I’m giving my review four stars because the ladies that work in the salon and observe them to be doing a fantastic job! I would’ve given any of the ladies 5 stars!I called ahead for an appointment and we agreed on 10:30. They did get me in the massage chair and soaking my feet right away but I waited 20 minutes to get started. Not bad. Sometimes it’s hard to tell how long somethings going to takeI had a young man do my pedicure. I asked him to cut my nails short and to clean up the in grown parts on my big toes and showed him exactly where. Maybe he doesn’t understand English very well, I’m not sure but that part was not done correctly. He did a great job on my cuticles but did not clean underneath my toenails.He didn’t seem to be really into the job he is doing.He was a little weak when it came to scrubbing the bottoms of my feet with pumice, the scrub & hot towels were worthless because of his execution.You get a 5 minute leg & foot massage with the original pedicure. Mine was weak & about 3 minutes.He answered his personal phone while doing my pedicure which I feel is unprofessional.He needs to improve his polishing technique, it turned out messy. He tried to clean it up.When he was attempting to put my flip-flops on, he stuck his finger nail in the polish of my big towel and then tried to fix it but it still looks goofyNext time I will call ahead and ask for one of the ladies in the salon. I would encourage you to do the same.I think if a young man decides that this is a job he wants to do and puts more effort into it as well as more practice with polishing I think he has potential. I did tip him but it was to be polite just in case he’s having an off day. Not because of the amazing job that he did

This place is amazing! So precise and always beautiful work. Today I got a sun flower hand drawn on. Always a perfect shape. Coffin or stiletto. DEFINITELY go here!

I went about 6 weeks ago to this same please love it but yesterday I called to get to pedi appointment. The person who did my service was awful. He rush throughout my services, he did not put alcohol or cuticle oil on my toes. He sounded sick and was taking off his mask touch his nose and continue my pedi without washing his hand. Very bad experience, did not like their service!

AWESOME. They really take their time on your pedicures and manicure. Getting all cuticles and really make your nails look nice. Very relaxing!

I was lucky enough to have Mary give me the pedicure while Kim did the manicure. They listened to my concerns since I am a diabetic & did a very nice job on both! AND no cut toes as my medical provider does for $45 & thats cutting the toenails supposedly!

I showed up close to closing asking for Mani pedi. Nails by Jimmy had already sent me away. I googled another nail salon and this one was the closest. Online it said the salon closed at 7:30. I met Kim and she was delightful. She was also transparent with pricing. I enjoyed my Mani pedi!! The service didnt feel rushed, only purposeful. It was comfortable, clean and quiet (which is what I was looking for). Ill be going here for now on.

Henry is the BEST nail artist Ive ever had! I have been exclusively going to Henry for the last ten years and I will continue to follow him everywhere he goes. He always listens & delivers exactly what I want. He never rushes on my nails & feet no matter how busy the salon is and I really respect that about him. If you ever need a great nail artist, go see Henry at Royal Nail Spa!! You wont be disappointed :)

I will never return to this place. Very rude and unprofessional owner and staff. They talk in their language amongst each other and laugh. You never know what their talking about. While getting my fills they would dig their nails into my hands.. Ouch! Also when they did my fills they left too much of a gap between my cuticle and the acyrilic fill so fill didnt last as long as it should have forcing me to go back in 2 weeks. They would always try to up sell me to gel which I see no reason to get and pay extra. Regular nail polish lasts just as long on acrylics. I would not recommend them. They have poor work ethics and bad attitudes. I found a new place and Im very happy with their service.

Dude who did my nails was super rough and didn’t seem to care when I was in pain. One of my thumbs is sensitive to twisting and he twisted it so much and for so long that my thumb was sore all day. I get my nails done constantly and have never had that much pain inflicted. I even tried to show him a different position I could put my hand in to make it hurt less and he moved my hand back!!!

Very mixed feelings. I got a beautiful set of nails to represent my faithfulness to Gucci. they lasted for a good while, but after suffering from separation anxiety from my ukulele i tried my hardest to get them off. after a painful experience of trying to remove the set myself, i decided to go back to get a new set of sparkly acrylics for Junior prom. my nail tech almost removed my natural nail with a raw acrylic nail trying to get off my Gucci set. PAIN! The new set i got for prom was below my expectations. after getting my beautiful Gucci set from the same nail tech, i expected to have the best acrylics Junior prom has ever seen. the color payoff was disappointing and my set stayed on for (DRUMROLL PLEASE) 4 MONTHS! i had to pry them off one by one and some made me bleed. i wouldn’t return.although my nail tech had exquisite shaping skills. my coffin nails were sharp af.

Very accommodating staff. Prices comparable and competitive with other salons.
