This is the place if you have bugs. I went in with a video of small bugs that we couldnt get rid of. I bought his recommended treatment and two days later the bugs are gone. Great advice, great products. Ill be back.

Very helpful and personable. I use to pay a bug service for once a year treatment over $450....dont waste your time. Do it yourself...$65 for two years of coverage. Simple 1 gallon sprayer every two months.

I’ve been purchasing the “Demand” insecticide for a few years. It worked great with killing spiders and keeping them away for several months. I’ve referred this place to friends and even purchased for their homes. A month ago I got the same insecticide and sprayed all around my house. It suppose to kill them on contact but it took so much this time as if the solution was not as strong before to kill them. Within less than 3 weeks spiders were back and webs forming. I came back to the store and explained and the gentleman did nothing to try and rectify. The bottle cost a lot of money and doesn’t even work and they don’t even try to help resolve to some who’s been a loyal customer and referred others to them

Ants. He sold me a $35 bottle of ant bait. It didnt kill one single ant. They ate the bait and got bigger. Annnnd, according to state law, no refunds on chemicals. Go to Ace or HD, they give a guarantee so you dont have to roll the dice with this guy.

My family has been using this shop for years! I once had a roach problem when I lived in a mobile home in thonotosassa. I got the tube roach bait he recommended, and it kept a Florida mobile home ROACH FREE for 2 years! What?!Recently, Ive had an ant problem in this new town house I bought. They are everywhere! He recommended this ant gel. I put it down, and 10 minutes later, I can see that they are eating it up. I trust this guy, so I know this will work.Definitely try this shop! You will not be disappointed!

Great customer service the gentleman took the time to explain everything to me even though I had a million + 12 questions. He even recommended the cheapest way to go rather than to try to talk me into the most expensive. Work like a charm all passwords gone within 24 hours. Woohoo

Awesome place. The owner is an older gentleman and people should take a lesson. The prices, I feel are reasonable; Even more importantly, this guy is as honest as the day is long. I do not know the owners name. I am assuming he is the owner, because it is always the same guy there. If you go there, the owner will actually tell you that you are wasting money by doing things a certain way and will sell something cheaper that he claims is just as effective or, get this, tell you an easy remedy, without spending money, such as getting rid of drain flies by using bleach. Also he will end or ignore phone calls and help a customer, physically. in the store. Just like the old days and the way it should still be. Simple a wonderfully run business, by a very good person, that you wish the business community had more of nowadays.

Stopped by for some help with a sugar ant problem. He recommend the best products just for household ants and things that would help with any bugs coming in. Showed us how to use the product, and how often. Havent had ants since. Super affordable and only took a little of our time to do. Highly recommend stopping here.

Great go to for all your pest control needs. I bought my house 4 years ago. Cute little fixer upper that no one had lived in for about a year. The only critter I have ever seen in here was a mummified rat who had been gnawing a corn cob before its demise. Thats when I very first moved in. My new neighbor sprayed the place with DemandCS she had gotten from Bug Buster. I got some of my own afterwards and have never seen the first roach or anything else in here. Hope never to see one of those nasty things in my house. A bottle of the DemandCS is about $70 and will last two or three years when properly mixed. Its easy to use, just mix with water in a dedicated sprayer then follow instructions for how and where to spray. If I have any left over I spray a neighbors house so it isnt wasted as it doesnt keep over 24 hours. The guys who work there are all very knowledgeable of the different products and will make suggestions on what you may want to use if you arent sure. Bug Busters carry indoor and outdoor products for pest control, lawn pest control, snake repellent, weed killer, fly paper,...they have so much I cant even remember what all they have. Whatever you need, they are going to have a productto take care of your creepy crawlers. Before you hire an expensive company, try a little DIY and Bug Busters.

The owner is very nice and knows his stuff. Ive been buying myl home pest spray from him for 14 yes now.I also had bugs on my rain tree at my rental house ( didnt know it was a rain tree or that was where the bugs were coming from), but brought in bug in a bag. He asked me if I had a rain tree near by, and when he described the 🌲, sure enough it was in the backyard. Gave me the treatment which I spray once yearly (cause the bugs are kind of like lovebugs), they swarm each year.All products hes suggested have worked great. No bugs in my house......and soooo much cheaper than any Pest control Co.

This place is awsome have been going here for years. Yes some of the products are expensive but it is what most professionals use. They also are able to get ECO friendly Florida friendly fertilizer for my lawn needs. I use Demand CS inside my home as after dries its safe around children and pets. For ants inside my home which happens very rarely. I use Opti-gaurd ant gel bait in plastic syringe. This stuff works. For my lawn I use Talstar PL granuals this kills all the bugs. For fungus I use Cleary 3336f. I use this during the rainy season as this is when fungus breaks out.
