Dolce Nails has always been a top-notch excellent place to go to for manicures & pedicures! They are extremely aware of Covid procedures & go above & beyond on keeping their clients & staff aware of this with all that they do at their location.

Ann did my nails and I am beyond impressed!!! She really took her time and I did not have to wait at all. All the staff are so sweet and the shop is beautifully decorated. I can tell they treat all their customers with kindness and respect and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I get my eyebrows waxed there all the time and I’ve never been disappointed. I have nothing negative to say about this place, definitely my favorite in the area!

Even though I had an appointment, it still took almost 3 hours for me to be finished with a basic pedi & nail appointment. I was over charged & when I realized it after checking out, she explained all of the charges but was still not understanding that I did not get a full set of acrylic. But charged me for it anyway and wouldn’t budge so basically over charged me $40, on top of being there for 2 hours & 45 minutes. My pedicure didn’t include any hot towels or anything. I mean my total was $155. Absolutely absurd for such a long & basic treatment. I used to love this place but I will NEVER recommend it to anyone again.

Lan and her staff are always professional and they treat you with respect. Ni Ni is who I always get my pedicures done by. She is thorough and takes her time to make sure your feet/toes are well taken care of. I highly recommend her! If Im not satisfied, which is rare, they are eager to take care of me.I will be a long standing client at Dolce! I love Dolce!

Have been going here regularly since they opened at least 10 years ago. Reasonably priced and they always try to fit you in. Sometimes there can be a wait if you dont have an appointment. Lots of polish choices, techs are conscience, and quick.

I Simply Love This Nail Salon! They are very professional and clean and my nails and feet Always look Amazing when I leave!! First and last time going to this place.It wasnt until after they finished with my appointment did I find out they were charging me an extra 10 dollars because I went from the dip gel to regular gel on my nails. If I would have known before they started I would have gotten dip again. They should have stated that from the start. I will definitely be sticking with Spring nails in cool springs!

Bad qualityFor so long this used to be my favorite nail salon but now that they have more customers the quality of service is very poor, they rush themselves to get to the next customer quick.And now when they tell you the amount you have to pay they even ask for the tip without giving you the time to decide how much you want to leave.I went to have my nails done and they were looking very messy the polish was pilling off the next day.Never will go back again.

Ive been looking for a nail place to become a regular at, Dolce is pretty close to my home so of course I thought Id give them a try. I usually am a manicure/pedicure girl but today was just a manicure day for a special event coming up for the weekend. I called for an appointment, of course over the phone they were great but the moment I got there I regretted it. It took them a while to awkwardly greet me when when I was actually seated the girl made me feel like I was a burden on her??? She rushed through my nails, sat me at a dryer and never came back to tell me Im done? I left the salon about 3 hours ago and now have a dent in my polish because it didnt dry enough. I have never had horrible service like this anywhere, Im so disappointed because I really liked the set up and nail polish selection too. Too bad.

This nail salon deserves 0 stars giving it one does no justice!! I have never been so disappointed at a nail salon and i never write reviews but this is outrageous, I got a mani and pedi and 3 days later my nail polish was coming off. Then to find out they stole my credit card information and tried to make fraudulent charges to my account, in which this was the first and only time i used my card that weekend as it had came in that morning. i will never be going back to this place and for the charges definitely was not worth it, you want a good nail salon go to the Nail Bar in Nolensville!!!

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER. Me and my friend made an appointment at 4 to get SNS with tips.the lay ya in almost immediately. Me and my friend got the same thing and started at the same time. It took them 1 hour to do hers and TWO HOURS to do mine. The man tore the skin around my nails and they started bleeding. I asked for coffin shaped nails and they gave me square. The man doing it messed up so bad on them that all the nail people were standing around me and they had to switch nail people so that they could get them finished. At the end my nails are not the same length and they didn’t even finish one so there is a dent in it. Then they charged me full price like nothing had happened.
