Called and was able to get a same day appointment for full set dip and pedicure. The young man did an excellent job on my nails, as the previous tech at another salon had really messed them up. He was gentle and thorough and did exactly what I wanted. My nails look very natural and not thick at all! Ive been getting tons of compliments already! 😍😍

This was nice the first time my daughter and I went the second time they started my daughter first with someone who couldn’t speak English so when we asked if we would be getting pedicures together she couldn’t answer is mine started at least 15 minutes later abs my pedicure was done first trimmed the nails on one foot and not the other out topCoat on one foot and not the other AWFUL!!!!! Talked between themselves the 2 nail techs never to us very lousy service very lousy pedicure DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE you will do a better job on your own!!!

These people are AMAZING! You do not need to go anywhere else and you shouldn’t! They are so gentle and kind and accommodating. I bring my mother in law who has Alzheimer’s and they go ABOVE and BEYOND to make her feel so great!!! They are so patient and sweet... every single person there is an angel!!! Can not recommend enough!!!

My pedicure was great and the girl who does them is fantastic. Some guy with tattoos did my French manicure with acrylic tips. I lost two nails in one week and the white on the French was ruined after one day on multiple fingers. I paid 95 dollars not including a generous tip for a manicure and pedicure and would expect much better quality !! I wasn’t fully satisfied with my nails when he finished and he didn’t care and neither did the manager. They just kind of wanted to get me out as it was close to closing time. I’ve gotten my nails done in many places all around the world and this was one of my worst manicures of all time.I went on to travel so couldn’t go in and have them fixed and had to go on vacation with janky nails. Will never return for a gel/acrylic manicure at this place and totally would not recommend very disappointed.

This was my first experience at Chic Nail Spa, but it won’t be my last! I called first and Thomas was so friendly on the phone, that I went over right away. The bright, clean space was inviting when I first walked in and all of the staff members were warm and welcoming. Alyssa did my pedicure and chin waxing. She was professional with a great sense of humor and the perfect mix of conversation and quiet. I look forward to my next visit to Chic Nails!

Had an appointment a week ago for a gel manicure. It was extremely rushed. The gel didnt go down to my cuticles so after a week it looks like Ive had it for 2-3 weeks already. The second coat was rushed so quickly it looked like I only had one coat on. My friend was also getting a manicure and I asked her manicurist if he could go over some of my nails with another color + clear coat. He was very friendly and I appreciated that he was willing to fix some nails even though he had another appointment waiting. After him fixing up my nails I was still not 100% pleased but it was better than before. This was my second time going here, the first time I had no issues and my nails looked great.

Quickly becoming my favorite neighborhood nail shop. As a person also in the beauty industry I find Chic Nails to be very sanitary. I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure and I appreciate them being fast. I love going to a place, where everyone knows your name!

Absolutely horrible, when I told them I did not like my nails they told me I was a child and that they are proud of their work and that I’m stupid. And made me call their employee on the phone. So unprofessional.

I really enjoy the atmosphere at this salon. Its professional and yet relaxed. One day the ladies were singing to the music, for example. Alyssa is my regular tech and she does an extremely good job. I highly recommend this spa.

I’ve been going here and loved it at first, but then the last time I went I realized when I got into my car how many flaws there were in my nails. The paint job that Gloria did is below expectation, and you can see my previous color where she missed the paint. Now I will have to go get this fixed elsewhere. Definitely wish I would have noticed this before paying.

I would’ve given this salon a 3 at best just for their personalities. At first glance they’re super nice and ambitious to do nails, after paying more than I typically do for nails ($35 vs $25) I expected nothing but awesome nails, instead I received thin, uneven nails. 5 of them broke in 6 days. And when I expressed my concerns after the first nail broke (2 days after getting them done) they were willing to fix it so I said awesome, I came in and they fixed it (didn’t even look like the original nails). But I shook it off. The next day 2 more broke & it was a constant. I finally called and stated that I wanted my money back for the low quality nails. They proceeded to tell me they couldn’t give me my money back and that I could just come back and get them redone completely for free, a full set. So I said okay, went back for my full set and my nails look decent and they are thicker none have broken thus far, but it’s only been a day. But their attitudes towards me had completely changed (understandable) but they said nothing to me when I came in, was silent the entire time, asked me if I wanted water at one point. But other than that I did not get the length or the shape of the nail I desired. I know I sound snobby by this post but I have been to multiple other salons that despite mistakes are still vary gracious during encounters and actually try their best to please customers. I am disappointed by this salon and they will not be recieving my service from this point further.

Went there for a pedicure for my first time and I was extremely satisfied with the pedicure! they took their time, and did a wonderful job! I am used to in and out pedicures but this one was great. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars and not 5 is bc i would really like for them to use the plastic in their tubs.... more sanitary!

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼This is the worst place I have ever been to. Nail technician was not experienced or simply didnt take pride in her work. Not only did she mess my nails up once, but twice and I wasnt going to go a 3rd round with her. I had to walk away and she even had the nerve to try to charge me. Over an hour getting shellac polish (no acrylic or tips), and walking away with nothing. 😠

After days of searching local nail salons, I settled on this place because it was in the area and I had a concert to go to the same night and needed something quick. And let me tell you this place did not disappoint. They were very friendly and quick. I walked in and got seated right away, the lady that did my nails was very kind and sweet and worked effieciently. Now what really sold me into coming back to this place was that, after two weeks of having a gel manicure (i went in on feb 22) my nails just started to chip today (mar 7). And i work 8-4, 40 hours a week in a deli. I’m very happy and pleased with the outcome and I plan on going back tomorrow after work. 10/10 recommend.

I have been getting my nails done for 20 years. Chic Spa is, hands down, my favorite place. The owners and staff are very friendly and make people feel special because they remember your name. They are always on time if I make an appointment. There are so many qualified nail technicians that I rarely request someone specific. And it isnt likely that I will experience a chipped nail for thev2 weeks before my next appointment. I have gone there since they opened their doors over 2 years ago. I love it! Do yourself a favor and try them. Convenient location at Greenfield and Moorland.

My friend recommended me to come her for nails. I got 2 different old lady 2 times i was here. I had bad experiences with them. 1st she scratched my legs with sea salt, did hard on my heels with callus remover. 2rd another lady Cut my nails causing bleeding when she did fill... not coming back, not recommend to anybody.

They do great pedicures, but their acrylic nail services are subpar. I was told by several different employees that they could do coffin-shaped nails and that was NOT the case. Mary (who did my full set) was nice, but my nails are misshapen and her acrylic application left lumps. I wouldnt recommend this salon for acrylics.

The last two times I have had my nails done they have chipped with in days. Both my shellac mani and my pedicure. It’s frustrating when you spend $60.00 and then you feel like staff rush through. My most recent visit I had a shellac mani and the nail tech didn’t even remove all of the previous polish before adding more, so now you can see spots through my new mani.

Not impressed. The work was awful, nails not even. The person kept going in-between me and another customer. Would never go back!

There is probably nothing I can say to steer you away from this place, but be warned, if you do decide to go. Have one of the women do your nails. They are far more empathetic and knowledgeable about the trade, also less heavy handed.I went to get my nails done for Christmas 2018 and a middle-aged man did my nails, he was very rushed and sloppy which resulted in the nails being strangely curved and bumpy. While he was doing my nails he asked me over and over again how old I was, where I lived, and if I was married or lived alone. He didnt seem to want to leave these questions alone even after I told him I was gonna 19 and he proclaimed Too young!.I decided tp get stiletto acrylic nails about a half inch longer than my finger which he told me was too long so he would have to upcharge me. He was the only one who ever told me my nails were too long and there would be an upcharge at this establishment. I found this sketchy. He painted my nails uneven, sort of just a stripe of paint down the middle of the nail and decided himself on an almond shape because to him stilettos were like weapons.He picked my color for me after taking away the color selection basket. He said he would pick something sexy for me. The nails ended up costing me 85 dollars, 30 dollars over what they should have. When my mother saw my nails she was upset and took me back in to have them redone, I was beside myself since I didnt want that man touching my hands again.They sat me next to another client where the man proceeded to file more off my nails, while his coworker, him, and the other client talked at length about how people like me shouldnt get their nails done, and I should have said something earlier if I didnt like them. Which I did, several times, the man just didnt listen. They talked about me until a few silent tears rolled down my face and once they noticed they just got quiet. Once he was done filing my nails he put another topcoat on and I was out the door. They lost my familys buisness, and in my opinion they certainly dont deserve yours.

I came in today to have my nails done and relax, after a very tiring week. I am very displeased and will not be returning. The man who did my nails was rude and aggressive. He kept pulling on my arms, and causing me to be very uncomfortable. This was a HORRIBLE experience!

I have never had nail extensions before but I know enough to say that when I should get for the shape I ask for (and pay for by extension) regardless if the tech thinks it will not be pretty on me. I know that the gel nail polish should not be impressionable or tacky when I leave after having dropped 40$ dollars on nails. I know that I shouldnt have entire globs of over looked dried acrylic on my finger tip and sliding off of my nail. And I know that when you put 5+ coats of gel on one nail it looks fat and that its not just that coffin nails should be longer thats making the nail look bad. If I could add a picture I would.

Good prices, but not the best quality...I went and got acrylics, and I’ve had them done mutiple times at different salons, I will never come back to this one. I first walked in there and everyone had looked at me like I was crazy, waited for 20 mins even though I had an appointment... then they started the process and everything was okay at first but then they started drilling and had got my finger like 4 times, and now some of my nails actually hurt.. and my nail polish is smugged, they said it should be dry so I went up and paid and I ended up finding out they were not dry...

I got acrylics a week and 3 days ago and they all fell off 2 days ago. They werent busy when I was there and yet they rushed through it. One of my nails was crooked and another was thicker than the rest. I will not be coming back and will not be recommending it to anyone.

They do such a great job with manis and pedis. But their pedis they go above and beyond what any other place I have ever gone to does. The prices are perfect too. I normally do my own nails because I feel like other places always mess something up. Not at chic nails! I will never go any where else.

Called made appointments for 2 of us,1 started me and my daughter didnt get hers done until 30 minutes later and yes they had her feet in water all that time! Makes no difference if you have an appointment or not, you wait anyway!
