I googled for a nail shop in a pinch. Read reviews and decided to give Lynn Nails a shot yesterday. Glad I did! Friendly, professional, and a teamwork mentality Now this is my go to from now on. They were busy and I waited - worth the wait for my last minute find. Excellent customer service will get me every time! I felt bad and thought I would just get my pedicure and then circle back the next day for the manicure. Nope…once I asked about the next days’ hours, I was asked if I needed something else…. they stayed late and did my needed manicure. I will add that I never felt like they were rushing either. I appreciate this team and it’s so refreshing to see this type of service still exists. Thank you!

They always check to see if you like the color after they paint one nail. If you do not like it they are more than willing to let you pick new color. They will even suggest a few new ones. The salon is very clean.

I only get pedicures and the owner have these spa treatment products that come in so many scents and they do like all these different steps before they even start painting your toes. They are rudee and I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. They act as if you’re not paying them for their job, and even if you have a question the man especially always responds rudely. Their service is poor, not professional at all. I come for eyebrows only, and even then I still receive poor service. Please save your money for another shop unless you’re desperate. I don’t write reviews but I just had to with this shop... it’s crazy all the other shops I’ve been to were way better professionally.

I brought my 4 year old grand daughter in this evening for our date night. Neither one of us had a pedicure before, so I was a little nervous. But this was the best date night we have ever had! Ive literally been a loyal customer of Lynn since high school. When I moved out of state and would return for visits, I would always go to Lynn but after today experience I won’t be returning. The new people that work there are Very rude and the lady that did my pedicure did a horrible job. Lynn nails isn’t what it used to be! Don’t go there!!

Lynn Nail was my favorite nail place until today. I receive services there all the time. I paid tons of money & tip every time. So I don’t understand how I was treated unfairly in a business for services I was paying for. However, Lynn & TK were both very unprofessional and had poor customer service. I will never give them my time or money again!ADVICE: Speaking in your own language is cool, it’s a free country, but don’t talk bad about your customers.

STAY AWAY!! I went in for eyebrows and my eyebrows are naturally thick and full and eyebrow waxing 101 is to fallow the persons natural eye brow curve but the lady decided she wanted to make her own curve to my eyebrows. She didnt ask me how I wanted them and when I looked in the mirror my whole eyebrows were gone except for two thin uneven lines that was uneven and made me look like I was surprised!! I will NEVER go back!! Id rather my baby niece do my eyebrows than them because my niece will probably do a better job and she is only 3 years old!!! Again if you like your eyebrows thick and natural stay away!! I now have to shade in my eyebrows just to get it the shape of my eyebrows naturally!! Smh waste of money!! If I can give them a zero I would but google does not have that option. Also I got my lashes done and by the end of the day my lashes all came out!! I would rather throw money away then ever spend it here again!! Please stay away go somewhere you will get your money worth!!! 😡😡😡

Extremely nice. My full set however sucks. I got gel color and my nails are bumpy. There are air bubbles. My nails are not rounded like I wanted. They are like a hexagon(angles all over). They are sloppy and I have acrylic all over and under my fingers. My cuticles are pulled back and burning. They were nice but they need to have better manicurist. She told me the price was 35$ and she charged me 40$. So disappointed.

This place has been disrespectful to a few people in the past however I never thought I would be called names such as you people and go back to the ghetto. This place services us but doesn’t respect us. I would not recommend this place for any type of service.

I have been getting my nails done for years. Ive been to decent places and some phenomenal nail salons. This one is by far the worst one Ive been too. I was so upset that I just got tired of telling her over and over that they werent straight, they dont match, theyre crooked, and so on. I got a fill and a fix and they look worse than when I walked in. I not only had gel nail polish all over my hands but she did a poor job painting my nails. It was supposed too be coffin shaped and all of my nails were all different shapes and sizes. Im not sure if it was in the gel nail polish but I had black little dots all over some of my nails. Not only was that bad but when I told her she was filing my nails to hard and it started to hurt or that she was filing my skin, she would stop and then go at it again. Never again will I come back here.

Their customer service is HORRID. They let me get a pedicure after I asked about the coupon and was given the okay only to say cash only when I finished. That shouldve been said when I initially asked because I wouldve left because I do NOT carry cash! And there is no way in hell that pedicure was worth $40!!! Ive had better for cheaper. Oh and did I mention all of the damn flies everywhere?!

I am so disappointed in the pedicure I received. I paid $25 for just my feet to be washed. There was no cleaning of the toe nails, no foot massage and no lotion but on at the end of the pedicure. It was the worst ever and I do not recommend anyone going there for a pedicure and receiving a pedicure from the male nail technician on staff there or I believe to be an owner.They did do a good job on my friends nails. She had gotten the stiletto nails and they look really nice.

Lynn has done my eyebrows for 5 years now. Ive never had my nails done here, but its always busy in there. Parking lot is a shitshow and clientele can be rough but its worth it for consistently perfect brows.

I set a appointment for Wednesday which is today with tk!! For 10am which i told her but instead she took me to another man.. I love my nails but he was very ruff on em while filing they hurted very bad, while using the machines they hurted I’m supposed to b relaxed not in pain .. good place to get your nails done but today threw me off if i set a appointment with someone i should’ve got that exact person!!! And i shouldn’t b in pain while getting my nails did never going back to him sticking w tk which is the person i asked for !!!

The worst experience this time around. Honesty whenever I come here it’s ALWAYS TK or LYNN because they do a fine job but tonight was different I was sent off and TK didn’t do my nails nor feet. Instead they let a new girls did my Mani and Pedi. She I honestly don’t want to talk bad about it because I know I was her first client but LORD! The WHOLE service and time there was RIDICULOUS long for no reason. The girl didn’t know what she was doing. She used a rough not even Pedi tool brush and brushed the heck out of my toes. Then used the the drilling and cut my skin. Lynn walks over and ask what happened? I obviously didn’t say a word because I thought the lady was going to tell Lynn in their language. Obviously I’m her first client so she ain’t going to say something. I can say it hurted so much. I was just biting my tongue and let her did whatever because I was so over with the service. Overall. Disappointed. Quality and Sanitary was a ZER0. I wasn’t satisfied. I will not return.

I dont know how this place is in business, I have tried this place twice, both times the owner Lynn, her husband TK and the workers are EXTREMELY rude!They lady that did a polish change on my toes made my toe nails wayyyyy to square, I told her they were too square she handed me a file and I filed my own toes!I am absolutely disgusted with this place wouldnt recommend it to my enemy and wish I could give a ZERO star review.

I just left Lynns with the worst manicure Ive ever received from this establishment. Appeared to be slow, Lynn sat me down to soak my feet for a half an hour, it was an hour before my toes were being painted, because we must stop YOUR service and attend to someone elses eyebrows. When my manicure was finally completed (2 hours later) I had gel sticking my nail to my skin, the top coat was uneven and bubbly. I immediately returned and my nails were sanded and retop coated. My nails look like a child did them. Everytime I have frequented this nail salon, getting usually a mani pedi combo, the services that are performed are different depending upon your nail tech. I like to support local businesses but I think Im going to have to find another. So very disappointing.

I they do not deserve 1 star use to go too lyns on a regular, I no longer do. The manager plays favoritism between her african/ african American origin and European customers and lacks customer service skills. I guess I never really realized because I was never the one being discriminated by, until one day one day. I walked in like any other day mind you she’s been doing my nails for 5 years prior too this day. I always allow lyn the owner to do my nails because I feel most comfortable with her. I asked if she could do my nails and she stated she was not doing nails for the rest of the day. She gave me too one of her other employees which I was not comfortable with but has no choice because I was running late for a wedding. The lady had a hand mannequin with boxed nails and a hell color that I admired which was ombré. I stated that I wanted my nails exactly like the mannequin color and shape. Her employee reassured me that she would be able too do it. As she began many colored based customers came in asking for Lynn too do their nails and she stated that she could not because she was not doing any more clients for the rest of the day. Lynn nails is located in Brooklyn Center but has a high client base from Brooklyn Park and people of color as a whole. I watched as many customers were turned away that day, as I looked down I realized that she was clipping my nails in a coffin formation which was not what I asked for. So I told her that was not what I wanted and that was before she placed the gel powder on the tip. “ I fix for you at the end no worries” is what she said I kept trying too explain too her and she kept saying the same thing which I just couldn’t understand but not trying to become a petty customer I allowed her to follow through with her promise . Something happened that I couldn’t believe, a European customer walked in and asked if they were accepting walk ins, Lynn jumped with excitement and replied yes. She then asked for afull set and lyn replied “ no worrie I do for take a seat baby “! My jaws dropped and instantly was highly upset not too mention that the lady in from of me doing my nails still have not listened and now she is damn near done. I turn around too see lyn offering her services of a bottle of wine as well as a glass to her customer and in all my years of being a customer was never offered the same as well as her other fellow colored clientele. And that’s when it hit me, she would always be so fiesty along with neck rolling towards her color based customers and have the best customer service for her European clientele. Her employee stated she was done and I looked down and looked at her “ that’s not what I told you I wanted! I walked too the cash register and explained how that is not what I wanted I always got the regular boxed tip nails and she looked at me with disgust because I was not going too pay for what I did not ask for. If I am the one paying for my nails I should get it how I want and not how her employee wanted or else she should pay for it . She walked me over to her husbands table and he began to take my nails off. “Next time you no let someone finish your nails then say you no like”! Is what he said and I glared at him and said “ you sat right next to us you heard me keep telling her that’s not what I wanted way before so can you just stop talking to me”! I was so irritated I was being treated as if I did something wrong, I wasted 3 hrs off my like putting them in just too take them off. Leaving my nails in such horrible position. I would never go back and never recommend
