Cause I’m a woman or are they just uneducated in newer cars?Start to finish. I started having problems with with 2013 Kia Sorento leaking oil. Not long before that the oil light started to flicker. These oil sensors are recalled in Canada (same company make US and Canada) and the recall was not honored in the US, even after MANY MANY people have complained about this oil sensor. Obviously I’m not a mechanic, but I’m not mechanically incompetent either...I called them in a pinch, and they did graciously get me in that day. I explained everything with the car, how it will look like it’s coming from the rear main, the known problems with the car, and what the problem was... and was just asking for confirmation. They checked out the car while I talked to his wife in the office. She was INSANELY nice, and was a natural with my 1 year old. When he came back he advised me it was the “rear main seal” and not the sensor. I again mentioned the oil sensor problems, and asked if he was sure it wasn’t that. He then looked up the Labor on the car and said it would take almost 11 hours to fix it with no interruptions. 2 days in the shop. I embarrassed myself cause I cried in the shop there... cause it jumped from a 300$ fix to a 700$ fix —— $25 for the part and the rest Labor. The lady in the office hugged me and was VERY NICE, that I can’t complain about. They were very nice personable people, but I truly think that they were either out for the money, or just uneducated....Or maybe ego hurt cause a “woman” came in and told them what was wrong with the car?I’m not really sure what happened, or why.... but I ended up taking it somewhere else and having them fix it in 3 hours.... for less than $300, and it WAS the oil sensor.... and everything is fine now.Take it as you will. They are really super nice... but maybe not the best mechanics or maybe just uneducated?

Was in a bind trying to get home. They graciously fit us in their busy schedule so we could get back on the road and at the best price in town. Highly recommend.

As far as we are concerned, adams mobile, there is no other garage that can compare to them. They are the best most kind hearted people and would go to the end of the world to help you. They are the best mechanics by far and are not the type thats out for the bucks. They do the job right and stand by their work.

One of the employees stole property from the car.called them they apologized. When it came time to work something out over stolen things it was a different story. You cant leave nothing around without sticky fingers lifting it.

The best mechanic in town. A real Godly business, and will help any one they can, at reasonable prices.

If you have a problem with them, they will lie.

Damaged my new wheels and tried to repair them.When that didnt work,they told me they came that way.When I received the wheels, I inboxed,unwrapped and inspected them so if there was damage I had recourse with the shipper or the seller.The wheels were perfect.Charged me to mount and balance the tires.After I installed them on my vehicle that evening,I noticed there were no wheel weights visible.I called the next morning and was told the tires were not balanced because they didnt have the proper adapter for the balance machine.Yet the day before when I paid for mounting and balancing,I wasnt told about it.Mine may be the first bad experience.It wont be the last.
