I had Ellen, and she was fabulous. My nails have never had better nail shape in my life. She did a wonderful job with the design I wanted as well. She was great to talk to, and the quality and precision was well worth the good price. It is also very clean and beautiful in this salon which is a plus. The only downside was even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait 20 min. But it was well worth it! I will be back.

On my visit to Nashville, I looked up a nail salon and saw great reviews for O Nail Bar. I am so glad that I decided to give them a try because they exceeded my expectation. My daughter and I were walk-ins, and were immediately greeted with wonderful customer service, and we had no wait time . They had a very cute child’s chair for my daughter’s pedicure. They were quick, yet paid close attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area or passing thru. It was a great experience in a clean and relaxing atmosphere. I had another great experience at O’Nails Bar. I called on a Saturday morning to make a same day appointment later, and they had availability. Let them know what you want beforehand, especially if it is intricate so they will know which nail tech to have ready. Hop was amazing and did the most beautiful ombré on my nails!

I’ve gotten acrylic nails done twice now from O Nails and both times they’ve come out amazing! They will PERFECTLY recreate whatever design you choose and the set lasts longer than any other set I’ve gotten. Everyone there is really nice as well :)

I drive 30 minutes away from home, probably passing a million nail shops to see Hop at Magic Nails in Brentwood. She is the absolute best! My nails are always perfect and my manicure lasts forever. Shes also kind, funny and really attentive to detail. The shop itself is in a great location with lots of easy parking and its really clean. They are doing everything they can to keep it safe for nail techs and clients during the pandemic.

I was nervous to try a new place since my usual preference is out of town until March 3rd! Not disappointed at all. He took his time and they look amazing. I have small hands and nails and it’s easy to make them look bulky and awful and they do not. Will return!

Very friendly staff. I stopped in quickly to get my dipped nails removed that I was unhappy with from another salon. They were very accommodating and explained why the nails were chipping and cracking and made great recommendations for next time. I will have them do my nails next time!!

Stopped in for a quick polish change! It’s beautiful in the nail salon! There was a little wait, nothing too long! The nail tech took her time and did a wonderful job! I will NEVER go back or send anyone to this place! I got my nails done on a Saturday they were broke by Monday. I paid $130 because I use gel polish but it’s not the price it’s that I did not get what I paid for. I went back and asked them to fix the nails that broke and the man fixed them was very rude. He even threw my hand to the side while fixing them. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t want your work to be good quality work. I only went there because it was convenient at the time, but if I could give them a zero I would. Please don’t go here, if you’re getting acrylic you will be disappointed.

This is a relaxing Spa experience with a very beautiful professional environment, and the way their staff serve me is very thoughtful and dedicated. From experience I have experienced many places and this is the best place. And they did a lovely job on my nails. I think if everyone has experienced this place, they should give them a compliment.

Came for a pedicure today for the 1st time in awhile and was disappointed. The girl was very sweet, but not experienced at all. I paid and tipped as I normally would, but will not be back. And will be repainting my toes when I get home.

Went here out of convenience with just a small amount of time to get my toes done. As soon as I walked in they put me in a chair (nice and quick) however the water was cold and I sat there waiting with no acknowledgement for at least 15 mins. The pedicure looks good and foot massage was nice but I woke up in the middle of the night with a throbbing big toe. It has been throbbing since and I believe it is infected. Definitely will not be returning here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Drove from Gallatin for a much needed and well deserved pedi. I had an appointment, which admittedly, I was late for, however, I did call ahead and they assured me it was fine and thanked me for letting them know. The salon, while beautiful to look at, was not a relaxing environment. I walked in and up to the reception desk where a woman stared at me and finally asked me “what I wanted” to which I had explained I was late for an appointment (even later than originally planned as they have the EXACT same name as a nail salon on Edmondson Pike” in Brentwood and was told to have a seat. I tried my best to practice social distancing and sat where at the dry bar area until I was rudely asked to wash my hands and pointed to the general direction of the sink toward the back of the salon, which smelled rancid, might I add. I sat on my phone during research for my business until I was pulled back into the pedicure area where I was put in a very unstable pedicure chair. There was leftover trash on the armrest from someone eating candy from who knows how many hours ago. I took off my shoes and sat down and readied myself for what I thought would be a relaxing experience. It was not. Far from it actually. The guy didn’t introduce himself to me and did not speak any English. I had to demonstrate that the “polish” I had on my toes was indeed not polish and press ons I had purchased because he couldn’t understand me. He was generally rough and tough with my feet. When he asked what kind of pedicure I wanted, I told him the regular one I guess (first time visitor) and I asked him for a menu to which he just stared at me. He began working through my pedicure very fast and it felt like an express pedi that a spa pedicure. I told him regular again and he just started back clipping at my toe nails. During my wait time, I had forgotten to pick my color and knew exactly what I wanted so I politely asked him if he had any mint green nail polish. He still didn’t understand me. So he grabbed a coworker, the same woman, who just stared at me when I walked in and I asked her to which she replied “yeah you can go pick color after pedi” Um okay. Lol. So I get up and go to the color station which is VERY unorganized and the carousels the bottles were on looked like they were about to topple over. I quickly grabbed the color I wanted and hobbled back over to my station. I get back and the guy begins to paint my toes. They did come out beautifully, but he kept getting aggravated that I didn’t fix my feet how he wanted them I guess. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and some moves are just hard danggit lol. He gets finished. I’m waiting for him to do the usual: to take my shoes and escort me to the dry bar. He does not. In fact, I had to get up, grab my own shoes, walk to the dry bar, turn on the bottom portion of the dry bar and side on the opposite side in an effort to practice social distancing from the other two ladies that were drying their nails who were kind enough to demonstrate how to turn it on. Now I’m not a lazy person I assure you, but what I am is a person who appreciates an experience especially a expected one at a nail salon and this salon just did the bare minimum. Upon drying my feet, I walked over to the reception desk to pay and what do you know? I had to WAIT until they finished their conversation until I was acknowledged and then told $30 for the pedicure. I reluctantly gave him my card and when I signed for it I wanted to grab the pen farthest from me because germs and he just grabs the pen and shoves it in my hand (I know, I know I should have brought my own) I signed it and happily retreated from that salon. I bet you can guess if I will be back. Just kidding the answer is NO.

I have come here three times, once only for mani and pedi, the other two times I have acrylic nails, the prices are different but the first set I did was $ 45 and the second I returned was $ 35. .Overall, this is a great place and I will come here every time I want a manicure.I love this place..

I really enjoyed my gel manicure today! Tim did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and paid attention to the tiniest of details. I would recommend this place to a friend and will definitely be going back.Although I didnt get a pedi, I did notice that they use a plastic liner in the foot bowl that was changed after every guest. I have never seen this before, but think it is a great idea to protect their customers from infections.The store was very clean and well kept. They also offer you a beverage while you enjoy your service.

Not terrible, not great. I went in for a pedicure, and although the staff was nice, I found them to be very unprofessional. First, when the woman who greeted me told me to sit down at a station, although the place was empty, the staff sat around talking and showing pictures to each other before someone finally came over to start my service. Then the man doing my pedicure stopped 3 times to pull out his phone and text someone. And not in the “I’m so sorry it’s an emergency” type of way. This was a full on relaxed stop, sit back, check the phone, send some texts and THEN get back to the pedicure when he was finished. Thank goodness I wasn’t in a hurry! Also, he missed some calluses and cuticles around my toes that I had to clean up on my own when I got home. My feet are fine, the pedicure was just ok, but I won’t be going back.

I recently went in for a fill and left with peeling and sticky nails. I went back in and asked for them to be fixed and the woman did. 3 days later I have three broken nails. I will not be coming back.Again I came back to get them fixed and the lady shaped them different then the rest. Was super rude.

I arrived for the first time for an appointment with a person I did not know. The woman who greeted me told me to sit in that chair over there. I asked which one. She quipped I dont care, sit at the table or the bowl, just sit down and someone will come to you. She was extremely rude! The woman that did my nails was thorough and good, but only spoke with me when necessary. She spent the entire hour speaking to other technicians in her native tongue. I thought perhaps she didnt speak english, but when done she spoke good English asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment and pricing and several pleasantries.

I went in there a week ago for a Dip manicure. I let the man know I was on a time limit and needed to be out in an hour. He said that was differently doable.Well after 50 mins and one of my hands not even touch I knew that goal was far gone. I was out of there 20 mins late and with a extremely thin layer of Dip. Over the weekend Most of my nails had cracked and two broke, I wasnt doing anything different from my day to cause this.I called on Sunday and explained what happened and said since I was on a time limit, could they just fix them by doing the Gel. They said yes, well I get there I was told that could not be done. I was not offered a refund and they would only fix 2 of the ten broken nails. I was just going to walk about but they agreed to fix the 2 most broken nails and apply another layer of Dip to the others. I let him know I was again in a hurry and yet again after 1 hour and 30 mins of them just fixing my nails, I was out the door before they were even dry. I am sorry but I do not recommend them, however I would like to thank them for at least trying to fix them....kinda.

The ladies at this salon are very nice and accomodating. And down to earth! I had the spa mani and pedi and they did a fantastic job! However, one of my shellac nails peeled off a day after the manicure. I plan to go back tomorrow after work and have them fix the error. For the price, you get pretty good results.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. The woman who did my mani pedi did an ok job on my toes, but my hands were terrible! She was greeting and directing all of her workers the entire time and not paying any attention to my nails. She even neglected to paint half of my nail on several fingers, one of which I caught in time for her to haphazardly fix. The paint was thick and uneven, my cuticles weren’t pushed back and somehow, despite her clipping hang nails for several minutes she managed to create even more, and worse hangnails that I noticed later that day. I had a very important formal event to go to that evening and I was so embarrassed for people to see my hands. Thank goodness it was dark! I was in too much of a rush to point out all the issues, or have her do them again. Wouldn’t have mattered anyway because I noticed a sign on my way out. If you have to post a sign that tells customers they don’t get a refund on poor service, you’re doing it wrong. What a waste of $40!

I’ve been getting my nails done at Magic Nails for years, and I’ve always had a good experience.

Ive tried this place several times, and it was pretty much hit or miss. The last time I went, I asked if they offered Brisa Lite overlay by CND. I was told they did. When my tech was ready for me, I AGAIN asked if they offered this product. I was AGAIN told yes. They started with my pedi. I liked that they used a liner, but the cap that goes over the part of the tub that generates bubbles wasnt changed or sanitized from one client to the next. Totally defeats the purpose of the liner UNLESS the purpose of the liner is to simply appear sanitary. My over lay was removed, and the nail tech asked what gel color I wanted on my nails. I reminded him that I requested the Brisa Lite overlay by CND to which he replied, What? We dont have that. I was livid! Had they told me the didnt offer the product I was looking for, I wouldve gone to another salon! I told him that, and I told him I wasnt going to have my nails done there. He charged me for the pedicure and the overlay removal, which cost me as much as the overlay would have.
