We called EcoSmart initially because we wanted what we thought was a beehive humanely relocated. After studying the pics I sent, we were told that no, those are yellow jackets! Since this was in a high traffic area of the yard, we asked for them to be exterminated. Steve came out the next day, and after carefully explaining to me what would happen and some precautions I should take (mainly keep people and pets out of the yard for awhile), he quickly went to work. A couple hours later when I checked (not closely at first), the yellow jackets were gone, and there has been no activity there since then. I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire team. They took their time with me, and helped me find a solution that worked best for my family.

I try to be a very fair and understanding customer before writing a negative review but sometimes I think it is important to make other consumers aware of potential business issues. There are positives with this company. For one, there are no contracts involved with service unlike the bigger competitors. Their service techs are knowledgeable and professional.However, their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. In my case, I am having trouble with ghost ants. The tech came out and treated my house but 7 days later ghost ants are still there. You get a 7 day follow-up treatment for free so once again a tech treated the whole house. 7 days later, same ant problem. When I called to schedule someone to come back out I was informed there would be an $85 charge. This was not disclosed originally and certainly doesnt reflect a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If I pay for something to be done, I would like it to be accomplished. If you as a service provider cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction just tell me up front and let me decide if I want to take the risk or not. I cant do business with a company that works this way.

Both JT and Steve have been kind and vigilant upon their visits. Very thankful for this service! All spiders ( and the eggs) are gone!Was able to get services booked within a few days. Great company.

Living in Florida we’ve found it difficult to find contractors and service providers that show up on time or even show up at all. Great pest control company with great people! I got scared of a huge spider in my house and called them that night and they were out that next day! I also had a few ants around the house and they got rid of them all.

If I could give 10 starts, I would - these guys are amazing. They are the 4th pest control company that I tried and they are the only ones who actually got something done. They do a lot more than walk around spraying tough with their can like the other companies do - they do different types of treatments to ensure the problem is addressed and then they proactively stop by to make sure the problem is solved. They dont nickel and dime you. Love this company.

This is a new review for services rendered 1 year after my last service and review.A year has passed and it was time to renew my service. I started seeing insect activity and knew it needed to be handled again by the absolutely best pest control company out there. I reached out to Steve and shared with him that I had taken a fall the day before because I encountered a Huntsman spider and Palmetto bug in my laundry room and I tried to get away. I use a walker, so getting away quickly wasnt easy. Needless to say, I ended up on the floor in a great deal of pain. Although Steve had a full schedule, he came out to service my home anyway. He said he wanted to make sure my house was taken care of so I wouldnt be at risk of falling again trying to run from bugs. There is no way I would ever use the service of another company other than EcoSmart Pest Solutions. When you find a company that truly cares about their customers, and cares about the environment, why would you go anywhere else? There arent enough stars I can give to review this amazing company and staff. To Steve, I cannot thank you enough for being such a blessing to me. You never make me feel like my fears are irrational. You have a customer for life!____________________________________I bought my home in April and discovered quickly that I wasnt here alone.. There were lots of bugs. I was scared every night because thats when the bugs (flying roaches, not palmetto bugs) generally made their grand appearances. I found this company and when I explained to Steve how scared I was of all the flying roaches etc. He put me at ease and promised to help me. He absolutely kept his word! I purchased the one time a year service, and it was well worth the money. Much better than a monthly visit in my opinion. I have not had even one flying roach since the day of the treatment. I wish I could give them 100 stars because they deserve it.

The team started good, but was quite normal nothing to be wowed. The rates are not high or low. However it was totally a clean property we moved in and they are doing pest control from day1. Steve also helped me put some Coyote poop for squirrels. It was ok till it was not, cockroaches started appearing, ant lines too, I called them once in between for free service for ants which they did, but nothing much, ants still there. Roaches increasing, till I said them it is not working out and refused service. That trigerred a phone call where they said they will take care of the roaches with no extra charge, so i took my time and scheduled again. After waiting patiently they said nothing was said to do roach service for free!!! That is unprofessional, if I have refused service why will I reschedule the same service without a reason to do so ??? Made me sound like I was lying and I was not. Looking for a new provider now, lost so much time too !!!!

Ryan at EcoSmart Pest Solutions took care of my issue so quickly when it mattered most. As it turns out, Im very allergic to wasp stings, and there were multiple nests around my house. They were very professional and followed every request. They even followed up after to ensure there were no wasps on the property and gave me a clear timeline for when treatment would be needed again. Their rate was reasonable and I feel safe knowing their treatment wont cause my allergies to worsen and that it wont affect my two small dogs. I highly recommend them.

Once I gave up trying to get rid of these ants on my own, I began calling 10+ local companies for quotes and information. Most never got back to me despite multiple attempts to speak to someone or when I did finally get a hold of someone they didnt seem interested. When I called EcoSmart, I got a response immediately which is great since I hateee making phone calls. They went into great detail about the services they provide and that its not just spraying and then leaving. They move appliances and switch plates and go into places to stop bugs before they can even get into the house. They were right on par price wise based on the quotes from the companies that I spoke with. The next day I got a follow up call asking if I had additional questions or if I had made a decision. As soon as I got that call, that was all I needed and asked for the next available appointment. I had someone here within a day and worked quickly even though my dog was bugging him for attention the entire time. Ive never been so happy to see dead bugs before and it has made such a difference!

The guy TJ who came out was nice, quick, and friendly. But when i initially called iwas told theyd spray in the attic, which TJ explained is an additional service with fee, and that i could pay w a credit card, which I did but I was charged a small 3.5% fee. Also my appt got pushed back a day. Other than that I was pleased. They are supposed to come out in 7-10 days to do one more included treatment. Overall the service was good but im disappointed that the thing i most wanted done wasnt and also if i had known there was a service fee I wouldve just took cash out the night before.

UPDATE: The spider situation got worse because the poison caused them to come out of hiding. I was bit by one while sleeping. We are grateful, but soon found out that the natural treatments would not work for our spider issue and we had to move on.

I purchased a groupon to use this companys service. However, they pushed our appointment time twice stating inconvenience and what not. After speaking to the dispatcher, he stated we do not prioritize groupon. So this is a fyi to customers purchasing a groupon to use with this company you will not be prioritized and your appointments may get push back for priority customers.
