Consistently excellent service for my hybrid. They have always gotten me in quickly after calling. Reception staff are warm, and mechanics are straightforward and knowledgeable when explaining issues. Plus they are sweet to my dog, even though he’s pretty bad. Highly recommended.

I cant thank eugene enough! Had a power steering leak and not only did he find the leak he had my car back in two days, I came in under budget and he didnt give me the usual mechanic talk ( well you need this,this,and that. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing car work.

Brought my car to be looked at b/c the AC is not working-After more than 2 hrs supposedly needed to diagnose the issue-he still didn’t know what the issue was and still charged me the full diagnosis fee and doing extra stuff, I never asked for. Not professional, not honest-be careful.

I just had my radiator replaced and now the ac doesnt get coldIt worked fine before.

2010 Audi A4. Eugene charged me $3500 for a variety of work. He installed a faulty fuel pump; the Installation was faulty and leaked; the fuel pump he installed was used. He recommended a differential flush and charged me $600 to eliminate a rumble; I have learned that this is absolutely unnecessary. After he installed the fuel pump another hose burst; leaking all the coolant on the ground; luckily I was not driving.Certainly I am not happy with Green Garage. Eugene is guessing.

Frank was our life saver. Literally! Our car turned off and wouldnt turn back on. He was able to come give us a jump, and change the alternator all within 45 mins. We recently had a death in our family that hit very hard to heart. We barely had any money left to get the truck fixed. Frank and the team were amazing. Very professional, they didnt even know about our fathers passing or that we were short on money. Im forever grateful to them all.

Good place for your vehicle

Super friendly people, not just the owner. I had some belts replaced in Norwalk and the mechanic there kept telling it would be hours before he could adjust my belts. Knowing it doesnt take that long, I called Eugenes. He told me to bring it on over and sure enough, he and his staff had me in an out in no time. Ive only had old used cars and have therefore experienced many mechanics. Best service yet, hands down.

I rarely ever write reviews unless I’ve had an outstanding experience which is true with Eugene’s. They completed body work on both our cars (American and European) and the results were impressive. One car sustained a fair amount of damage along the entire passenger side while the other had light front end damage on the driver’s side. Eugene’s was quick, thorough, extremely affordable and they obviously took pride in their work. Both cars look beautiful. The customer service was top notch, too. They were recommended by a friend of ours - one of best referrals I’ve received in years!

About two months ago my 2003 Nissan Maxima finally breathed its las breath. The front end was totally shot and the car was no longer drivable. It had a multitude of other serious problems as well. It was time to junk it. I called several junkyards and other salvage services to see if anyone would give me a few bucks for it and come take it away. Not only did neither of them offer me any money, all but one of them said they would charge a ‘disposable fee’ to come take the car away. Then my girlfriend recommended Eugene’s so I called. I was very impressed with them from the get. Everyone I spoke to there was professional and friendly. The next day they came to get my car and paid me cash for it on the spot. I was shocked by how easy the whole thing ended up being. I could not have asked for better service or a better outcome. I would recommend Eugene’s to everyone I know, and I have been.

Eugene and his team have gone above and beyond for me several times. The most recent, I thought my alternator was gone and they tested my car to make sure that was the issue with my car not starting. They were able to determine, that in fact I had a dead battery causing the issue and replaced the battery for me instead of charging me for the more expensive job. This is an amazing business that will go above and beyond to treat the actual issue.

I am actually quite critical who works on my car. Eugenes has the most competent mechanics, and in addition demonstrates best practices in the customer interface. Dont waste your time there. They are shady people who do nothing but waste your time. We had a verbal agreement for a truck, drove out there, test drove it to have them turn around and say the truck was just sold.

They specialize in VW Audi German stuff. They have lot more of used Audi and vv for sale.
