Getting my nails done at Millennium is always an enjoyable experience! The ladies are very nice and Bella is such a professional manager! She never gets angry and treats everyone fairly. Also, I love how she does my nails!!

The ladies that work there are very kind! They do not require masks anymore (I went yesterday on 5/18/21). The reason I only gave 3 stars though is because the manicure I got wasn’t very good and I likely would not go back to this nail salon. On parts of my nails she cleaned up the cuticles but then left some on other areas. Looking at my nails it’s very apparent that the job is only half done. I could go elsewhere for even cheaper and get a better job on my nails.

The customer service by the owner was the worst experience I’ve ever had! She argued with me about scrubbing my toes and then talked about my friend in her language while I was there. DONT EVER WASTE UR MONEY!!!

Bella and her team are simply amazing. When I go in to get my nails done they make me feel like family. Be prepared to spend quality time with them and if you are thirsty just ask for anything you would like. I will go there for the rest of my life in Tennessee.

Went to the place a couple of times to get a gel fill in, and a pedicure. Personally I think the price is way to high, and the wait is way to long. They did a good job on my nails, but I feel like I was rushed on my pedicure. I found a place that I enjoy even though Millennium is close to my home.Edit: I decided to give this place another try, I wanted to get my acrylics taken off, and they lady said that it would be $15 when on their price list says $10. Everyone else charges $10 I went across the street.

I needed my acrylic nails filled because another salon I went to did not do a very good job. I showed them to Bella, the owner, she sat me right down and cleaned up and filled my nails and I even spoiled myself and got a pedicure. The pedicure was wonderful! I highly recommend this salon. Very relaxing!

This was my first and only time I will go here. The staff was rude. As soon as I entered, she hurried me to pick a color and sit down. She didnt even allow me to see which pedicure I wanted. The lady who took care of me didnt even offer me anything to drink and I didnt even know that was an option. Then someone else came in and she got some champagne and when she saw that I noticed, she offered me something to drink. Then when putting the hot towel on me, she didnt even ask me if it was okay and it was way too hot so I had to take it off. I will never come here again.

This place usually does a pretty good job on my nails but in less than week my gel polish is all chipped off and jagged. They were really slipping on the hospitality as well, the lady didnt bother to offer wine, water or other soft drink (like they normally would).I couldve gotten a gel manicure for the price I paid and the polish would have stayed on longer too!

I believe that the service there is wonderful and caring. Their daughter-Bellas daughter-was so young and sweet and very king when she asked me what i wanted to drink.....they are truly amazing and the prices their are the best.I love all the nice people there and think they are one of the best places their.Wonderful service and good people that work there.

When I pointed out that the pedicure basin was dirty, the tech said dont worry and wiped some of the glob onto the floor. one of the Jets was not working and the plug was a makeshift something. my tech never used cuticle remover and then cut my toe. when finished she never did come back to check on me. probably because by then I had a bad attitude, that I still kept in check even through my low standard experience. if it were not for my friend paying, they would have never received payment from me. I am not one to give bad reviews....but I will not be going back

They do a great job! I usually get there when they open, so I dont have to wait. Even when I have gotten there in the middle of the day or afternoon, I have not had to wait either.

Not deserving of even one star. I have been a customer here since the very day they opened. I came in and was told to pick out my color as normal. Bella said to take the third seat on the left and it would be just a few minutes. Over thirty minutes passed and I asked one of the sweet girls near by to just fill the tub with water so at least my cuticles would soften and be ready by the time they start on it. Thinking it would be SOON. Over thirty MORE minutes LATER the girl sits down to do it and I mentioned how I never expected it to be so long (by then it was over an hour from the time I sat down) and wish I was told when I go there because I could have come back. At that moment, the sweet girl proceeded to call Bella over. Bella refused to come. The poor girl was put in a bad situation and kept calling Bella and just went to the back. I was in a little bit of disbelief at what was going on as they seemed to be fighting back in forth in Vitnamese . Bella finally came and started to yell at ME and basically said if I didnt like it to just leave. SEVERAL times. I was in SHOCK!!! Again I have been coming there since the first day they opened. I am actually still in SHOCK and well aware this burst of unprofessionalism, rudeness and foolishness had nothing to do with me... still NO excuse whatsoever for that behavior AND nor will I enrolled it/Bella by giving her my business. I have no doubt I am not the first nor the last customer she has it will do this to.I would have been fine with an apology, kind words. She was VERY abusive to her own worker and me. Obviously had no clue how to handle people.ThankMy pedicure time is normally a wonderful and relaxing time.Fortunately there are FOUR nail salons across the street. One on each corner. I am sitting at Virtue Nails drying after a very beautiful and very relaxing pedicure. I found a very professional technician that will for sure be my new go to. My toenails have never looked so good!!!Bella/Mallinium Nails, you really hurt your business when you yelled at a very sweet and hard-working employee AND customer in front of ALL your customers.

I am new to the area. Read the reviews from this place and decided to call and make an appointment. Daniel and Sanna did my mani & pedi. I loved the service that was done on me. I love the atmosphere and hospitality when I walked in the door. I can say that I will be coming back here again.

Worst manicure ever. She did not even use a towel under my hands. Used a cloth with polish remover to wipe lotion off my nails and put it back in the drawer! Tools were not sterilized. Had to ask to have around my nails cleaned and for a second top coat.
