On a whim I decided to get a pedicure, upon visiting I was kindly greeted and helped. Even without an appointment the ladies got right to work. The only thing I thought was strange was the entire time I was receiving my pedicure The lady doing it was eating lunch from Buffalo wild wings and used her teeth to clip my toenails But I did not mind because the hot sauce from her wings gave my toes a very enjoyable tingling sensation, was very pleased will definitely visit again

A friend of mine was racially profiled and discriminated against because of her skin color and hijab. When she asked to be treated equally with the white customers, the staff proceeded to ignore her and ask her to leave. Some even threatened to call the police when my friend insisted on paying AFTER her nails were done, just like the staff had done with the other (Caucasian) customers. You dont even have to be black to condemn the behavior of this nail salon. Everyone should and must be treated equally, and people have the right to demand answers and equal treatment without being ignored or ushered outside.

They were very rude and it was such an unclean place never returning again I thought I would be happy and you know when you get your nails done you’re supposed to feel comfortable and welcomed wellll that’s not the case in this salon hope you guys do a a better job at treating your customers well and equally no matter what their skin tone is or were they come from or else just don’t open a business that involves people

I took my mom here for mothers day, and the nail tech said they would give her a nice design as a surprise. They made me pay first- including the tip - and this is what they did for her! Is my mom a joke to them?!

The people doing my pedicure handled my feet roughly and resulted in multiple cuts on my toes. One of the cuts were bleeding and she just dunked my whole foot in cold water to stop it from bleeding. The lady then proceeded to cut my nails very short that hurt. Then she had the gall to yell at me when I asked her to stop doing the pedicure because it hurt so much. Didn’t get my money back, bad experience.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I came in with a friend that wears hijabs; After sitting down and getting our manicures started, the manager came to us and asked for her to pay ahead, while not one other person had to do so. With confusion, we asked for answers to why we she was asked to pay before the service. We were shut down and received no answer (the person we asked stormed to the back and never returned)Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, as we also saw a couple of ROACHES in the back corner!!! 😡

I was getting my nails done and they made my fingers bleed, also did a terrible job with the cuticles. The actual nails turned out wonky and they were all different shapes and lengths. Not to mention that the staff was very rude to me. Wouldnt come back or recommend to anyone.

My friend and I went into the nail salon and she cut my fingers multiple times with the nail grinder. She also told my friend she couldn’t fit her into the schedule but proceeded to take other clients. When I called her out, she told me to go back to my country and asked if my friend even had money to pay. They flashed guns at children too. HORRIBLE PEOPLE WITH HORRIBLE VALUES.

I don’t like long nails on myself. Vu is amazing and so friendly! We chatted the whole time and he left me with the best manicure I’ve ever had! No lumps! Best of all he was so gentle! I hardly noticed him remove my old gel polish! Thanks Vu! I’ll see you again soon!

So y’all.. i was walking inside and I saw 6ix9ine crawling on the ground ... like ayo😀📸🐀, i sat down and they had roach eggs in the UV light things where you put u hands in to dry ur nails like uh miss 😀🤨 then when i left they said i should date a trash can and lose some weight cuz i said “you guys have roach eggs in this nail salon” how rude and disrespectful. just like how nicki minaj says “it’s quiet ain’t no back talk😻”

Very nice place. My nail technician did an amazing job with my pedi. However, I felt a little uncomfortable, as the place was very crowded with customers, and people just waiting around. When you walk in, the protocol is to sign in, complete a form (covid related) and they take your temp. The last 2 steps were never practiced for any customer.

I walk in to ask for a simple pedicure and the nail technician peed inside the foot water. She then got a cup gargled it and spit it back in. I didn’t want to put my feet in the gargled pee water and she swung at my face with her nails. I have 4 scratches running down my face and now I have an infection in those cuts. I hate this place and I’ll never come back.

I love pink and white acrylics! It is hard to find a nail salon that does them. I finally found my spot!!! Loved the pedicure as well. Everyone is very friendly, I will definitely be back!

Especially Katie who I see for my nails!! Changing to 5 Star.This was my 4th time coming here to get my nails done (Usually done by Katie). Tonight was a bit different vibe. I was greeted when I walked in and I told them what I was there for (gel manicure and eyebrow wax). That was the last time they spoke to me. Never was I told how long the wait would be or offered any water, anything. 30 minutes without acknowledging that I was sitting there. When they were finally ready for me, I provided my feedback and was told you were picking out your color. I did not appreciate the blaming of the customer and told them have a good night and walked out. I refuse to give my money to businesses that react this way and dont take care of the customer. I dont have a problem waiting, but at least communicate that with me. Not sure if the staff here are getting comfortable since theyve opened in June, but their customer service has not been the best.

A roach crawled on my ankle while I was getting my gel set done. wow my “ nail tech” was cutting my cuticles she ripped my thumb and index finger cuticle and I thought I bleeding when I asked her to go get a napkin she denied my request and told me to sit down

They were so disrespectful because I was a Muslim they told me to pay before hand and no one except me had to do that so the are Islamaphobic

They got roaches and dancing rats. The employees musty as hell too, only entertainment was the rats getting jiggy

The best dip manicure. Staff are quick and efficient, but they always pay great attention to detail to make sure everything is spot on. Dip manicures last me 3-4 weeks easily. 10/10!

Today was my first time at Ivy Nails. I have to say this is the best nail salon I have been to in 20 years. They pay great attention to detail, they make great conversation and made sure we were 100% happy. I will never go anywhere else again!

She did a good job. The first nail she cut too short so I was unable to get the shape of nails 💅 I prefer. I also would have preferred nail art that was hand ✋ done rather than stickers, but all in all I was pleased. The eyebrow wax was painful, she ripped part of my skin off the second time she ripped the dame place and I have an open sore now under my left eyebrow.

I can always count on this place for a great acrylic or gel mani. Annie is great! She pays attention to cuticle work and prep instead of starting with painting the nail as soon as the client sits down in the chair. Appointments preferred, but they have accepted me as a walk-in multiple times with no issue and no long wait time.

Would give this place a 0 if I could. I will never go back.

The shop is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The appointment and check in and check out process is very smooth. I enjoyed the massage chairs the most which are separated by clear plastic sheets for addedd protection.I will certainly come again

My experience this last time was terrible and they were very unorganized with time and unprofessional. I have been here many times and I loved coming here but it wasnt until a recent visit that I decided that I wont be back. I came the day before New Years Eve to get a particular design done. I scheduled my appointment at 3:00 p.m. with Katie because shes phenomenal and does my nails perfect. I let them know that I would be a few minutes late. When I arrived Katie was not done with her previous client, at about 3:45 p.m. I finally got into the seat. I asked Katie if she would be able to do my design and she informed me she could. Katie shaped my nails then told me that Annie would be doing my design (this was the second time I scheduled with Katie but was sent to Annie for the painting). I was highly disappointed because I like my nails done a certain way and I always schedule with Katie for that very reason, its not my fault they were behind schedule. I had my nails done by Annie before so I let her do my designs. I asked Annie as well if she could do it and she said yes (the design was only on 4 nails). She said it would not be exactly like the picture but very close. She did a great job on the left hand but the right hand was awful. I politely let Annie know that I wasnt fond of the right hand and that I would rather do something more simple. Annie got an attitude and asked me why did I let her finish if I didnt like it because she spent 20 mins on my nails and wasted her time. I politely let her know she did great on the left hand but for some reason the right looked nothing like the left. I told her we could keep the pink and to just paint my nails all pink and I will get them designed somewhere else. Annie refused to paint my 4 nails plain pink and told me to wait for Katie. I waited yet another 15 mins. Katie came over and asked what I wanted done so I gave her something simple. Katie did the new design but the design was very mix matched since she wasnt going to repaint all the nails to do the design correctly (being someone with OCD this did not sit well with me). I ended up paying 85 dollars for a set I didnt like because at that point I was tired and fed up and spent over 2 hours in their shop. I went to a different nail salon near by who informed me that they did a horrible job on my nails even with shaping. They redid my nails all over again for less then half the price i paid at Ivy and got me exactly what I wanted.I cant say if Ill ever return.

I’m black and walked in they started giving me dirty looks and took long to seat me. i was getting a fill but they RIPPED all my nails off brutally and tried to put new ones on but they were bleeding. i tried to walk out but the tackled me to the ground and called the me a monkey

Every time Ive gone here lately their quality and work gets worse and worse. They never shape my nails to how I want them, and everytime I pick a color the color they grab is never the right color. The acrylic is always to thin and bumpy. My nails always start to lift at around a week and half to 2 weeks after I get them done. I would bring my friend with me each time Ive gone lately and they would mess up her nails also. Probably wont be going back here again.

OMG! Yesss, I have been looking for a new nail shop since moving from Hastings. The pedicures are AMAZING! I had Tammy and she gives a GREAT massage with the deluxe spa pedicure!! She will be my go-to! I was referred here from a lifelong Brooklyn Park resident and this was JUST what I needed... friendly, clean, relaxing and I LOVE my gel nails!

I love Ivy Nails. I have always had positive experiences there. Today, my daughter and I had reservations for 11am and we waited 30 minutes, very unusual for Ivy Nails! But I will be back!

I’ve been going to this nail salon since they opened, I absolutely love the service. Everyone is friendly and intensive. They always seem busy but I think that shows they are good at what they do. I recommend a appointment as I’ve seen walk ins wait during weekends. I the services I get are, gel pedicure, fill with gel color, and also I get my eyebrows waxed and shaded. Again I love the service I feel the prices reflect the Quality and Service! Not to mention the place is clean!

This was a very clean and beautiful salon. It exceeded my expectations by a lot. Loved that there was no TV, and just quieter music playing... made for a much more relaxing experience. Kelsey did an amazing job on my pedicure... Best one Ive ever had at any salon. There are so many different options for pedicures... Something for every budget, and a persons wants/needs. Katie did my gel full set and eyebrows... A phenomenal job, exactly what I wanted. The level of customer service by not just them two but everyone kept me loving every minute of my visit from beginning to end. The pricing definitely reflects the service(s) received. They are good so busy Friday and Saturday. If you need something go during a week day or call and make an appointment. Well worth it.

My nails come out looking amazing everytime! Theyre super willing to try any design as long as they have the products, super friendly staff and theyre very quick to get you seated and started. After most manicures they give you a little hand massage, they make you feel pampered and comfortable! Been going here since they first opened and I dont regret it

Annie is AMAZING. The technicians are always welcoming when I come in, and Annie always does my nails perfect every Single time which is hard because I am like a perfectionist with my nails. I’ve never found someone who has done a better job!! LOVE. THIS. PLACE.

Racial profiling customers and treating them unfairly

I have been with Ivy Nails since they opened. I recently moved about 45 minutes away, and decided to find a Salon closer to home. Well after two months and no success with finding a salon, I went back to Ivy Nails this Saturday. Kayla did my fill, gave me a treat plan for a nail issue I had, and suggested a great shape and color. I will have to make the commute to them because of the great service, up to date products, and knowledge they have about nails. I will suggest calling ahead because they are usually busy.

Excellent! Food was prepared perfectly and staff was super friendly. The restaurant itself is very small, holds about 25 people at a time so the wait can be long but its well worth it!

I absolutely love this place and the customer service is outstanding.❤️My first time coming here and I defiantly will be coming back and telling everyone I know about this place. I love the that you can buy the salt and lotion, the decorations, the massage chairs. I got the organic pedicure and I never been to a place where they use wax and massage your legs and feet with warm rocks. It was amazing.

Ive been coming here for quite a few months now and I have to say that this place is just all around great. Its clean, professional, great prices and everyone that works there works very hard and does a great job. I usually get full set gel powder and Ive had it done by 3 different people now and they all did great. I am due for a pedicure this spring and I have no doubt I will be satisfied. Thanks guys!
