So I just wanted to share the amazing experience I had with Computer Pros on lee Highway today. I am a novice computer builder and I had come across a minor problem that on the surface seemed like a big issue. I brought it nto computer pros and in a matter of minutes they had my precious computer up and running in all of its non rgb glory!! They are very knowledgeable and answered my questions with reliable accurate information. I would trust computer pros with any highly sensitive computer hardware. And I most likely will be coming back many many times!! Also the technician that was working with me his name is Noah. He gave me first class customer service and was super knowledgeable! Computer pros if your listening you need to give this man a raise because he works hard at what he does!!!

Ive been in the IT industry for 20 years. Ive worked with these gentlemen a few times as a customer and vendor. They seemed knowledgeable, Fair, and courteous. They have a decent variety of gear in house on display, which is becoming less common with smaller computer shops. Ive heard nothing but good things from our common customers and would highly recommend their services.

I brought my computer down here before thanksgiving they took much longer then they said it would take, they didnt call and let me know the three day fix(the guys word) was going to take two weeks. On top of that not knowing how to count or how to call a customer it cost me almost $300. Instead of putting the actual microsoft programs back on to it they put some other programs that dont work well with most of the programs I have to use. I made it plain that this is my work computer and I need the programs that were on it. Do not go here. Go buy a new computer it will be cheaper especially around the holidays.

My computer broke down and i came here to get it fixed. They could not fix my name brand computer so i put one on layaway,this one being a brand i never heard of. A week later when i returned to put more down on layaway i asked for my old computer back. Well they couldnt find it so i can only assume they used it for parts. Thses people are shady and care only about money...whats new. So if i get myold computer back i wont be able to tell if they took parts off it. They charged me full price for the new one and and didnt take nothing off the top for my old computer, which they convenientlyl couldnt find. Be aware.

We have found Computer Pros to be highly qualified, honest and helpful. They have saved us a great deal of money with our computer repairs and purchases. Just needed the screen replaced on my laptop and they had the part ordered and the screen replaced within a week! Awesome, easy, and great customer service! Was also much cheaper than I had expected.

I took a computer in to have an email set up. They did not set up the email but delete over half my files and my entire contact list. Go see them at your own risk

I went to computer pros today with my granddaughter tablet that quit charging only ip to 4% I had taken it to battery place in kingsport they said battery would b 99.00 and had to b heated to open seal around it I said thanks but no thanks I can buy new one for that so I stop in computer pros while in bristol he said if u have a few mins I will ck it came back out all done he had pop back off reseed ed the battery put back back on he said now its up to 98%and no charge good honest people thank u thank u

Always fix our computers in a timely manner and great prices. Even when they were closed on the weekend, they made special arrangements for me to pick up my computer.

I highly recommend Computer Pros in Bristol. While the staff there are high-tech experts (up on all the newest computer stuff), the atmosphere of the place is like a friendly neighborhood store.

Hell of a selection, best Ive seen within 40 miles (if only I were kidding)Shop tailors from low end pc users to high end, so if you need it they probably have it. Staff is helpful, kind, and certainly go out if their way to help.

Staff does seem friendly. My issue is they sold my Mom an $80 Power Cord for her $200 Laptop. I would have hoped they would have not taken advantage of a 70something Year Old Woman that isnt tech savvy in the slightest. Because of this instance, I have no choice but to suspect they do press their advantage when dealing with non-Technical customers while dealing palms up with technically minded customers.I adjusted the review based on recollection that CP does provide a specialized service in an industry where Computer stores are a dying breed therefore I wish CP the best.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. I had friends tell me this place is great and have my Gaming Pc fixed and running. Take it there to have it diagnosed and they did that fairly quick told me the reason my computer was freezing and blue screening was because my processor was fried so we ordered one along with a new SSD drive and they installed everything and claim it worked and no problems. With in the first out of gaming I get another computer freeze call them back upset they were happy for me to bring it back in, and they told me they see no problem at all with it and they ran more “test” and even now I’m still stuck with a computer that i have handed them over 100’s of dollars that it is still not fixed to this day.

My computer had a few bad viruses. I called them and explained my Problem. This is my work computer. I needed it repaired fast.I dropped it off at lunch and came back after and it was repaired.They did a great job and were very professional.

After putting together a new computer, I realized the RAM from my old one wouldnt work in my new build. Anxious to get my machine up and running the same day, I searched online and found what I needed for $60, but didnt want to pay the overnight shipping to get it by the next day (Friday). So I went to Best Buy, and they didnt carry it in the store (and they barely knew what I was talking about). I decided on the way back to work to try Computer Pros. I gave them a call and they got me exactly what I needed for the same price as what I could find online (and it was right there in-stock!). Great service and the guys there who knew exactly what I needed (because they dont sell microwaves there too, they know their computers). Great experiece, they saved the day, and now Im off to play on my new computer!

They have been taking care of all of our computer needs for several years. All the staff is very helpful but Rich goes above and beyond to make sure our company is always taken care of not matter what we need. I always recommend them to anybody that ask.

I took my computer to Computer Pros and had a miserable experience. Ive since found out that they completely ripped me off on the parts but thats not it. It took 11 weeks to get my computer back. When I finally went in to get it the parts and labor cost 75% of what I could just replace it for. To top it all off, they were rude to me on just about every encounter I had with them. I would call every Friday to see if my computer was ready and they started to rudely exclaim to Well call you when its ready! Oh and I almost forgot, they did shoddy work.I had to take it to another guy and he was like Well, theres your problem. Thats broken.

I cant recommend this people since they refuse to back up their work. I had them replace a battery in my Samsung tablet. The battery they ordered has never charged, but the repairman was rude and refused to check it out. Despite this, I called them to make a home visit to set up a smart tv. Same thing, $85 anhour a total of $127 and it wont work. When I called I was told Id have to pay again. Nope, shame on me for getting screwed twice.

Took my desktop unit here to resolve an issue regarding freezing. I had three drives on this PC. Two SSD (250GB and 750GB) and one HDD (2TB). Told them I had tried installing it onto each drive without success. Eventually they fixed the issue and told me they had replaced some cables. They installed Windows onto the 750GB SSD and hooked up the HDD. I never worried that my smaller SSD was not showing up because it was just extra and figured Id take care of that later. Time went by and I popped open my case for some maintenance and discovered that the 250GB SSD was actually no longer there. The SATA cables were just hanging there and the 2.5 to 3.5 mount with my 250GB SSD was gone. Tried contacting them to resolve the issue, but they were unwilling to help.Other than one of my components going missing, they seem knowledgeable and the prices are fair.

Computer Pros has saved my bacon more than once when my PC got infected with a virus. They cleaned the PC and saved my files and documents so I didnt lose any data. Surprisingly, this cost me under $50.
