This place do not sanitize their equipment . She tried using a foot scrub on me the had somebody dead skin in it, talking bout its clean. Im out heres 10$

Was the only one in the shop for a while. I loved that and he did a great job on my feet and nails.

Guy is the best at nails there and price is incredible lower than other nail salons.

Nice manicure but need to put more into the pedicure because I enjoy a good foot rub.

I always have a wonderful experience when getting my monthly pedicure.

Went in for gel polish on my natural nails Sunday 8/25 polish chipped on more than 5 nails by Monday 8/26/19. Went back in Monday to have them fixed. Nail technician added more polish to the chipped areas instead of repainting the entire nail. Now it’s Tuesday and the same nails have chipped again also additional nails. Waste of money, time and gas won’t return to this shop. I also don’t recommend this shop. The nail technician was nice but she requested payment upfront before she polished my nails. She didn’t trust me to pay 20.00 which is slightly disrespectful. Also, she was requesting payment upfront from customers when they first walked in the door that haven’t received services yet.

Great experience! UT did an amazing job on my nails and Van did a spectacular job on my pedicure. Best massage Ive had! Thanks guys for an amazing time and making me feel beautiful!

They are only good for a quick fix. They are not up to date with the nail style. They charge for everything single thing which adds up real fast. Hollywood nails need to get in the game.

I love getting my nails, feet and eyebrows done here. Never had any problems. They are very friendly. Been a customer for over 4 years. 🌟

Been to this place twice the first time I got gel polish and it came off within two days. instead of starting over again and he just put polish on top of the cracked gel polish and then it just all came out. I recently tried to give them another chance giving them the benefit of the doubt but when I asked for a certain shape which was very simple she refused to do it and then I asked the guy next to her do he know how to do it and she look me and told him to tell me No.

I have never had a problem at this location. Though at times there is a wait, it doesnt seem unreasonable as everyone there is actually working, unlike other establishments I have been at. I am surprised by the comments, I have never had cold water, I have never been mistreated. Hoping that the negative comments were attended to and a mis-perception of their typical customer service.

The guy cursed at me and got upset because before any services were rendered one of their nail techs told me they could render an overlay service on my toe to match the other They had me there for over an hour then finally says oh no we dont know how to do that...I was upset but I said I would pay for what service I got...they told me thats your problem you still owe us all the money even though you are walking out of here with your feet not done. I told her I would now have to go to another shop and they may not have the polish they put on all my toe nails except the now toe that they cant do!! BEWARE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU GET THE INFO FROM EVERYONE IN THERE FIRST!!

I called to schedule an appointment and when I showed up for my appointment they was closed. Glad too now I can go elsewhere.

Nothing. I went in for a gel manicure. Less than 24 hours the gel polish came off. Went back to get it redone and gel came off again. Do not get your nails done at Hollywood nails. Better to do it yourself

THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE!!!The lady was polishing a clients toes and then sat down to do my sisters nails . She asked the lady politely if she could wash her hands because of her feet phobia and the lady refused to do so. Then she refused to do my sister nails because of a simple request. So my sis asked the man if he could do them and the lady told him to say no . The lady told my sister she could not get her nails done at this shop and refused service.THIS SHOP DOES NOT PRACTICE INFECTION CONTROL AND HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! IF I COULD I WIL HAVE GIVEN THEM -10 STARS !

This place is horrible! My first and last time ever going there! I went it get a pedicure and fill. The guy was rough on my feet and then filed my nails all crooked. He also had the nerve to argue with me about the shape of my nails and how I wanted them! Worst service ever not to mention it was 90 degrees outside and they had no fans or ac going in there! I got the pedicure and then left, they definitely werent touching my hands! 😡

The guy does a amazing job on my nails. He taked his time and cleans under and around my nails everytime and his stiletto shape is sharp!!

The lady with thinning hair and no eyebrows is so rude. She refused to wax my eyebrows after making a simple request to wash her hands. Nonsense establishment. Never going back.

The massage chairs are horrible but overall they do good work and the prices are great!

Worst nail shop by far the wait time is ridiculous and the customer service was even worse the older lady with the thinning hair completely acted as if she couldnt speak English after ruining my nails Ill never spend another dime with those people and they dont deserve the one star
