Called ahead to see if I could bring down my PC. Brought it down and he had me wait outside for almost an hour after I had knocked and was told to wait. Went back to see what the hold up was and he had me come in. I would NEVER bring anything of value into that business it reeked of dog urine and feces. After I entered and spoke to him again he told me to wait again while he was very clearly napping. I just ended up leaving. Youre better off taking your PC to Best Buy to have it looked at I was in and out within 5 mins.

Service is excellent! The owner will take the extra time when you pick up your computer/system to explain things. Very reasonable prices, honest, and fast turnaround for repairs. Laptop is working great, and got it back fast. Highly recommended.

I would like to say that I have had nothing but great experiences at PC TECHS 4U. The owner Ken is very delightful and friendly. He is Very knowledgeable about computers and has helped me with many issues free of charge as I have become a customer that he knows will only go to him. He is more then fair and certainly a very honest man. I would recommend my mother to go there so if I would do that then certainly anyone else should too!

Bristol location does not exist! Perhaps it should be updated to reflect if business even still exists!

The best place to take your computer for any needs. I ended up with a nasty virus in 2012 and the prices were very competitive and fair for the amount of time that had to be put into fixing my problem. The following week I came back with my portable hard drive that had been having a long term issue and it was looked at for FREE. Who else offers that kind of service now a days?Above all else the owner is honest. He will not lie to you and tell you that things are wrong when they are not. He will check with you regarding any issues that you have an ask you before he fixes them.

I have been to PC techs for you many times. I have found them to be very helpful, and kind. The prices were reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I brought my lab top to PC Techs 4 U, and while it was unable to be repaired, everything was explained to me in full detail of what was wrong. I am a local business owner and depend upon my PC for all of my business records and transactions. It would never enter my mind to switch to another source for my computer/IT needs. I have been dealing with PC Techs 4 U for well over ten years. I have had machines repaired, upgraded and replaced with PC Techs 4 U and have never had a negative experience. Prices are very competitive, service is great. Yeah, one man operation, but that means the owner of the company always knows exactly who you are and all about your problem. You dont find that kind of service anywhere else. I highly recommend them for personal and business computer needs.

Very unprofessional, did not keep to the timeframe he said work would be done. When called and asked was very rude. While work was satisfactory at best., he, (Kenneth Hicks), underestimated the quote, and would not return comp. until was paid with cash only. I am elderly and really felt he took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Bring your business someplace else.

Owner knows what hes talking about! Always accessible for questions. A busy business shows a good business! If there was no work on the counter Id question things. He always explains what we as users can do to prevent having to bring our pcs back too often for the same problems! Encourages maintence to keep up premium performance! Doesnt take shortcuts to fix, which can lead to temporary fixes, always takes the time to find out the source of the problem to determine the best way to fix an issue. A++ business!

The store isnt there anymore its now mobile. I told the owner my problem and he gave me suggestions to do over the phone and needless to say my laptop works. 👍🏼
