Gel pedicure and acrylic nails manicure - Well it all started ok then the younger girl splashed me with my pedicure water like the spout literally sprayed me got my shirt and shorts drenched. I didn’t make a scene because I knew it was an accident and I wanted to see how the manager or owner handled it. She started my pedicure in a rush. The service continued on pedicure was fine. Moved on to manicure and still rushing but I did appreciate her asking if I liked it along the way however, she wasn’t the greatest at the design and she didn’t finish the actual manicure part. I received no cuticle oil, no lotion and no massage. Overall it’s cute from afar. I want to post the pictures but don’t see the option.

Very unprofessional and my feet are messed up and they can’t paint feet in here at all they are very disrespectful

Tina was the best tech and she is no longer there. I am so sad. Went to Jimmy and she RUSHED through my full set, cut my toe while doing my pedicure!! The worst nails I’ve had. Will try Nena. She sat next to Tina and her work looked good. Tina if you see this please reach out to Teresa!!

Worst acrylics Ive ever gotten. Uneven, poorly shaped, poorly polished, woman was on the phone and talking with coworkers almost the entire time. Soooo disappointed.

The tech scrubbing my feet was rough and not attentive. She caused a skin tear and when I told her, she didn’t care. As a Jew customer I was disappointed together with the other 5 ladies I went with. Helen was a bit gentle but they have terrible customer service.

Nice clean environment. Staff were welcoming and did a fantastic job on my nails, pedicure, and eyebrows wax. I like that I can get everything done in one place. Prices were a little higher than average.

If i could give this place -5 stars I would.I can give you a summary of my terrible experience at this salon.Technician stopped over two dozen times to touch his phone (uncleanly especially during CoVid-19) so he could continue playing on his gambling app.Technician was shown one photo of a nude and pink french, asked to recreate specifically with whatever colors he had on had that was close. Technician couldnt determine colors, so I selected a simpler photo, pink and black, he told me this was easier for him so we went ahead with that design. Then he couldnt find the pink acrylic powder. After he found the powder he had to get up again in the middle of the application to do God knows what for five minutes, while he rushed through the entirety of my service.Application was done okay, but when I get up to wash my hands apparently he asked me What color? I did not hear that, as well as would have assumed that since he stated he could recreate the photo, I wouldnt need to get up to pick out a BLACK color as he already laid down a pink acrylic. He then shouted WHAT COLOR? In an extremely disrespectful tone.During filing, I noticed prior to even touching the emery board on my nails that there was white fillings already on the board. I should have been Td off from the beginning when I noticed how disgustingly filthy his monomer liquid was. In my better judgement I would have and immediately left the salon.Nails began to peel after one day because he globbed so much top coat on it dripped down the sides into my cuticles and was unable to cure properly then. By day five I lost the pointer finger on my right hand.Now let me drop a bomb for ya, I came to find out this was the OWNER. Did not tip, and I should not have paid. I would recommend you run far away from the shop.And one minor note, they are performing eyebrow waxes at set nail stations, which is illegal per the MN State Board of Cosmetology. I am also not positive but willing to bet the young woman I saw performing the services was NOT a licensed esthetician & only a licensed nail technician, which again, is again MN State Board of Cosmetology.

I had an appointment and there was no one available to help me. I sat in a chair for 15 mins with no service. The woman who greeted me was rude and short with her employees. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a pretty good experience here!When I walked in, it seemed really chaotic and I was worried about being able to relax and enjoy a manicure. There was only one lady answering the phone, taking reservations, greeting guests and doing nails. I think she was the manager. Another lady came over and asked me what I wanted but then she didnt do full sets so they had to grab another lady. I was really confused.I did, however, really like the hand mannequins that they had for fake nails!! They had pricing on them and gave me some visual ideas.Tram ended up doing my nails and it calmed down in the salon. She was so sweet and patient, and took exquisite care to do my nails how I wanted them. She was awesome and i highly recommend her if you want to get your look on :)I love that they have purse hooks at each station!There is one middle-aged guy who works in the salon and i would not get my nails done by him if youre thinking of coming here. Someone came in while I was getting my nails done and said they had him do her nails the day prior and they were bubbling. No big deal, easy fix - but when he came in shortly after, the manager told him what happened. He went to look at the ladys nails, shrugged, walked away and sat on his phone.It was really busy in the salon and the manager was trying to accommodate as many people as she could. He chose to sit down at his desk on his phone instead of asking how we could help or grabbing a customer like the other ladies were doing. He seemed to just not care about his job.

Heard about this place from a coworker and decided to try it out since her nails looked amazing. This was my first nail salon experience and I wanted it to be special. My sister and I both got a new set of acrylics. I knew it was going to take a long time, but the nail tech was very rough and had a poor attitude when speaking to me. We came in at 6 and the place closes at 8. But she felt so rushed when doing my nails despite the fact that it took her more than an hour to shape just the nails, and then we still had to do polish. My sisters nails were much more complicated than mine and got gems on her nails and I was plain and just did the same color on every nail. But she started 30 minutes after me and still finished at the same time. The shape of the nails are SO poor. It was lopsided and that really began to bother me. She didnt even file off the nails completely and overall I wish I had never come here. I had such a horrible experience and it was $50 too.

The guy who did my nails was to worried about what was on his cell phone 📱 The color on my nails is already chipping off and I had them done 5 days ago. Very disappointed ☹️

Remember me it was my birthday JONI’s friend… I’m sorry to say but I tried to enjoy my nails but I’m just not satisfied .it doesn’t really look like what I wanted and the shape is so uneven, left pointer finger has air bubbles and it looks broken on sides and I believe the gel polish is peeling of my nails. I paid alot of money and it was my birthday and I don’t do this often. So I’m just bummed out. June 18th @5 pm

I absolutely adore Rose. She is so meticulous and thorough with her nail work. I’ve received both full acrylic sets and pedicures from her and I’m so impressed every time. If I don’t like something 100% she isn’t rude about changing it and working with me at all. I’m also someone who likes to just relax and not talk too much during my mani/pedi and she is the perfect mix! I highly recommend this place!

I went to get my nails done here and I do not recommend ANYONE to come here. I asked for a certain style and showed the lady the nails that I wanted and she told me she can do it. What she did was far from the picture. I told her I don’t like it and she said well you asked for that and continued to want to argue with me. I suggested to just paint my nails all black and she continued to have a attitude and then sending me to one of her coworkers to finish her work. I’ve been going here for 6 years and always have been cheated out of money and dealt with attitudes . Thank God I have found a NEW nail tech that can respect me and my wishes!

From the beginning this place has been such a delight. Definitely worth every penny and every minute! My nails are always done with precision and care. Conversations are always great and also the silence is super comfortable! I highly recommend this place!

First time at this nail shop. It was a Sunday and it was pretty busy; I was expecting to have to wait forever but that wasnt the case not even 10 mins. I will be going back to see Anna. I normally get gel polish with freestyle design normally pay $40+. This time I got the cat eye polish and I Absolutely love it. At first I was confused on why it was $10 more after she did it I understand why.

Way too expensive. $128 for 2 pedicures and a nail paint

I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to have somebody do my nails. I had them for one day, I got white polish and they’re ORANGE. Bad quality of gel polish. Never going back.

Tommy is great.. I have been going to him for over 10 years and I drive an hour and a half to have him do my nails. Won’t have anyone else do them. I have tons of pictures of his uniqueness and designs that he has done on my nails.. He just moved to this place from TNT nails and you all need to see him, call him to make appointment!!!!

John nail guy told me my nails were going to be $55 I gave him a coupon that they gave me the last time I went, I got almost the exact same treatment This time as I did the last. charged me $50 the last time, even put on a couple of Rhinestones for me. This time In store told me it was $55 for powder gel and mate with tip nothing complex, but went and charged my card 60 claiming that it was $65 and with coupon he knocked off $ 5. He knew exactly what he did too, came up with all sorts of charges and reasons why my simple nails were $65 that looked like he did it blind. When you get greedy and don’t have ethical value you lost me and my friends as customers. The total disrespect and entitlement when I went back was just disgusting as well. One of the ladies, supervisor or what ever she is, was telling the dude not to give me my MONEY that he overcharged me back to me, mind you he told me one price, then went back and charged me what he wanted, that’s called THEFT and that’s a crime. I wouldnt have known or went back if I just didn’t happen to check my recent transactions cause no receipt was provided or offered.

It’s been 14 years since I’ve had my nails done. Walked in with my college aged daughter who needed a gel fill and I decided to get a full set. I was impressed with customer service we received. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. Very clean. They got us both in right away. The nail technician(Vivian) listened to me and recommended with the job I have gel nails would be best. She was very thorough with the process and was a perfectionist on shaping my nails and painting. I wanted natural looking nails and that’s what I got. My daughters experience was the same. She gets her nails done out of state by her college and she said her nails have never looked better. The price was good and you get what you pay for. I’ll be back in two weeks for a fill.

I had to come in two different times for acrylic lifting within 2-3 days after getting them done. They were very rude about it my acrylic lifting too. Like I was the reason why it lifted. If they did their job right, I wouldn’t be coming back two times to get it fixed. I will not be coming back here. Go somewhere else.Update: all my nails started lifting after a week. I immediately took them off.

Really great place! We had 5 women that wanted pedicures and 1 that wanted a gel manicure and they accommodated us with no wait time while they were busy! They were friendly, and quick! I got one of the best manicures Ive ever had! My new place. :)

I thought my overall experience wasn’t the best. I felt like my lady rushed my manicure to get to the next one started. My polish is super thick and looks odd. Also when walking in the place one lady was picking and digging in her mouth for food and I’m not sure if she ever washed her hands but greeting people at the door with your hand shoved in your mouth isn’t very professional in my opinion. Not very pleased with my overall visit. Hope other people have a better experience than me.

I absolutely love this place! People are super friendly there, nails tech do an amazing job! I can’t say I have always been happy and my nails were always perfect, however they always fixed anything that i didn’t like and never left me unhappy. Tina, John, Henry and Kim are my favorite techs. I have referred so many people to go there because it’s so worth it!!You guys are wonderful and I won’t go anywhere else!!

I tired this place due to my regular being always booked out.. I was a little nervous but Lisa took very good care of me! She was very patient and made sure everything was to my liking! I’m very happy with the outcome ☺️ I really appreciated her taking her time and not rushing. The salon was fantastic! They gave me a great cut and color consultation. All salon staff were friendly, and I will definitely be back to do my highlights and cut.

Gel paint is coming off. Less than week

This location IS NOT following covid 19 regulations! They are seeing MANY people for waxing - they never ever change the fabric blanket that you lay on. How gross is that - each person I saw walk in laid down upon the same fabric surface ever other person before them did. This is beyond unacceptable! The mgr repeatedly was on her cell phone - gloves off and mask off to talk/text and was within a close proximately to clients. The constant yelling and banter acrosst the room makes for the most unrelaxin visit. Ontop of the fear about unsafe location. And also, talking in different languages about customers is also not good. I have been a very loyal customer to this business. Most of which was good. But the times it wasnt good - it was extremely bad. I have had services that were painful, rude, where I left feeling like what a waste of my time. I think many of the people here forget they work within customer service. Stop the endless screaming across the room - and that goes for the lady who is in charge? mgr? it is unprofessional. My last 3 visits to this location have all been less than 1 star visits. You guys need to improve or know you are losing loyal following. It appears that those working here do not like it. On my my recent visit, the mgr lady got up from her client repeatedly... her cell phone received countless beeps for texts. She picked up her cell phone, walked away from this client yet again, took off her mask and proceeded to giggle at her texts. She was in a unsafe distane from clients. I felt badly for this also abandaned client. If you want to fix this place.... fix the service. clean it up, be within regulations.

I live 2 hours away and coming here was worth it. Went for a honey pedicure and Hana did an amazing job. I love how gentle her massage was. I will definitely come here again! 🙂

Im visiting Minneapolis from Houston and went to Nails Touch based on their reviews and yes, they do deserve 5 stars! They have a culture of great customer service and gave me such a pleasant experience. Jenny did my pedicure and gel nails, and shes a gem. Her personality is fun and she strives for perfection in giving her best. Whenever i am back in the Minneapolis area, Ill definitely be back. Nails Touch has the touch!!!

The customer service could be better. I did a 40 minute drive to here and the lady doing my nails did them fast but she seemed to be having a bad day and was taking it out on me a bit. I tried to be understanding but I also noticed employees were on their phones especially when talking to you. It took one hour for her to do my nails which is good but she was being kind of harsh and kept hurting my cuticles and didn’t apologize. I would’ve liked the ombré to be a little better for $60 the palm trees on the other hand I loved. It was my first time here and overall the impression was okay.

It was my first time there today and the nail tech I had was wonderful. She was such a great listener and helped me with whatever I needed. I’m a bit surprised when I first walked in I wasn’t told abt what I needed and was left clueless. But the overall things were great.

Today was my first time visiting Nails Touch and all I can say is Im in love! I had been going to a salon closer to me for years. They had treated me good for a while but then for some reason my experiences got worse and worse and they kept increasing my prices everytime I had come in even though I was getting the same thing every time. I had even gotten to the point where I had to yell at the owner for trying to rip me off because she knew I had money. I went to Nails Touch even though it was 45min away from me because of the reviews. IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT! I didnt make an appointment ahead of time but they made sure to get me in asap and made me feel comfortable while I waited. They took their time on my nails and made sure they were perfect. This place is conveniently located so I thought I would give it a shot. I didnt have an appointment but I was greeted immediately by Cindy. She made me feel very comfortable and asked what I wanted without the pushy suggestive selling. Very clean and extremely affordable!

I have been getting my nails done for about 15 years by the same salon. Last time I went I had such a bad experience it prompted me to look for a new place. I found Nails Touch online and after reading the reviews decided to give it a try. As someone who has been professionally connected to the salon industry since the early 2000’s, I am extremely particular about the services I receive. I walked in and was greeted and seated right away. Everyone was very nice. Tracy did my fill. She took the time to really listen to my needs and throughout the entire service she exceeded my expectations. My nails are flawless! The salon was clean and comfortable, and I was very pleased to notice proper sanitation practices being used. I will absolutely be coming here from now on!

Paid $20 for a “manicure” and to get my polish removed. My nails were filed horribly, uneven, and half of my cuticles were bleeding. Also didn’t even get all of the polish off which is what I came in for...

Went to nails touch today for a manicure! I was told about this salon by a friend and when I walked in, a nail technician by the name of Jenny took me to her table to do my nails. She told me to bring the basket that I had with nails and color on them to her. When we sat down I was trying to find a color and while looking she kept on asking me if I had my color. When I ask to see more colors, she brought another basket and while looking she began asking if i had a color. She asked so many times i just did not respond to her. I showed her a design i wanted and she said she could not do due to it being difficult and other could not do either without me even asking the question. I finally picked something and what I got is totally different from the design. My nails looks horrible! When it was time to get a hand massage, she rushed through the process because there were people waiting to get their nails done. Do not have Jenny do your nails!I was called on Saturday by Jenny at nails touch to reschedule an appointment to get my nails repair. I got a warmed welcome from Henry and the rest of the staff when I arrived today for my appointment. My nails were repair and it is beautiful! I also received a gift certificate from them! Thanks nails touch for reading and getting in touch with me! Job well done. I will definitely be back! 😀😀😀

I went after 2 of my co-workers came to work with FLAWLESS nails! The guy who did my nails was very friendly & funny! He took his time and paid very close attention to detail! This is the best nail shop I have ever been to and dont have any plans on going anywhere else.

My friend and I walked into the salon unaware that they closed in 15-20 minutes. We were greeted and sat down right away. The owners Anna and Henry both stayed about half an hour after closing to do our nails. They were not rushed to leave and made sure we were satisfied with our nails. They did an amazing job! Their prices are cheaper than any other place Ive been to, the staff is great, and the quality is amazing. I promise you will most likely leave satisfied with your experience. Highly recommend!

Ive never been to a salon that serves you free beverages. The people are very nice and ask what you want. I got a gel manicure done and I was in and out in a little less than 45 minutes!! The job was done quickly and pretty well for the amount of time. I got sparkles so my total was $33 not including tip. Id say thats very reasonable. I would absolutely go back! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💅🏻

Terrible service. Didn’t receive name of lady but she was rude, rough and unprofessional. Nails were uneven, nail polish not smooth on and no type of communication. She pushed my feet around instead of asking me to simply put them in the water or to take them out. I’ve NEVER had this experience here until today and I’ve been coming here for about 4 years on and off.

Ive been getting my nails done for several years and am so happy to have finally found a salon that is able to provide quality and personal service. Anna is absolutely amazing, and so quick, and her attention to detail is outstanding, if I could give her 10 stars I would!

For starters this nail salon is usually fantabulous. Whenever I want some, as the kids say “bomb nails” this salon is first on my list. They have some very talented technicians who are accommodating and personable. BUT today was different. I called ahead of time and made an appointment for 2 full sets. We arrived and they helped myself, but my friend ended up waiting for 50 minutes before anyone said anything to her, meanwhile other customers who came in after her were helped. She ended up not getting her nails done because we couldn’t wait around. I generally don’t like to bash salons especially because they do a good job, but this was just unacceptable!!

It was my first time here and I came with 2 other girlfriends. The guy worked on one gal, which he did an awesome job. The other lady, forgot her name, was horrible. Didnt do the job right and rushed my friend to get out because she wanted to tend to the next customers (more tips $$). I got Betty - she took her time and took care of me, thats why I left her a $20 tip. Highly recommend this place but be careful who you choose to do your nails.

I love it here! Ive been going here since February and its the greatest experience every time! I used to go somewhere else but I can tell that at nails touch they really care! I always see Pa and she always takes her time and makes sure I am happy with the outcome! I highly suggest nails touch!

I love my nails!!!! Theyre beautiful. I wanted to go to a place close to my house and not have to drive far. Rose did my nails and Im sooo glad she did. I was sad that they couldnt do most of the design I wanted. But she made me walk out happy. I love my nails soo much words can even describe. I kinda was winging it, and she help me find the look Im was going for. She was very nice and friendly. She didnt complain or whined about work over time. I went with my tt and who ever did her nails made her feel amazing, she love her nails as well.I would highly recommend, and I will be coming back in the future. My nails cost $56 with student discount.

I can’t tell you how great this place is. I went to a different salon for years that was a little cheaper, but got fed up with lack of regard for the customer. The folks at Nails Touch really take care of their clients. I see Anna and she is the best! Very detailed and takes her time, but is very efficient!

My husband brought my two teens (age 13,14) in to get their nails done for an event cause I was busy prepping and didn’t have time to take them. When they came home, their nails were poorly done! It’s as if they didn’t care to take their time because they probably felt that my girls prob won’t know any better. I was not happy with the quality done on their nails but I didn’t say anything because we had to leave out of town and I was just waiting for them to get home.4 days later, one of the nails had already popped off her finger! I emailed the store to tell them what happened and was very upset at the quality. Never heard back from them. First and very last time going there ever again!

Jimmy is wonderful. She is fast but still makes your nails look great! The business is clean and pretty and the ladies seem to all get along.

This place is awesome I have been trying to find some were in Brooklyn Park that is professional, clean, price reasonable, and do nails good. I love how they explain the price give you options but never once pressure you into upgrading its all at your discretion. Linda is the one that did my nails, very kind lady I will be making her my regular person to go to. Every worker was polite. If youre looking to finds a place to relax come here I promise you will not be dissapointed .

I was disappointed. I took my mother in law and myself. My nail tech did only an ok job on my nails, I asked for square. She didn’t push my cuticles back, didn’t manicure them at all. Then she didn’t put acrylic far back. When all is done and finished, my nails look like they’ve grown out four to five days.My mother in law asked for round and it was terrible. The lady made them way too short and pointy. My mother in law had to ask the nail tech to let her fix it instead, but by then it was already so messed up. I wish we could have said something but my mil is not the type to complain, it was getting close to closing time, and they were glued nails... so you can’t really start over. Ugh.

My nails were a bit long but they didn’t take very much time it was only about 25 or so minutes and for my age it was only like 25-30 $ for acrylics I really recommend trying to go here the people are so kind and nice and besides the fact that my acrylic was kicked off in the swimming pool I will still go back and get new acrylics very nice place and my eyebrows are done so beautifully when I get them done 10/10 recommended

Went in the people were very nice. When I was done and actually looked at my nails they were a mess and I want to take them off as soon as possible. Lengths are uneven, thickness is uneven, nails are lumpy, and some nails are crooked. I hate to say this but good customer service is useless when the finished product isn’t great. These nails are way too thick and they’re just bad all around so now I have to pay to get them taken off and to get new ones. Would not recommend coming here🙄. At least not for fake nails. Go to a place where the nails won’t be lumpy and thick in some parts but not in others.Overall I’m really disappointed.

Love love love Pa, she is so awesome and does beautiful work. I get compliments on my nails all the time. I have my daughter going to her as well and she loves Pas work too. You have an awesome woman working there.

I hate when I am talked about right in front of my face in another language when I dont want a service upgrade.....yes I dont know the language but I do know body language ie eye rolling, head shaking. Wont go back there again! be professional please. My nails did look good though.

I love taking time to go to this salon every time I want my nails done. I make sure to call ahead for my appointment and never have to wait too long. The staff is friendly and does great work.

I started coming here since November 2015 and have not been disappointed! Im super picky because I know exactly what I want. But you will have to ask for ☆Pa☆ and schedule ahead of time. Shes highly sought after not only by her loyal clients but by other nail techs in the Twin Cities. Ive been getting my nails done acrylic and gel for over 14 years, and finally found☆Pa☆ she is THE BEST in the Twin Cities! No one else touches my nails but her from now on.

This has been my go to nail place since the first day I walked in over a year ago!!!! Everyone is so nice does great work!!! But Henry is my GUY! I love the way my nails look every single time!!! This is being said by someone very picky when it comes to my nails!! Ive brought all my friends here and they all became regular customers!! Thank you Henry, thank you nail touch !
