powder never again.

If I could give no stars I would.I visited this salon Saturday, and that same evening expressed my dissatifaction through the system they sent my reciept for payment. Have yet to hear anything back.I paid for 2 adults and two children to get mani and pedis with gel polish and for 220+tip, for that process we should have got much better quality of work. One child had 4 missing nails by the time we got home -20minute drive. We then looked at ours a bit closer and realized there is still natural nail showing around edges of nail, they look just poorly painted on all of our fingers and toes. Our feet still have rough patches of skin and the whole spa treatment that you get with a pedi was simply rushed.I will NEVER return to this nail salon, they simply do not have the quality of work expected when going to a salon.
