I had an appointment set for 3:30 i came in a little earlier than that at 2:30.. there was nobody in the shop as i arrived, sat down for a soak off and while doing that a few people came in & instead of finishing my services they proceeded to move me chairs and sit someone else down for a fill.. i sat soaking my nails for 30+ minutes, then tony came to see my design i wanted and said that he did not have time to do it after waiting over an hour.. i then waited another 30 minutes for tony to be done with the customer he started while i was soaking.. it is 4:30 as i am typing this and i am still waiting VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Tony did my nails and they’re flawless. He’s very thorough and detail oriented. The nails he does last forever with no breaks, which is hard to come by for me because I work in the restaurant industry. 10/10, if you haven’t come here you need too!

The staff are nice. I give them that. But, daaaaaang! Whats the point of making an appointment one week in advance for 930am on Sunday, we get there on time and yall ended up sitting the 3 people who happened to walk in the store before us and they didnt have an appointment?! Please tell me how this is ethical? Then to top it off, you tell us to wait 10 more minutes that actually ended up another 25 minutes wait. Then.....to say oh, Tony is gonna do her nails now but, instead Tony moved me to another seat just to wait a few more minutes because Tony would rather help another customer that had an appointment at 10am. Uuummm, our appointment WAS at 930 and it was now 1015! So, tell me again how this is good business practice? Then when yall FINALLY decided to get to me, your nail people are already in a hurry and flustered and now my nails look like a kindergarten can do a better job painting the polish on. Im so disappointed. Its not like this was our first time at this place, this is the second time your people put us in the back burner. Do better!

Made an appointment and showed up on time. then proceeded to wait. They never spoke again to me for 30 minutes until I got up to leave. Then they encouraged me to continue to wait never again!!!! I had an appointment!!! Very rude!

I went today and Tony did my nails. I had a full set done by a different salon that did horrible on my full set. Tony removed my set and added a new one. The best full set I’ve ever had and great service. They even took my daughter in to get her nails painted while she waited. Very friendly service and great quality work!

Terrible customer service. Upon entering the shop multiple employees ignored me. After finally getting someone’s attention I was made to wait 45 mins. despite having an appointment. At the end of it all my nails were rushed and uneven.

Horrible experience! I took my friend there for a 1 PM appointment to get a manicure and pedicure . At 2 Pm she went back in and they told her, 10 more minutes, so she went back inside at 2:30 and they told her the same thing. Finally she had her pedicure completed at 3:10. She asked about her Manicure and the male on duty, asked OH you had a manicure too? so 2/15 minutes wasted, for lousy service and 1/2 completed job! Do Not Use for any reason!!

Super Cleanliness nails shop..high quality and all nails tech is so good..by the way Tony is the best nails tech in Brentwood.. Tony have all powder colors you need.. he can mix the colors you want also...water and WiFi are available for you...pedicure all way have liners....
