We rented the wipe out slide for a birthday party. All of our kids had a blast, it was so much fun!! The company was easy to work with. The guys came early and set up very quickly. We will definitely use them again.

I used Big Lous for my sons 4th birthday. After a long search, I found Big Lous to have great pricing and lots of options to choose from. They were great on communication leading up the the day and were on time for both set up and pick up. The guy who delivered was very nice and quick. Five Stars!

Pros: Companys customer service from beginning to end was great. The 2 gentlemen that delivered and picked up the slide were very professional. Reserving the unit was easy and required small deposit.Cons: The water slide I rented was in poor condition. It specifically said on their website We just replaced the wipe out with a new one So obviously, I expected it to be it good shape.There was brown marks going down the entire water slide part, the netting at top was shredded, the water flow was minimal and I know for a fact it wasnt due to my water supply. The slide also didnt seem to inflate to its fullest capability. I had 2 people at my party who have been in the bounce house business and they said for this size slide, there should have been at least 2 blowers used, I only had one. I read on a previous review that they have 3 other Wipe Out slides and this one that I had was an old one and will be retired after this year. Here is my issue - I paid $300 for this slide - why am I paying the same amount for a old, in poor shape slide as the same people who are getting the newer slides? I rented this for my sons High School graduation party and was quite embarrassed by the appearance of this unit, multiple people even made comments about it.

Overall great experience with this company. Pretty seamless process. They spell out all of the requirements so you know exactly what to expect. The delivery men were polite and professional. It was delivered on time and picked up the same day. My son had a lot of fun at his party!

We rented the Big Kahuna for our daughters birthday party last weekend. The slide arrived first thing in the morning, which we were happy about, and was picked up a little after 5pm. That gave the kids a ton of time to use the slide and they sure did.As someone earlier pointed out in a review, there were some orange/brown streaks going down the slide (kind of nasty) but didnt impact the slide at all. The kids could care less as they went up and down the slide for hours. They had an absolute blast! Also, the guys who delivered and picked up the slide were professional and great to deal with.The one thing that you should know is that once the slide is set up, the weather is your risk. I think thats actually fair, but if doing this in the summer, just understand that. We were very lucky that it only started raining towards the end of our rental period. Overall, I would recommend Big Lous.

First, I am going to begin with all the positives...the person who I spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful (it was a female and I apologize for not remembering her name). I was unable to complete a booking online but one phone call to Big Lous and my reservation was complete.Our reserved water slide was dropped off early Friday morning (around 7:40- 8:00 on May 28, 2021). Again, the delivery guys were very friendly. They were very quick and efficient setting up the waterslide and going over the specifics with me.The water slide was picked up Friday evening (around 9:30). The two men were very quiet getting the slide and tarp folded, removed from our backyard, and placed in their vehicle.Both of my boys and their friends had a wonderful time using the slide to celebrate the last day of school and farewell to Florida. It was the perfect send off celebration.The negatives...the slide that we had rented really appeared to not be in the best of condition. I had rented the Wipe Out water slide and in all honesty, I feel that slide should be retired from your rental options. There were just way too many holes, patches, the slide part is no longer blue (it is a greenish brown), the safety netting at the top is torn and frayed and pieces of it hang down in the faces of the sliders. I cannot speak for the condition of any other equipment that is offered for rent from Big Lous but I will say to not spend your money of the Wipe Out. It will provide the fun you are looking for but the slide is in desperate need of a total face lift.

These 2 guys are the best! They came the afternoon before to set everything up and to make sure everything was functional. During the inspection theyshowed my wife and I how to deflate and inflate the bounce house correctly. When it was inflated one of them disinfected the entire thing with a sprayer. The next day they picked up the bounce house and asked us how everything went. We thanked them for how smooth everything was. My daughter had a fun time celebrating her birthday with the bounce house. It was a pleasure to do business with you guys and will definitely tell our friends about your great quality service. Excellent product, service and pricing. The slide was everything that our little ones wanted it to be, a lot of kids had a lot of fun on it (and some adults too, when they were all down for naps). We have never rented a waterslide before and found Big Lous on the web, after a search within our area. The office communicated clearly all the needed info and not only were they on time for delivery and pickup, but they were in and out of the backyard, in less than 30 minutes. The young men were polite and professional, and the young lady I spoke with at the office was outstanding! We rented the Big Kahuna waterslide and Im pretty sure the adults had just as much fun as the kiddos, maybe more!!! We will definitely be doing this again, and Big Lous will be our go to from now on! I decided last minute to get a bounce house for my sons birthday. I called New Years Day and the party was Jan 2. I got a call from them by early afternoon and they person I spoke with was able to secure a bounce house for me. Not only was I able to get a bounce house but they were at my house by 9:30am that morning(party was at 3) and pick up was at 6:30pm! They were fast, friendly, great customer service and efficient. I was a first time customer and because of all the smiles and the amount of fun my son and his friends had all day playing in the bounce house I will be back for sure!!

The only thing our daughter wanted for her 10th birthday was a bouncehouse/waterslide. We rented the Tropical Thunder dual-lane inflatable water slide for her party and it was the best idea ever! The guys called us with a window and then when they were on their way to our house. They were in and out for setup in less than about 20 minutes and made sure everything was connected and we were happy. When it came time for pickup, they were fast and efficient. Highly recommend Big Lous Bouncies for any of your party needs! Well definitely be renting again!

This past weekend We celebrated our now 9 year old twin boys birthday who are on the Autism spectrum. The majority of the guest were classmates who also were on the spectrum. They enjoyed everything. Some said this was the best party ive ever been to, others said we loved this party it had many tricks haha. Thanks to Big Lous bouncies the party was a hit. Most of the kids spent most of their time on the amazing double slide racing to see who would reach the bottom 1st. Now the rest of the time they would take breaks and come to our concession stand. Fresh popcorn from the popcorn machine, sno cones from the sno cone machine to cool off and of course cotton candy from the cotton candy machine. Everything was easy to use and accommodated all our needs to have the party of a life time according to our boys. Thank you Big Lou for helping us make our boys the best party ever.

Great experience with this company. Two guys who set up water slide were quick and efficient. They had enough wiring and hosing to get slide set up. I was worried about hookups but they came prepared. Water slide was perfect for 5 year old birthday and family of kids. Later in the day, guys came back to pick up slide and they were just as quick not to cause any disruptions. I would definitely recommend Big Lous and I will be a repeat customer real soon.

UPDATE: In response to your reply, that is all not accurate. I have the emails, voicemail, and credit card statement that all tell a different story. It’s sad that as a company you cannot be accountable for your actions or mistakes. This could have ruined my son’s birthday party. I would recommend Xtreme Jumpers and Slides or Bounce a Lot Inflatables. Both reputable with excellent customer service....especially when you are in a bind as a result of a mismanaged company.Do NOT rent from this company!! I booked a water slide for my son’s birthday on 8/1. It was booked online with the address identified. I was charged an additional $60 delivery fee to deliver there, which was fine. On 8/11 (4 days before the event), I received a call that they had to cancel because they didn’t deliver to my address, even though they knew where it was and charged me an additional fee. I was left scrambling trying to find another water slide, but all the companies were sold out since it was last minute. They could have called earlier (Instead of waiting 10 days) to let me know they didn’t deliver (or the online booking shouldn’t have let me book). Very poor management and customer service.

My kids and some friends had a fantastic weekend playing on the dolphin water slide. The staff set up everything perfectly, and all the equipment was clean and ready to go. I would definitely recommend for your next party.

I had ordered the Minnie Mouse bouncie house for my daughters birthday party (1/26/2020) and I’ve had an amazing first time experience with them. They had waited a few minutes until I got home to pay and sign papers (my apologies for the wait) and still delivered perfect customer service. Drop off and pick up time was perfect. Expects his customers to sit at home for 8-10 hours waiting for the bouncy to be delivered. Need to come up with a more realistic time window in an effort to provide better customer service. Delivery staff was very friendly and quick, once they were on-site. Also not fair to require an over-night fee, even though his staff was not able to pickup the bouncy until the next morning.

You can’t beat the price here. They are super friendly. They set it up within minutes and they did pick up the equipment later in the evening. But you wouldn’t have even noticed they came and got it. They went in the backyard. And took it all away and I didn’t even hear a peep. They are that good!

I’m giving 2 stars just for the fact that I got my 90 chairs on the day I requested. I try to contact them for an important event (free for the community giving free toys to the kids) for rent from 3 to 5 Bouncies houses and No one ever answered or get back with me after leaving a message so I went with another company (new company in the area) Best thing I did. That’s -1 start the other -1 start it was because that day it rain so bad that the event got push like 30 minutes later so when they came to pick up we explain and the employees don’t want to hear it and the owner even call me telling me they need to take they 90 chairs he don’t want to hear it either and they start picking the chairs in the middle of us giving out toys to the kids, thanks Lou at least you should offer us to paid an extra fee for leaving it or for waiting and we will go with that but you dint bother to mention it or asked. Don’t bother to even try to fix it or call because this will be the last time our non-profit Organization will rent from your business (by the way we were recurring customers). I’m not saying they are all bad but at least that was our experience and the last one.

Bounce house was a two in one with a slide. The delivery guys were very polite and explained everything I needed to know. The most impressive thing way how clean the bounce house was. At pick up the kids were still playing and the delivery person allowed the kids to play for five more minutes.

Very friendly staff and easy to rent from on short notice. Delivery crew were very professional and worked quickly. There happened to be high winds the day of the rental and we had no issues because of how well the equipment was tied down. The equipment was cleaner than expected and the children had a blast. We used Big Lou’s for a birthday party at a park and were very happy with our experience. I was worried I would have to get to the park super early and then wait around all day but they delivered 2 hours before the start time of the party which was perfect! This is our second time ordering a bounce house from Big Lous. We were just as pleased this time as the first time. The house arrived early and was set up quickly and exactly where I wanted it. His men were polite and professional. The ordering process was easy and the written communication was thorough. I received an email confirmation the day prior to the setup. The house was clean and functioned perfectly. The pickup was several hours later than the end of my paid time and it was dark but Lous people handled the take down quickly and quietly. If I hadnt seen their flashlights I would never have known that the house had been removed. We will definitely be using them again.

I have rented bouncy-type structures in the past in the Boston area but this is the first time I have rented one here in the Brandon area. We rented a 20 water slide this past weekend per my daughters request for her high school graduation party. Lous was great. They were accurate with drop off and pick up times, very polite and accommodating with my requests, suggested the appropriate size(s) for teens and adults and explained everything in detail. First time renting a bouncy house. I rented the 4 in one for my 9 year old and it was a success. Price was good and they delivered the night before. I also got the cotton candy machine which kids loved and for a discounted price for doing a bundle so it was awesome. They also provided the cotton candy so thank you for that. The delivery guys where good but they could be friendlier. During pick up they just started pick up with no notice so that can be good n bad. Besides that they where respectful. I had over all a great experience and definitely recommend them and will be renting from them in the future. THANK YOU BIG LOUS BOUNCIES!!!

What a great company. They arrived early and were very professional. We had a bee hive on the lawn and had no idea. They notified us and found a different location for set up to ensure that the kids were safe. Bounce house was clean and the kids enjoyed it. They also provided a tarp that surrounded the bounce house so the kids didnt have to walk on the grass. Great company!

This is my second time renting from Big Lous and it was a huge success again. The rental was dropped off a day earlier than my party. The equipment was a huge hit at the party and the kids had a blast. We rented the 5n1 bounce house and the basketball interactive game this time. The first time was a smaller bounce house, cotton candy machine, snow cone machine, 30chairs and a table. Both times everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I use big Lou’s every year for all 3 of my kids birthday parties and we even get them for the adults. Very professional and affordable. Great customer service.

We rented a water slide from Big Lous for my daughters 4th birthday. The delivery crew were awesome and the slide was a huge hit. It worked like it was supposed to and was clean and in good condition. The only issue we had was drop off and pick up times. They had some issues with manpower that day and that is what caused the delays, but it didnt affect our party. They were great about communication though and let us know in advance about the issues, delays and possibility of being there late to pick up. Overall .. highly recommended, great company and we will be renting from them again in the future!

Such a pleasure to work with this company. From start to finish the customer service they provided was excellent. We used them last year for our daughters birthday party and being new to renting these bounce houses I was a little anxious but they helped guide me through which option would be best for the age group of the birthday party as well as the selections they had available. They arrived early on the day of to set up in time for a 10am birthday party with a clean and sanitized bounce house and returned that evening and removed it quickly and quietly. Very professional and very friendly. I have already reserved our bounce house for our upcoming party in July. Highly, highly recommend this company.

Big Lous is definitely the place to go to if you want to have an awesome party! They deliver on time and the delivery guys are so sweet and friendly. I promise you wont regret it!! The bouncy is nice and clean. My kids really had a blast at there birthday party thanks to Big Lous Bouncies!
