Highly disappointed they only have one agent working in this office and her customer service is terrible she doesnt know how to greet customers( welcome in ). On top of that she had me waiting and waiting the phone kept on ringing as well which was causing me to get more annoyed because you wouldnt pick it up in all due to her being on her iPhone constantly. I didnt even get to get her name and I waited there for almost an hour not coming here ever again ever.

My first bad review... representative lied about my fees overcharged me. When I found out I returned to the facility the employee Priscilla had been fired but the insurance company wouldnt return the extra fees she charged me.

High turn over rate of insurance agents but I have never met a rude agent at this location even when the office is busy. At times it is crowded and Ive never seen more than 2 agents accepting customers and maybe 1 doing ppw only so can be a little time consuming. But overall not a bad experience.

Every time I come just just for a payment it take FOR EVER!!!! I Finally have a debit card but it was stolen so I came in to pay with cash!!! Im going to switch just because its ethe time consumption here is soo exhausting !!

Geraldines customer service is very professional, and very helpful.

I ve had insurance with this place in the past and I currently do, but to call and make a payment is a hassle. They have horrible costumer service skills and nasty attitude. You call and they will put you on hold and turn you around in circles so your payment is late.

A baby roach ran across the desk during my appt. The associate just screamed and failed at playing it off.
