Trang and Bebe are the best. Grant does eyebrows as well. They need to SANITIZE the salon nail charts are not clean. Great staff just needs thorough cleaning

They do good work. However, the language barrier makes it hard to communicate with them. So, be sure to make sure you are getting what you ask for. I highly recommend a guy name Al..Hes very informative and knows the product well.

Didnt honor gift card. Worse pedicure Ive ever had. Technician was like a robot (non communicative). Wont be back.

I have been going to VIP Nails for a while and David is my technician. I must say I am impressed with the way they keep the place clean. They are always keeping the workstations clean and germ- free. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

I soaked off my acrylic nails at home and walked in to get a gel manicure. At first it looked fun because you are welcomed by a bar at the door. I soon found out that the fun started and ended there. First the manicurist called one of her coworkers over to talk/laugh at my rough nails. Then she proceeded to polish my nails. It was horrible. The edges werent smoothe, they looked lumpy. Definitely looks as if an amateur did it. And, I feel like they are overpriced for the level of work displayed. Now I have to look at these nasty nails for two weeks. Never again!

Horrible I’ll never go back and I would only let them do my nails for a while.. UNTIL I broke 5 nails in less than a week of having them done that’s ridiculous I went back 2 times to get them fixed and after three more broke! Also took them an hour & 30 mins just to do my fullset because I told him I didnt want them lumpy and thick they still didn’t get it right!

Wow! Bebe went over and beyond with the pedicure. Great service, great place! Only $37 for a combo pedi/mani scrub, lotion and hot stones. 1 hour service.

Tried a powder dip. I was told it would last 3-4 weeks. Chipped within 4 days. Went back for repair with no issue then they all chipped again. Lasted 18 days. Music is bad too.

Bad service. I asks for a full set plus a pedicure. All they did was changed my toenail polish thats it I didnt even get to put my feet in any kind of water then I had to turn around and wait for my full set for my nails for about 30 minutes which is ridiculous because you could have done my full pedicure. Ask the lady to shape my nails in the coffin shape that didnt happen. Worst nail shop ever

Make sure you know the price before you get serviced, this shop has a bad habit iof overcharging, they tellyou one price but it changes when you go to the counter to pay, I’m done....Had no problem with the service but they really need to get it together when it comes to their prices and stop changing them at will...I hope it was worth losing a customer

This is my first and last time in this place .Im giving this a one star because the service for pedicure I received today was bad. The person who did mine - Jennifer is not good at all. She seems distracted and in a rush to finish the job, not pleasant at all . My pedicure was done in 15 mins. I shouldve said something but I was so annoyed . Wasted $27 !
