I called and asked for an appointment but they were available immediately so I was told to come in- perfect because that’s what I was hoping for. This was my first time here but it won’t be my last. I got a gel manicure and a regular spa pedicure. Two different techs, Helen and Skylar were both meticulous throughout my service. I’m VERY picky about nail salons, this place was clean, bright and the two people that helped me were EXTREMELY nice, we were actually talking and laughing. I’ve been to three other salons in Brentwood but I’ve finally found a place I can go back to. Thank you so much ladies I love my nails. See you soon. 🥰🤗

Great experience. Have tried a few salons in town but this one is my favorite so far. Love supporting small businesses too. RGB used to be High Tech Nails but recently had new owners take over and they completely redid the salon. Nice and clean, staff was all very friendly. I would recommend!

Very nice experience. The place is spacious, nicely decorated with gold and grey color theme, calming music. Everyone wore masks and keep distance. they did a good job on my feet, i got a regular pedicure which was 35$ and it was the best pedicure i’ve had in a while. Helen did a great job and make me feel very comfortable during the whole experience.

I had the best pedicure today. I think it was the second one on their menu, it has a bunch of natural ingredients and made my skin feels so soft after. Will definitely try out the other one next time.

Sunny, Cindy and Helen worked with me. It was a busy Saturday and I showed up without an appointment but they were happy to work with me and didnt make me wait long at all. However since they do get pretty busy I highly suggest to call and make an appointment first. My daughter and I got a pedi, I also got a full set. They took their time and made sure was ok and happy with my nails. The staff is very friendly and the owners are so sweet. They make you feel special and their shop is clean! I would highly recommend over any other nail salons. Definitely will be coming back again.

Called last minute for 3 pedicures and the lady was very nice and took us in. The places was very clean the staff were very nice. Family owned business. Will for sure come back! Highly recommend!Update: 8/14/2021I went about a month ago to this same please love it but I called to get to pedi appointment. The person who did my service was awful. He rush throughout my services, he did not put alcohol or cuticle oil on my toes. He sounded sick and was taking off his mask touch his nose and continue my pedi without washing his hand. Very bad experience, did not like their service! My mom requested for them to cut her in grown nail and they left it worse my mom toe hurts and it swollen. I had a feeling this would happen, when you go with new management they do a good job but than start to hire new people the experience is not the same. Won’t come back.

Great service plus nail designs!! I’ve gotten almond shape before, but RGB was the first salon to get it up to par and have a great shape.

Booked online appointment, however they dont check the online appointments. They were not concerned about that we had to be inconvienienced and wait due to booking phone appointments over our appointment. Let us leave without a care.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had she took her time with everything she did it wasn’t rushed AT ALL took her time with the scrub and massage etc. the best part of course and my toes look amazing I got French! Definitely coming back!

They are so so rude; she (Diana) got up in middle of work and did a brow waxing for a walking costumer and made me sit, waiting for her to finish for at least 10 minutes. The nail polish was out of line, and when I complained she said that when you take shower, it’ll go away, but after multiple showers and 5 days later, it still looks unprofessional and ugly. They ask for cash, and if you say that you don’t have cash, they’ll charge you a dollar for paying with card. I went there twice because I wanted to give her a second chance, but I won’t go there any more.

I asked for a simple tapered square full set and not only did the guy who was doing it didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing, I got them two days ago and they are already lifting, the acrylic is so thin and he didn’t paint the nails right. They look horrible.

Great pedicure. I will be back!!

I have been coming here for years, I love that when I walk in Im welcomed by name. My favorite nail techs are Sandy and Tonya,. The shop is clean and the chairs are relaxing

Dont get color change there, they dont like it and do a really bad job. Tech left paint all over sides of nails I asked her to remove she only did some and still there. Still can see old nail polish too and cuticles everything looks so dry. Wish I could post photos. She kept saying you should do manicure, much better...trying to upset by doing a crap job is not the way to go. Not to mention. They raised the price when I got there from what I said on the phone. They do good Manis but thats bad service. Why do color change if you refuse to do it right??? Never going back, bad business.
