Just moved to the area and needed a new nail shop. I think I found it! Got my nails done yesterday and my nails were beautiful! Unfortunately I just went to photo them to post a review and realized one broke! I have no clue when or how! Its just gone! But they looked really nice for 18 hours!

This is now Luxury Nails ( having moved from Balfour). I always enjoy the therapy of a pedicure and linda, Lena and the rest of the staff are excellent at it.

I’ve been here twice and have been very happy both times. I get powder dip by Nina and she does a wonderful. She takes her time and they last forever! Would highly recommend Nina.

There is this one man who can’t do nails right and you pay like 45 dollars for it and the shape was off on one hand like seriously if i pay 45 for my nails they shouldn’t be rushed

The chairs were broken with foam coming out and looked dirty. I did the deluxe and they didn’t do all that it said it came with. My daughter got the basic and her massage was longer than mine and I paid $10 extra. The polish came off 5 days after I got pedicure. They only do cash for tips and had no change for a $20. Will never go back and will stick with my place in Oakley. I only went cause I had a gift card there. Please don’t waste your money on this place.

The staff is super great! I have never been disappointed with my nails and have been going there for about 5 years. Their eyebrow game is on point too! And the wine shop next door is super convenient too! 😉

The nails look okay, but they dont give very good massages with the manicure or pedicure service and that is my favorite part. They are super short or nonexistent. :(

It as ok.. had appt but had to wait a while pedicure was good Manicure a bit sloppy I felt like he was in a hurry. My first time there Ill give it another shot, perhaps just an off day for nail tech that did manicure

So glad I found this incredible place! They have 10% discount before 3pm which is very sweet of them! I normally get my gel manicure and I always feel so happy when I leave! I love the tech and how sweet they were in here!

Had the best service last night, and my nails look great! the man was soo nice and sang along to a song with me! two employees made sure I was given the exact color I wanted!

I’ve never done a review in my life but this was by far the worst experience ever. I asked the man to remove my grown out acrylics so I can get a gel manicure he said ok but he cut my natural nail off....so I ended up getting a full set.when he was using the filing machine he cut me twice. once the lady applied the polish she sprayed alcohol so it stung. 0 stars. 👎🏽

I hadnt been in for some time because I wasnt all that impressed. I should have stuck with no going there. The staff really isnt all that friendly. None of us were really impressed, especially for the price.

I went there to try it out and I asked for a full set and MEDIUM COFFIN nails he the guy gave me really SHORT ALMOND NAILS & I even told him they were really small but it was ok w me I didn’t want to be messed up then afterwards as he proceeded his work he just start being to rough on my nail and hurting me and for the price of these short nails was so not worth it was 48$ I could of went to PITTSBURG CA nail salon and get LONG COFFIN NAILS FOR 50 RIDICULOUS!! DONT GO TO PINKY NAILS SALON !!

Place didnt give me the length i wanted he had them long and asked me if they were ok and then he cut them really short. then i asked for a coffin shape and he gave me a mixture of coffin and oval. they are thick and big. i do not suggest going to this place. i paid $50 for them theyre super over priced.

They are always grate but when your trying to plane the best mothers day last minute they should have a link on there website where you can make a appointment but at the same time its my fault because i should have known it would be packed for mothers day

I have gone to this nail shop twice and both times I have walked away unhappy with the results. This last time, the tech didn’t give me the shape I asked for and my nails were really thick with the polish for the thumb messed up. I let him know about the shape and he “fixed” it, and charged me over $50.. I will never go back.

First time here. Super friendly staff and Nina, my manicurist, was very sweet, didnt rush and did a thorough job. I will be back.

The business owner(s) of this place is a bunch of frauds. They pretend to list their business for sale, and have cheated 3 potential buyers out of their deposits of tens of thousands of dollars. They do not show up on date of closing. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE FRAUDS! Who knows what kind of harmful chemicals or cheap product they are putting on your nails / skin!!!

Walked in the door and one of the guys yelled across the room WE BOOKED.. Ok I left, called10minutes later and they had a 6:30pm appt. so I walked back in and the guy who answered the phone said have a sit you just called in... But when I told him the story he got an attitude also and pretty much try to act like they was busy..I came the day before but they was closing so I drove from straight from work in Martinez thinking I was abt to get my nails done maybe my feet and was there by 5:30pm. But its okay Ill let JIMMY DO MY NAILS..I WANT LIE I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED...

I dont know why this place is so highly rated Ive gone in about 4 or 5 times (today inclueded) and have NEVER left 100% satisfied. The staff are nice enough but in my opinion its overpriced and subpar. I am extremely pinky though. I usually drive 2 hours to see my nail lady but sometimes Im tired and have tried this place on those tired days and every time I regret it. Its about 10-18$ more expensive than most other places I have been to. On top of being pricey the end results are disappointing. After spending 50$ today for a fill and HATING it i wont be having a tired day there anymore. And oh yeah horrible time management skills as well, bad communication.

The employees are kinda rude, you can tell they’re talking about you in their language. I had gel nails and they didn’t even last one week before they started chipping, some even half way chipped.

Love this place everyone is friendly and they make you feel like family!! Customer service is a 10!!!!
