We moved from out of state to a home in Florida and knew from previously living in the south that bugs were going to be a problem.As a preventative step before moving we wanted to someone to check and treat for pests inside and out.Friendly Pest Solutions was well reviewed and so I made the call.I ended up speaking with Lorraine in the office and wow, was she great. Super pleasant and patient. She took time to answer my questions and explain the service.The technician Elvis was also excellent. He was a great communicator and called me a couple times to report on the services recommended and provided. He even went above and beyond to point out an unrelated issue that was super helpful.Based on these experiences I look forward to using their services in the future (although I wish I didnt have to, but you know...those bugs have to go).

Hired this company to take care of a sudden rodent problem in our attic. I also set up regular bug treatment service, which I needed anyway. I am beyond impressed. I have worked with Tyler, JD and Elvis over the past couple weeks to get our rodent situation under control. All three are punctual, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I also love their website. This company is so organized. Additionally, the person who answers the phone (totally failing to remember her name—sorry!) provides excellent customer service. They inspected the house for entry points, sealed up some areas of concern and put down traps with a plan to check the traps every few days-with the option to have them come out if the traps caught anything sooner. We are now rodent-free. If you’re looking for pest control, hire this company.

Amazing service, professional and reliable! Had these guys come out when we were hearing scratching in our wall. They set up traps and did their thing. A day later we began to smell a foul odor and called them up. JD came out and found a Possum in our wall and one (or a few) who were already decomposing. He also found the hole were the rodent came in through. Absolutely recommend their service, if you are looking for a job well done!

Friendly and great customer service. They were quick to come to our aid during our wasp emergency. The woman on the phone was super sweet and tried to ease our worries until the exterminator came. From the moment Elvis arrived he provided exceptional customer service. He explained everything he was going to do and was knowledgeable about our situation. We were having a bad problem with drain pipes gnats. We were going out of our minds. I called them and they were able to fit us in the schedule for the next day. David came on time 😁, he made an assessment of the problem and explained what needed to be done, that they needed to come for a second visit to apply the treatment for the pipes after the initial service. Even with their busy schedule they were able to fit us in the schedule 2 days after. David and JD came applied the treatment in the pipes including unclogging one the sinks 😁. Elvis Ortega is an absolute gem and asset to this company. He always makes sure our house is pest free and if I freak out because of a random sighting of a roach that got in, he puts out all the bait and sprays where I saw it and then reassures me that one roach does not mean an infestation. Full disclosure, Friendly Pest Solutions did the termite inspection during our home purchase. Based on their reviews and our realtors suggestion to use them for our pest inspection, we decided to use them for our regular pest services. They were on time, clean, professional. They have great reviews online and I see why. Their price is very reasonable. I chose the quarterly option, and the gentleman who came to our house said we would probably be fine with a yearly service. I dont hear that type of honesty often. I still chose the quarterly service. The start up service was quick, and my guess, will be effective. I recommend them if you are looking for a pest control service.

When it comes to customers service and friendliness they have it. I just got my house done today so hopefully soon Ill see a difference. They worked with us on our schedule. Told us what was expected out of us so the treatment would take better. The price was okay i called around to a lot of place they were the best. I got a few that would tell me a 300 to 400 dollar first payment then when i said i would be looking around just a bit more they would hang up have the management call me with what they call a promo rate which i thought was shady! Cant wait to have results!

We were referred to friendly pest solutions when we discovered drywall termites in our bathroom. Derrick came out first and did a thorough check (even in our hot attic). We couldn’t quite tell if they were in our walls or specifically in the vanity. There was no indication where they were coming from and we didn’t see any swarmers any where else in the house. We asked to get an estimate to tent our home. JD came out and did his own inspection. He thought they were coming from the vanity and since we wanted to redo the bathroom in the near future we decided to take our chances and break down our vanity and sure enough the nest was in there. We have no idea where the previous owner bought the cabinetry. We are pleased we can spend our money upgrading our home rather than tenting. We are pleased with the honesty from these gentlemen and that we were not taken advantage of. If we ever have any other pest problems in the future we know where we will be going. Thank you

We tried to battle what we finally found out were German cockroaches for a month. Have lived in Florida for 30 years, but did not recognize that the little black bugs we had in the kitchen were baby German roaches that we apparently had brought in from our large storage unit in a nearby storage place. By the time we called Friendly, we had a large problem. Derick was the best! He spent a lot of time to really take care of the problem and answer any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company and, of course, Dereck as the technician to my friends.

I paid about $90 to have a termite inspection of the home I’m buying. Got my report within about 24 hours but the report says basically, they couldn’t get into the attic where they needed to go but they didn’t see any signs of living or dead termites... Each part of the inspection says they couldn’t access. I don’t understand how you did an inspection or charged money if you couldn’t do what you needed to do. Glad it was at least enough to allow us to follow through buying the house. Just don’t know for sure if we’re buying a house with termites. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I discovered rats in my house and in initially tried to get rid of them myself. I soon discovered that they were way smarter than I was. I chose Friendly Pest Control based on the reviews here. JD answered when I called, came over at a very convenient time for me (Saturday afternoon), found rat entry points inside and outside that I NEVER would have found, sealed the entry points, set the traps, and was on his way in maybe 90 minutes. Very professional. Very easy to work with. Excellent pricing. So far, Im very impressed. Ill update this review when I learn how effective the traps turn out to be. (JD volunteered to come over Sunday and take away any carcasses, if I was reluctant to body-bag the victims.)

We returned to the house after a 7yr absence and found ants in the home. My wife was on me relentlessly to do something. On very short notice I called Friendly and Juan took my concern and even showed that evening. I expected a walk-thru and a future date set for service. We had a Caribbean Crazy Ant problem and Friendly solved the problem with a multi pronged approach, that included twice weekly spraying, ant traps and attacking the ants at the points they were entering the property. It took then 10 weeks of dedicated commitment, we are very grateful for their perseverance and ultimate success.
