I agree with their poor practices as mentioned in a review I currently reside in one property managed by these people they have no knowledge of hud rules and give us poor law income families hard time and at times force to move on the street,there last property manager hermer covelli was managing my property i live in he sold units at his own expense for profit and all this was swept under the rug by their piers,and to and worst to injury the guy overdosed in drugs not long ago this is the type of people they have running properties they all belong in prison if you ask me im moving the hell out if my property get my family away from these people.they need to get investigated.

Unethical and illegal practices. Mgmt. accepts renters (application approved and deposit paid) then fail to place them leaving families homeless or forced to finding alternative housing with little to no notice.
