Alex was very friendly, sociable and caring. She worked around my work schedule time and got my nails looking better than ever. The actual Salon is clean, quiet and overall a great atmosphere. I was greeted in a very friendly manner. These ladies know how to provide amazing service and the quality of the product is amazing. I walked in excited to get my nails fixed and walked out knowing I will take my business back to them. I give them a 5 star rating and look forward to my next appointment.

If I could Id give them zero stars. I went 1 time to treat myself and my mom to some pedicures and they treated my mom terribly. Worst attitude and a lousy job. We were the last clients of the day. We called ahead of time to make the last appointment because that was the only time we go in and they said it was fine. We are nice people. I used to be a waitress for years so I know about how to treat customers even if they are the last ones and your tired it still doesnt give you the right to not care and have a horrible attitude. They ruined my mom and Is mother daughter time. I dont recommend to anyone.

I went to get a dip manicure in my own nail. First i scheduled an apt with a guy but then a girl did it. She left one nail with an old color because she said she ddnt want to break it although she already had vent my nail, she has no patience she wanted the color to get off rightaway and she did not let my nails dip in nail polish remover. After she was done she put my nails under uv light which makes the dip powder not dry at all but she did not know that. The next day all my nails cracked. I paid 45$ for a super bad serviced, when i called to complain they said they can fix it but i have to pay again. Horrible service! Do not go here ever they are a waste of money.

They messes up my nails twice and I was charged 70 dollars, and my mom had a pedicure they cut her so bad, and just left her toe all bloody.

It was really nice when you first walked in, but it was very unorganized. The people were scattered and didnt pay attention to who walked in, Once I got sat down the people were very rushed for nothing, they also do not understand english. In the middle of my pedicure it sounded like they were talking bad their clients. They also didnt have menu of any of their prices so we didnt know the price until the session was done, when they were painting my nails some guy that runs the front desk just keeps coming in and out of the place, he gave me an unsettling feeling when they guy looked like he was filming the place.

I really wanted to love this place because it is close to home. I’ve been twice. The first dip manicure with Huey went pretty well. So I went in for dip manicure and pedicure on Sunday afternoon and by Monday my nails started to chip. By Tuesday, 3 nails on my right hand were chipped and Wednesday morning a nail on my left hand was also chipped. I paid $40 plus tip for a dip polish that did not hold up 24 hours. Very disappointed.

I liked the massage and cleaning but as soon as I left my toenail smeared when its not dry or secured we dont leave till then also the flower and color is simple something I can do myself not impressed for 45 dollars RIP off

Friendly people but I have never had a worse job done on a fill. One week with those hideous nails is all I could take. I took them off and Ill get them done right again somewhere else. Im never going back to this place. They were not cheap either.

Went for the 1st time today. It went very well. Jenni was a great nail tech. She was very particular about the shape and depth of my nails. The only negatives this is a cash only place. I hate using ATM machines.

I love the salon, the people are super nice and listen to what you want, every time I go there I ask for Tiffany she’s the best one there in my opinion.

I am new to the area and went to another nail salon that had EXCELLENT reviews, (Lucys Nails) after waiting 37 minutes after my appointment time, I got the absolutely worst set of acrylics, I had gone rafting and ripped a nail way past the quick, so I wanted to cover it with an acrylic nail. I decided to do all of them so they would look the same. They came out looking like jelly beans on top of my nail. I was horrified, I told the person they looked awful and they told me thats what acrylics looked like.. None that I have ever seen, thick, lumpy and all different lengths. Not knowing what to do or where to go, I stumbled onto this salon and walked in totally embarrassed, asking if there was anyone who could fix my nails. Tiffany smiled said sure, sit down, and fixed them in about 10 minutes. I am so thankful, and I will be going back!

I have been going here for the past 2-3 years, I love this place. Great staff, especially Hui. Theres only one guy who doesnt ever seem happy to be there, he rarely says hi and rushed through my nails, which results in my gel manicure chipping or breaking in a few days and I have to go back. Hes a younger guy, I dont know his name. I dread getting him when I go, and have requested not to have him before too but dont want to be rude every time since hes always there and always doesnt have clients (no wonder why). Other than him the place is amazing, I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for him. Hui is always so friendly and nice and knows my name, always comes and says hi. Highly recommend!

This salon generally does a good job on my nails. The shop is clean and well-decorated. The only thing I dont like about these nail salons is that the manicurists talk to each other in Vietnamese in front of customers and generally ignore the customer. I think it is rude.

The sign said a acrylic fill was $30. I asked for the popular style that has been around for a while now: French Ombre. The guy didnt know what that was so I showed him a photo. He looked reluctant, so I said thats fine I can pick a color instead and he said no, I can do this for you I said great thank you so much! He proceeds to file my nails down to the point my nail beds were burning. He said it was necessary for the French ombre. I was never told there would be additional charges for anything. I have never had additional charges for this style. Why was I charged $50? A full new set is $40. I either would have chosen a different color or been ok with the price if I were let known about extra charges.

I went in for a gel manicure, and they were terribly done. My pinky nail broke into my nail bed within the first 24 hours due to bad reinforcement, and I went back in to have it fixed, and the sloppily slapped some nail glue on it and said “that’s all they can do”Was my first and last time coming to this place.

I had french manicure just last Saturday. A lady named Jennifer did my nails and did such an ugly job. She kept being distracted talking to her coworkers and took forever, to make matters worse my nails looked ok I thing for the oild and creams she put on my hands but after I washed them, I can clearly see how runny the gel was and looked so ugly how it was over my cuticules. I had to remove them on Sunday as they were so ugly. The place might be ok, but and might come back as it is close to home but will never choose Jennifer to touch my nails.

If I could do zero starts I would! I am very dissaponted because after paying to get a pedicure, Im dealing with my toes itchy from the nail tecniciate hurting my toes. My cutticle area is red and very itchy. I would advise people to stay away! Thats never happened to me before I am sharing my experience so people are aware. 😲😡
