Dropped my truck off for a oil change around 9am, didn’t not receive any updates or calls from the mechanics. Happened to drive by the place to find my truck on the side of the road with the window all the way down! They we’re closed at this time so I decided to use my spare key and to my truck home! Called the next morning asking for an update on my truck and the owner PAUL SR. lied and told me he was bringing it in the garage for the oil change as we spoke! The truck was with me! He said he would call back when finished. He calls back to tell me someone took my truck over night and when I told him I did he cursed me out before I can even tell him why! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Pauls is a wonderful shop. I have been going there for over ten years to have my cars repaired. I have never had a bad experience. I always speak very highly of their work and the wonderful people who work and own the shop. LOVE THIS SHOP AND THE PEOPLE WHO RUN IT.

Guy is a thief. Sold me a truck from Ebay that was supposed to be an excellent runner. Tranny was doctored and when I approached him for help in getting it fixed, I was told TOO BAD! People, dont do business with this guy... absolute rip-off!
