Amazing service! Everyone was super nice and helpful! They didnt have the tires I needed in stock, so they had someone drive all the way to the Truman location to get what I needed. This will be the 3rd set of tires and 1 set of wheels from RNR. I couldnt ask for better service from the staff at the paragould location. It really seems like everyone knows alot about the business and for those that might be new, the rest of the store steps up. Their process is very easy, the results are spectacular.

They are liars and thiefs. They saved my card information without my permission not informing me. Then they proceeded to charge said card whenever they wanted to, also without prior informing us of our permission. We found out when our bank sent us a notification for insufficient funds. When signing to get our tires and rims, we agreed to pay X, and then without warning or informing us, they doubled it. After already making several payments of the agreed upon amount. When we refused to pay the new amount, they threatened to call law enforcement and charge us with Theft of Property

Took my Jeep in, just for a check up. Wasnt having any problems... They messed my Jeep up. Told me it was their machine. Brought it back the next day when their machine was fixed. They messed it up worse. This time they said I needed parts. Next day, took it somewhere else, got it fixed. Didnt need parts. Just someone that knew what they were doing.

Do not recommend for anyone. Don’t expect them to take an extra ten minutes to balance your tires because apparently time getting vehicles in and out is more important than your safety.

R&R is a great place to get tires or rims for people that cant go out and pay for a hole set of tires at once. They are the most friendly people they are on top of things they help get u what u wont if they dont have it they get it for u. really nice people and a clean store Ive been a customer with them for a wile just had a set of rims and nice mud tires put on my truck 2 weeks ago. Thats where Ill be goin back to for now on great people. Treat u like family down there . So if u need tires or rims go to them they set u up and they price is great that u can afford.

The warranty is only good if you make monthly payments. If you pay early the warranty is no good. Make payments and youll pay 4 times as much.

This place is a con job of a business. They feed upon the most disadvantaged in our society by selling tires for 10x their actual value on a seemingly innocuous payment plan. Seemingly innocuous, but actually sinister.$20 will get tires on your vehicle, but you end up paying $2200 if you dont pay it off in the 6 month same-as-cash timeframe. The people hurt most by companies such as this one are the people that cant afford to buy their tires outright; namely, the poor. This company is very uncooperative and devoid of empathy if you find yourself in financial straits. Default on one payment and they will snatch their overpriced crumb rubber off of your vehicle leaving your life in shatters. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS! SAVE THE MONEY AND GET A SET OF TIRES FROM WAL-MART!

They stripped out my lugnuts. Cost $120 to replace them at Bayird Jeep. They said they replaced them. I never took the Jeep back. They wouldn’t do the free rotation and balance that goes with the warranty. They couldn’t find a lug wrench to fit my lug nuts. It’s inside the door. My Jeep only had 5,000 miles on it when they damaged the lug nuts.

I have paid off two sets full sets of tires and rims and the allotted time that they give me its very doable deal that they give you and they work with you every step of the way but a word to the wise if you miss a payment or try to dodge them they will come to wherever you are and reposes their property... @
