We had Ed from Ace Pest Control over because we heard “sounds” in the attic and assumed mice. He immediately diagnosed “bats” based on excrement. He gave us a detailed remediation plan and kept us informed every step of the way. Ten days later, no bats! Everything is sealed up tightly now. Ed was professional, punctual and pleasant to deal with it. He texted us to check in and see how things were progressing with the exits of the bats (through a one way door). We were very pleased with all aspects of this “projects. We would definitely recommend Ed and ACE Pest Control. THANK YOU!!!

Service itself was OK for many years although concerns that were brought up were typically met with argument from Roy he is definitely not a customer is always right type person my friend in Riverview was also brief customer but was treated even worse and had a lot of attitude from the same Roy person I don’t know what the deal is with the attitude and if you notice all negative reviews are met with denial they were customers. Sort of sums up the mindset of the management of this company - control the perception even if you need to lie.

They are genuine and honest, and will tell you what you can do to alleviate whatever pest situation you have, regardless of if you choose to use their services or not. Weve been using Ace for probably 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been friendly, kind, and prompt. We dealt mostly with Ed in the very beginning, who was always great. Allison is consistently friendly and helpful over the phone. In the past few years Daniel was the tech who usually came to our home. Though I havent seem him recently, he was always cheerful and friendly. Today our service was completed by Blake. He was prompt, answered all my questions regarding ants in our house and around my garden, gave me some great advice for future maintenance, and of course was very friendly.I ALWAYS recommend Ace to anyone who asks about pest control service. I have used Ace Pest Control for many years and have always had the BEST service! I have known the owner Roy Hall and his family for many years. The Hall family are wonderful folks. Im thankful that he provides service in my area. Allison has always called me in advance to let me know when my technician (Robbie) is scheduled for service at my home. When I thought I had a small animal living under my home, Ed the Operations Manager was here with trap the same day. I feel all the staff and family that work at Ace Pest Control are all professional, courteous and polite.

An Ace Pest Control technician, Ed, did an inspection last week and told me that our house needed to be tented, which confirmed another inspection result. What made this remarkable is that we were trying to avoid tenting, which is a service Ace does not provide, by trying a spot treatment, which Ace does provide. We have been a customer of Ace Pest Control for over 2 years now and have been VERY pleased with them. I skimmed through the reviews below and many people reviewing arent even customers of this company.Well we absolutely have been very happy customers.Their technicians have always came on their bi-monthly schedule without me having to call them. That tells me that they are organized.The technician assigned to our area is very pleasant. We always give him a cold water or Gaterade because he works in the heat to make sure our house is protected from pests. Hes NEVER left our backyard gate open (unlike our lawn company) either.Ive had to call in for two pest issues in the last two years. One was because our neighbor is infested with carpenter ants (they dont have a pest control company) and they started to come over to our house. The other one was because of an oak tree right next to the house.When I called these in, one of the times I left a voicemail over the weekend (because I didnt want to forget) and they called me back first thing Monday to schedule a service call. They took care of the issues both times and the pests are gone.I recommend this company to all of my friends and family because they really are the best. Ive spoken to the owner on the phone several times and you can tell he really wants to take care of his customers.If you are looking for a pest control company, do not let these negative reviews sway your decision (especially since many of them arent even customers or have ever used their service). Listen to an actual real customer of theirs who has signed 2 one year contracts and is completely happy with the service they provide.

I canceled my appointment via voicemail due to my days off being rescheduled and asked for a call back to schedule for today Tuesday. Never received a call back so I planned other things for the day. 330 comes and I get a phone call saying theyre at my house (Im not home). I informed the gentleman of this he said well my office staff said they talked to someone (they never did). We ended the phone call on terms I would call and reschedule once I was home and could check my next day off. The staff office member called me back not even 3 minutes after the past control guy and tried to jog my memory of the phone call we had that we never had btw. I told him Im sorry sir I never talked to anyone he then proceeded to say thats what they call short term memory loss and hung up on me.Well heres your 1 star rating and loss of my business because I refuse to give someone my business after saying that to me. You pretty much just said I was retarded without saying it. I have a family member with dementia and this was really wrong to say to me period. There are hundreds of other places to go and yours wont be a second thought!

I recently found dry wood termites swarming in my home and my first quote was $2,400.00 to fix the problem and then I had to pay a yearly warranty treatment.Ace came out and within minutes found my problem was from old firewood I had kept in my home instead of getting rid of it at the end of the year.Mr. Myre with Ace could have easily quoted me $500.00 less and took my money but instead, he was honest even though he didn’t make a dime.I would highly recommend this company as aren’t we all just asking for honesty from any company we do business with these days?

We treated the problem with pesticides from home Depot. Cant complain about the actual people doing the treatment they are not the problem. Our ants and spider problems never went away. Cancelled November 2016

This company is not flexible especially since they do not do service calls on the weekends and their hours of operation are within our work schedules. They have not done a thorough job and my pest issue has only gotten worse. They are nice when they take your money but not very accommodating otherwise.

I would NEVER recommend this place to no one they charge me $500 for a year of treatment and warranty to get rid of roaches... a year past by and Im still having the problem... they wanted to give me a 20% descount if I did one more year with them.. i would NEVER ever recommend this place at ALL!!

I had a very bad German roach infestation. Saw dozens of them running around my home every single day. I paid for the year of treatment, with a guarantee of the problem being fixed. After a year, and numerous trips to my home for treatment, I still have just as many roaches in my home as day one. Robbie was very professional and kind when he came out to service the problem, but unfortunately the problem remains.

These guys suck!I scheduled a Free Estimate appointment with them for this last Tuesday between 1-2, at 2:30 i see there was a no show so i called the office and the lady said that my appointment was for Wednesday (which i doubt that i forgot). That was the first thing that triggered me with them to start off. Today is now Wednesday, the Tech Roy calls me to say that hes on the way, but before he drives out he wants to know if im planning to stay in the house for a year or so, so i told him that probably so, so he told me hed rather save the trip of coming out if i do a same day service which is $150! And then when i asked him if i can ask how much is the year service he said well it depends on coverage i choose. Told him id call back in 10 min to decide, when i called back and told him to eventually come and drive out and give us an estimate for the year so we can pick, he said no i can give you the estimate over the phone for a year ($400)! Just tell us that you were too lazy to drive out and give an estimate thats it!I never write bad reviews, but these guys sure deserve it!So why did i wait 5-6 days for the appointment if you could give prices over the phone????? And why did you say it depends on the coverage i choose if you have a fixed price! And how come our referral is paying alot less and only with you guys for a month??Lots of question rise with these guys.Dont like the way they handle their work

Guy starts cussing me out because I was driving and could not give him my credit card info at 5 minutes to 5 (4:55 pm) while driving on the Howard Franklin.Complete jerk. This was for a termite inspection for a new house purchase (500k) and could t wait 30 minutes or that morningStay far away as the rest of the reviews say.

I called and asked for a standard annual pest control package estimate. I would have been happy to state the square footage of my home or any additional information they may have needed in order to provide me with a quote, but they said the only way they could give me pricing would be if they came out and saw what my problems were. I dont have any major pest control issues, but we noticed a roach in the kitchen and want to set up annual pest control. This companys inability to provide an estimate makes me feel like they profile homes to decide pricing. It should be very simple to say we have a basis prevention service where we come out once a month or once a quarter and treat the inside and outside of you home. If your home is under XXX amount square feet it will be XXX amount of dollars approximately. I guess they dont need new business. I will take mine elsewhere.

These people are beyond corrupt!!! They scam you for your money. They multiplyed my german roach infestation for this house i needed to sell an as a home flipper i find that so unprofessional! I wouldnt recommend these people they are beyond rude and wont refund your money back and I highly recommend you should go some where else to exterminate your pest problems!
