I can’t really explain unless it’s your last resort to get your nails done

Very slow workers. Ive never had my nails hurt as much as they were today. Very disappointed in their work. She got a lot of material on my fingers, which burned.... Then roughly peeled it off. My fingers still hurt. Floor is spotless, however, the rest of the place is filthy. They reuse their files without cleaning them. Their work stations are very dirty. Their aprons or uniform shirts need a good cleaning. Theyre very nice until you point out something they did wrong (like filing a nail crookedly). Then its tense and rude behaviour, muttering to each other in their language, accidentally cutting you with their sharp nails, etc. I kept going there because its the least expensive place, but you get what you pay for. Never going back.

I like this place I always go there but they are slow and they arent really busy but they take there time, it really depends who you get because some of them are very very friendly and nice and others arent as much, they do make you wait like 20 minutes before they get started even though there is no one else waiting but I do like going there my first time getting my nails done I actually went there it seems that over the year they did get a little more slow and they dont leave your nails dry for the right amount of time

They did a good job on my nails but they are very slow =( Its weird, they dont seem to be busy but it just takes them quite a long time to do a fill or any sort of service. I had an appointment at 11:30 but got there 10 minutes early but didnt get started until 11:50 even though there was nobody else in the salon waiting. One lady started and than passed me onto someone to finish...I did not walk out until 1:10pm! I did get a new set but am used to that taking 45 minutes or an hour at the very most. They are very nice ladies but just be sure you have some extra time on your hands if you plan on going in to see them.

Made an appointment for 430. I get here 5min late and she tell me I thought you said 4. 🤥🤥🤥😒 I would never say 4 Im off at 4! I hate coming here! But my mothers loves this place irritating.

The ladies here did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Very thorough, clean and nice staff.

In my opinion im 12 years old my mom came here to get her nails done they do a good job but there really slow and listen to there Chinese tv shows get anoying and its clean
