We bought sweets from there and twice there was a problem. first we bought cinnamon buns and when we opened the box there were ants in it alive and dead. the second time we bought pumkin bread and there was mold on it . they need to keep better track of their food products considering their policy on returning food items . not cool at all.

It always stocked well in there, larger selection than most. But the lines are always way too long. They need to have more cashiers.

I was happy to buy some much needed cleaning supplies. I planned to spend $18 but ended up spending $28 (they were well stocked)

Love these stores can find some very unique items. Sometimes though I usually but something. Cant get beat the prices for some kitchen products. Where I get all my kitchen items.

Great place to pick up candy for the movies. Its right next to the AMC. This location is a little dark, but its more organized and had more options than the other locations. As with all Dollar Trees, avoid the bathrooms.

CASHIER was courteous, smiled, and helpful. Great job and store near.

I love DT & this store is huge! Great location, parking is tough due to a huge busy plaza. Store is usually stocked up but several times I’ve been here and there is only one line open with a long line of people waiting. And on occasion when they do open another line they just let whomever walk up next instead of the people that’s been waiting forever in line to go next! That’s so not fair makes me not want to return to this location.

I like this store since everything is for a dollar! They have a great collection of things. But the only thing I didnt like during this time of the pandemic is its pretty crowded during the evenings but many people are not wearing the masks properly, its below their nose which doesnt makes sense. Prefer going during the daytime on weekdays because many people arent following the mask order in its actual sense.

I love the Dollar Tree because it is close, easy, and convenient BC we know where everything is. Other than that the employees breathing down your neck at closing time is rude.

I love to hate this place. Never get out only spending a dollar. Always find tons of stuff... & its only a dollar..... Those dollars add up, lol. Gotta love it tho. Best place for filling xmas stockings ever!

I found everything i expected from dollar tree. Bunch of stuff that i thought were more expensive. Exceeded my expectations. Others imitate dollar tree.

Did not have helium for 🎈 and the cashier did not have any thing to say but (no helium) did not say when they were getting more or tell us anything about another location having it.

This was one of the worst experiences at a dollar tree Ive had, im new to the area i will look for a better one to shop at, it was crowded and not clean.

Not very well stocked for starters as with any and all of the Dollar Trees the lines are miserable this particular store has a well above average wait time for checking out set aside an extra 20 minutes to stand in line while they slowly check out customers I would say two out of three times visiting the store I end up walking out because I get sick of waiting in line it is hit or miss but they definitely have lots of room for improvement not to mention the its generally Messi and they dont go by service with a smile they go slow with a scowl

They had 1 cashier and a line of 10 people. Literally even the manager and 2 other employees didnt even jump on a register. Absolutely poor management.

Always a cheap shopping experience. The only bad thing about today was, there was trash all over the floor. I assume they were probably understaffed. The store was busier than Ive ever seen any Dollar Tree that Ive ever been in. Only noticed one person inside the Regency store not abiding by the mandatory face covering signs they had posted.

This was a different Dollar Tree then in my home town. It was huge & well stocked. Glad I stopped in

They only had one register open and the line was down the aisle. There were employees walking all over the store knowing that this poor woman was ringing customers by herself! NOT COOL DOLLAR TREE!

This is one of the worst dollar trees to go to.Every time you go on there is a huge line, EVERY TIME. It’s dirty, there was a damn used glove on the floor and one of the managers had her mask one but totally uncovered the last time I went. The reason I don’t give it one star is because the poor cashiers can only do so much being understaffed all the time.

Not my usual Dollar Tree location. I do love coming here to stock up on necessities,and those unique finds. Clean and well stocked store.

The new manager working is very rude!!! She came from another store and is just the worst manager I’ve ever met. She does not need to be working there!! She makes the whole company look bad just for keeping her there. She was very rude and even threatened me. Worst manager ever! I will not go back in any dollar tree anymore because of this employee. I will do my shopping for dollar stores at dollar general or family dollar. I have complained to the general manager about her multiple times and so have other people and they don’t seem to care. I would not recommend this store to anyone!

They have a great selection of typical dollar store items however they tried to charge me a dollar to get cash back on my purchase. Its done in a sneaky way on the debit reader knowing that people are trying to pay quickly and get on with their day. Thats shady even by dollar store standards.

This one had what I was looking for and that after going to 3 others dollar trees one on Hillsborough ave was very nasty Ill never go there any more and the one on 56 th they cooler stay broke

Absolutely disgusting and stuff all over the floors. Not just merchandise but trash everywhere. Lady at the register was rude and complained about customers in front of customers it blew my mind. Will never come back here.

Associate by the name of Mabel with the gold tooth, very rude. Visited this location for under 10 small items purchase. I left form of payment in my vehicle and returned less than a minute later she was closing her drawer. Manager says Mabel did not communicate to him that I would be returning. She then, by pouring out my items hold the bag upside rudely placed my bath sponge into a dirty cart which I told her initially I wanted scan and placed directly into a new shopping bag. I asked that she replace the sponge and she declines to assist customer. Very ghetto, very rude!

Dollar tree is a good store to shop but the lines are extremely long at the Recency Square location. Other than that its not too shabby.

This store is much bigger and has better selections than most Dollar Trees.

Omg disgusting, do not buy ice cream products from here. The dates on stuff was fine, I just think at some point what they have in freezer thawed then froze then thawed then froze again, it tasted like it was spoiled mush. It was 4 different products

Every time I come here there doors are closed and they tell me there closed currently it’s 9:11pm and the website says there closed at 10 and the doors are shut and the lady told me there closed happened twice this week alone.

I used to live by that store 5731 and went in a lot-my granddaughter earned an allowance and loved to by treats in there and everyone was nice. Well I went there for the first time in a yr and a half and made me not want to go again. The person at the register waited on the person in front of me and when I got up he rang up my items but didnt subtotal or total. He made my granddaughter and I stand and wait while he stacked large plastic bags. I asked if he could total so I could get the correct change out of my wallet. He made a rude comment and continued with his bags. There was no one behind us-he couldve done it then. So associate Christopher-my granddaughter originally made the comment how rude you were to me-and I totally agree...when an 8 yr old mentions how rude you were thats sad...Ill just go out of my way to go back to my neck of the woods in Riverview :(

Read this.. Here is the new problem Im having with this store!!! This is something they obviously overlooked. Some of you may not realize that this store is moving at the end of September to the other side of Regency Square. I try to avoid the Regency Square shoppling center except for the area where Dollar Tree and Staples are currently because parking is awful. The stores and restaurants on the other side not to mention the people that park in that lot for the movie theater make it frustrating to find a spot. In my opinion this is a huge mistake for Dollar Tree. Luckily for me its not a terrible drive further east on 60 to the one in Valrico.. I will not drive around and search or parking or park so far away that its ridicules. When they move to their new location I will no longer shop at the Regency Dollar Tree.
