If youre in the Brandon, FL area and need a great manicure, you should visit Sophia and her co-workers at Elegant Nail Spa. Theyre kind, efficient and do an amazing job. They price their services reasonably and make the experience relaxing. I am grateful to have found this nail salon after trying out so many in my area. Many people dont share great places, but I feel that good businesses deserve equally great clientele and I certainly suggest you at least give them a try. If you do SNS/dip powder nails, take a look at my nails. I love how they turned out.

Although the shop is clean the ladies are rude. Great Customer Service is the most important thing a business needs to keep people coming back. But this location seems to be all about making customers feel like they dont matter. Horrible service in a clean location.

I came in with high hopes because of the other ratings however I am highly disappointed. The lady who did my manicure rushed the entire time she was cleaning up my nail bed and in turn CUT TWO OF MY TOE NAILS TOO SHORT TO THE POINT I WAS BLEEDING. When confronted she then BLAMED ME! Saying that I should’ve asked her to file them instead of to cut them. If that was the case all of them would be that low which they’re NOT. Mind you I haven’t had my toenails cut in a month. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

Don’t waste your time coming here. I called for a pedicure and they told me to come in, I’m pregnant and they put me in the water tub for literally 50 minutes while not telling me the reason for such wait, etc. I got up and left and one lady said “I’m so sorry” sorry for what? For lying to your clients? Lady if you don’t have availability don’t be greedy and don’t take more clients... and mostly don’t waste people’s time.

I called ahead to ask if they could accommodate me and my two daughters and they said yes. I got there and my oldest daughter waited over a hour for a pedicure. Then when she got her nails done they did all the nails on her left hand smaller than her right hand. This place should not do nails at all. Will never go back. Spent a total $200, stayed there 3 hours and 20 minutes for 3 pedicures, 1 full set and my youngest got her nails painted.

Timmy and Tina were fabulous!! I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon and stumbled across elegant nail salon. They fit me in late (7pm for a full set and pedicure), and treated me very professionally and my nails look wonderful! I will be back and will certainly recommend in the future!!

All I wanted was a pedi while my husband was getting a tooth pulled. Complete waist of time. I honestly felt rushed and as you can see my toes are a mess. Why would u charge 33.00 for this. I could have done this mess at home. Should just stick to my regular person. Waist of time and money. Im in there parking lot writing this rite now. People just go across the street to Walmart

Tina was very sweet and pleasant. This was my first time here. Although the spa pedicure was nice, she did cut my toenails and I began to bleed on one of my toes. I think she felt bad because she didnt say anything else for the remainder of the pedicure. When I came home, another toe also was aching and had dried blood from the nail clippers on an additional toenail. Overall, it is a nice shop and Tina was sweet and very thorough, but Ill stick to my regular nail shop.
